+ Hi hotel is nice and clean food was good but we booked with jet2 on there all inclusive plus on getting to the hotel we were told only one all inclusive now we thought nothing off it but at night the drink package is awful when you go to bar in the theatre bar there is bronze silver gold bands for drinks which is a absolute joke you can have this but not this it’s organised chaos the so called cocktails have never been cocktails hope hotel reads this as they are letting themselves down the drinks side is a disgrace even the bar staff don’t know what’s happening you don’t get told anything about the different drinks package till it’s too late needs making on there website what’s what as some people could end up with a bill at end of stay as done on wrist bands could think that drink is ok and it’s not

Wonderful Hotel! Fantastic holiday!

+ We visited for a weeks holiday in August. What a fabulous Hotel! From arrival through to departure we could not have been happier! All Reception staff we came across were extremely helpful and friendly, check in extremely smooth and let to our room sooner than we expected (seen other reviews that they are rude - not true at all, seems if you don’t get your way you can then accuse them of being rude?) We had a wasp creating a nest outside our room - someone was sent straight away to remove. We asked about leaving suitcases in a locked room at reception and taking showers on our last day where we had a late flight booked the day before, where we were able to book the showers in the wellness suite and they even provided fresh towels for us to use… fantastic service! We were able to keep our bands to take advantage of the food and drinks right up until we left the hotel ☺️ The Hotel is absolutely spotless! You can really tell that everyone that works here takes pride in the hotel, lifeguards even clearing cups that other guests left by the pool. Our room was cleaned daily by extremely happy cleaners and towels changed when we needed. We stayed in the sensation block, the rooms are spacious and the interior clean and modern. Our terrace opened out onto the kids pool and was perfect for afternoon sun - so we utilised the sunbeds on our terrace and enjoyed the morning at the rooftop pool which was absolutely stunning! The pools and surrounding areas were absolutely spotlessly clean, water crystal clear! A little cold when first entering, but much needed with the heat - good old British saying it’s fine once you’re in! again lifeguards even clearing away fallen leaves throughout the day - and staff cleaning the areas around the pool’s immaculately in the morning. From what we saw there were plenty of sunbeds to go round - they were stacked at the end of the day and those that needed them around the pool would get them out around 10am the following morning - you could see

Cheap for what it is, rooms tired and reception staff rude

+ Nice hotel in good location. They are constantly cleaning etc which is great. We had a great time then on the final day the male on reception spoilt it by being very rude. We asked about using the spa showers to shower before our flight and were told it was fully booked. I asked about a courtesy room and they said no. We went to the spa ourselves and it was completely empty so we had showers anyway?! When I asked why we were not informed of booking the spa changing rooms he curtly told me “you didn’t ask” and was very rude in his manner which I did not appreciate. The air con in the zensation building was non existent and rooms very tired, we moved to another room after first night which was the double the size and better. WiFi by the pool is also terrible. Food and drinks were good but no fresh orange juice in the mornings. For what we paid it was good value but we would not return. I think they would benefit from heated pools as even in August they were freezing. Entertainment guys were great!

+ Mi experiencia en el Hotel Playa Park Zensation, en Fuerteventura, ha sido muy positiva. Sin duda, uno de los aspectos que más destacaría son las camas: increíblemente cómodas. Dormí hasta 10 horas seguidas, algo que para mí dice muchísimo de la calidad del descanso. La comida también me sorprendió para bien, con una buena calidad y variedad, y el trato del personal fue excelente durante toda la estancia. Además, me gustó mucho que el hotel ofreciera actividades asociadas, ya que poder disfrutarlas con confianza y seguridad, sabiendo que eran fiables, fue un punto muy a favor. La habitación era enorme y muy cómoda. La sensación era más la de estar en casa que en una habitación de hotel, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera todavía más agradable. Por último, la ubicación me pareció muy buena, ya que permite disfrutar de la zona cómodamente. En resumen, ha sido una estancia de la que me llevo muy buen recuerdo. Destacaría especialmente el descanso, la comida, el personal, el tamaño y comodidad de la habitación, las actividades y la ubicación. Sin duda, un hotel que recomendaría y al que volvería.

Zensation block

+ We visited in March 2026 paid for a superior suite in the Zensation block which included access to the roof top infinity pool area, It didn't seem to matter where you were staying, anybody could just arrive & lay down in the roof top area...I heard on several occasions this being told to other guests, 'don't worry about it, there are no checks anybody can come up here, you don't need to pay for a day pass'...I mentioned this on my review after our holiday, but after reading recent reviews on here (Joanne M from Wakefield) it looks like nothing has been done & still anybody staying anywhere in the hotel can just wander up & access this area!!....something needs to be done about this, unless the hotel are quite happy to let people pay alot less money but still use the Zensation facilities...I loved the hotel/staff/food...& privilege roof top facilities, but unless something is done about this abuse of the facilities, I will, like others will just pay for a room elsewhere in the hotel, but still wander up to the roof top infinity pool for 'free'...Management you need to sort this out!

Exceptional entertainment

+ Lovely and clean, good layout. Entertainment George & Gino are exceptional! So much positive energy and absolutely awesome with the children (mine 10 yr old). Only Personal preference & criticism, no air con in restaurants & theatre absolutely roasting.

August 2026 stay

+ overall I really enjoyed my stay here, amazing staff, clean and the food was superb I think the all inclusive drinks menu is very poor, 6 cocktails in total all very below average, not a pina colada in sight, other drinks very lame too The other thing really wound me up is paying extra for a superior junior suite to use the top roof pool area which is now a free for all, i spoke to numerous guests with various wrist bands on who hadn’t paid for a day pass and they were been served at the bar too, this needs enforcing please

A Fantastic 10-Day Stay at Playa Park Zensation

+ We’ve just returned from a fantastic 10-day stay at Playa Park Zensation, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for much more. We booked two Junior Superior Suites and specifically requested ground-floor rooms next to each other and that’s exactly what we got. The rooms were a great size, beautifully suited to our family and, importantly, had excellent soundproofing. Our only small criticism was the lack of a mirror near a plug socket outside the bathroom. There is plenty of space for a full wall to wall mirror in the main bedroom area, which would make getting ready much easier when several people are trying to do their hair and makeup! A very easy thing to rectify, and certainly nothing that affected our holiday. The pool area was fantastic. The slide was perfect for the children and the kids’ area was brilliant without ever feeling too “full on”. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, which made such a difference. The entertainment throughout the day and evening was also excellent plenty going on if you wanted to join in, but equally easy to take or leave if you preferred to relax. The food was fabulous. We particularly loved the buffet, which was really well laid out with a great variety and, despite the hotel being busy, there was no horrible queuing. We also really enjoyed the à la carte restaurant. Every member of staff we came across was genuinely lovely, reception staff, cleaners, waiters and everyone in between were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lifeguards deserve a special mention. They were exceptional with the children. They didn’t speak English, but that didn’t stop them communicating brilliantly using Google Translate and making a real effort to engage with the kids. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The entertainment team were also excellent and really helped create such a happy atmosphere around the hotel. But the pièce de résistance for us was Mirri from Power Swimming School. Our five-year-old grandson arrived on holiday absolutel

− Obiekt zabrania korzystania z dmuchanych akcesoriów basenowych Pomimo zakazu rezerwacji leżaków, są one zajmowane od rana ręcznikami Niektóre potrawy wymagają dopracowania, a podczas jednej kolacji większość jedzenia była okropnie przesolona, w zasadzie niejadalna. Jedzenie trochę monotonne, głownie pod brytyjskie podniebienie, śniadania w zasadzie codziennie takie same.

+ Great hotels nice rooms but make sure you have air con otherwise they’re too hot. Food was good plenty of choice and generally quite warm. Al a carte was very good really nice steak. Pools are freezing even when it’s really hot. All staff work extremely hard always cleaning

Good all inclusive stay

+ Recently returned from a great stay. Room was excellent and food was very good quality. Only downside was the lack of adherence of the hotel to stick to the ‘rules’ they put in place around access to rooftop pool area and reserving of sunbeds in the main area. Still people reserving and not using sunbeds for hours at a time. Leaving the rest of us without - so if you say that towels are going to be removed if not used, then suggest you do it. Maybe it’ll help.

+ This was our second stay here at Playa Park Zensation and it didn’t disappoint. This hotel feels very chilled and the staff are really friendly and welcoming and will go over and above to help you. Lovely selection of food and drinks and seemed very clean. Love to rooftop pool area, a great place to relax and read a book or take in the 360 degree views of Corralejo.

Definitely worth the stay!

+ My boyfriend and I had stayed at the playa park zensation and couldn’t get enough of it! The service is impeccable all the staff members were so lovely and the cleanliness of the hotel is amazing everything is so thought out for the best customer experience. There is so much entertainment for the kids and the adults if I’m honest, you can get a timetable on your phone and or by looking at the screens in the lobby, another thing is the fact that you can see what is on the menu for your upcoming meals, I’ve never seen that in a hotel before, its so much better than just guessing what’s going to be put in front of you. The location is about a 15 minute walk to popcorn beach and a 5 minute taxi to Waikiki beach and all the shops near which will cost you around €5. Not to end on a bad note but the only downside are the Sunbeds, my boyfriend was having to get up at 06:50 in the morning in order to secure a spot as people will take up a lot of the chairs and then leave the accommodation! But over than that no complaints!! Enjoy!

Relaxing week with family and friends.

+ We have just returned from a weeks stay - our first visit to Fuerteventura. Before booking we were impressed by the reviews and the reality didn't disappoint. Spotlessly clean, attentive staff and comfortable rooms - especially in the main block floors 2 and 3 and Zensation. - some rooms DO NOT have air conditioning, so check your booking carefully. As with many hotels, securing a sun bed for the day could be a challenge - however by upgrading to access the rooftop pool and sun terrace this was avoided. The food was fabulous - 2 of our party are gluten free. By contacting the reception team by WhatsApp specialist food requests could be made with 24 hours notice. They were able to provide gluten free pancakes, pasta, pizza etc and were VERY accommodating. The local water park is well worth a visit and the catamaran afternoon was enjoyed by our whole group. There is a fantastic sweeping white sand beach with awesome waves about 4km away - the local ones are more stony coves. The main street is about a 15.min walk away and has a music square with a variety of restaurants and cafes and a variety of live music. Alternatively the hotel has live music at the beach bar each evening. We had a lovely relaxing week and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Struttura molto bella

+ Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura e nel complesso ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è molto bella e dispone di diverse piscine, tra cui una splendida piscina a sfioro sul rooftop della zona Zensation. Noi abbiamo soggiornato proprio nella Zensation e la camera era molto grande, dotata di aria condizionata, accappatoio, ciabatte e tutti i comfort necessari. All’esterno avevamo anche uno spazio privato con lettini e tavolo, molto piacevole. Molto comoda anche la posizione: la struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma per raggiungere la zona dove c’è più movimento e vita la sera bisogna fare circa 10 minuti a piedi, cosa che comunque non abbiamo trovato problematica. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la dotazione del bagno: erano presenti shampoo, bagnoschiuma, crema corpo e sapone per le mani, tutti disponibili tramite appositi dispenser. L’unica piccola nota riguardo alla camera è che ci è stata assegnata una stanza con bagno per disabili, per cui durante la doccia il pavimento tendeva ad allagarsi leggermente. Nulla di particolarmente problematico, ma sicuramente migliorabile. Abbiamo scelto il trattamento di mezza pensione. La colazione, sia dolce che salata, era molto buona e ricca. Per il secondo pasto potevamo scegliere tra pranzo e cena: abbiamo provato entrambi e in tutti e due i casi abbiamo trovato una buona varietà e, cosa non sempre scontata nei buffet degli hotel, cibo davvero molto buono. Inoltre, ci è stata offerta una cena presso il ristorante à la carte, che è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e qualificato. Molto comoda anche la gestione delle informazioni: al check-in viene fornito l’accesso al sito web della struttura, dove è possibile consultare facilmente tutte le informazioni e i servizi dell’hotel. Nel complesso, però, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

− Per quanto riguarda le note negative, il lavandino del bagno risultava un po’ instabile e presentava della ruggine nella parte sottostante; personalmente avevo quindi qualche timore a poggiarmi con forza. Un altro aspetto che, secondo me, andrebbe migliorato riguarda i lettini in piscina. Già alle 8 del mattino erano quasi tutti occupati da asciugamani, ma senza nessuno presente: alcune persone lasciavano il telo per “prenotare” il lettino e poi si allontanavano. È una situazione che ho riscontrato anche in altre strutture, ma in alcuni hotel il personale provvede a rimuovere gli asciugamani quando nota che i lettini vengono lasciati occupati per molto tempo senza essere utilizzati. Credo sarebbe una soluzione corretta, soprattutto per garantire a tutti gli ospiti la possibilità di usufruire degli spazi comuni nel rispetto reciproco. Infine, la sera abbiamo notato qualche scarafaggio nella zona della piscina. Non è stato un problema particolarmente grave, ma sicuramente è un aspetto che andrebbe tenuto sotto controllo.

A fantastic family holiday

+ We had a lovely week here in July. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The activities around the pool were great for our 12 year old son the daily football was a favourite.

+ Having just returned from this hotel i must say I have no real complaints about it. The check in was quick and efficient,our room wasn't ready when we got there but it was a very early flight so thats understandable. The room itself was very good,as we walked in the door there was a double bed and then a room with a single bed and as you walk further in then there was 2 single beds together so we had plenty of space probably 1 off if not the biggest rooms we had,no tripping over each other,then the shower and toilet were separate aswell with a balcony looking over the pool. Cleaner's very good, room cleaned everyday and changed the towels. You can rent pool towels at reception. No complaints about the food either we had breakfast and dinner and sometimes changed dinner for lunch. Gino and George are brilliant they constantly have something going on to keep people busy and George helped my daughter with her archery one day even with other people waiting the patience he showed her was brilliant can't speak highly enough of him and I would definitely go back to this hotel

First time on the Island

+ First time to Fuertaventura and the Playa Park Zensation and we were very happy with our choice of Hotel. The room was I'd say the best we've ever had as it was on the ground floor with a separate bedroom and opened up onto a private balcony/veranda with our own sunloungers and was within a few steps to the pool area so no need to go down early to reserve sunloungers although in the whole time we stayed I never saw any problems with finding a spare one. The room was very spacious with a separate kitchen which was well equipped with everything you'd need. Room's were spotless and were cleaned everyday with fresh towels daily. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant and the drinks on tap was a great asset and because it's not a massively sized Hotel the restaurant never felt busy which made for a very relaxed experience to enjoy our food. The hotel location is a good 15/20 minute walk from the main shopping thoroughfare and harbour but wasn't a problem for us and there's also a lovely small shopping square literally 5 minutes walk which had numerous shop's, bar's and restaurants to choose from. Without a doubt we will return to the Zensation and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

+ I cannot rate the place highly enough, the place is spotless, the staff are amazing and the Entertainment team with Gino is amazing. The kids love it here and all the little details like being able to WhatsApp the reception to get anything booked or anything to help is super handy. 3rd time visiting and it never disappoints

Great all rounder.

+ The entertainers were great, not in your face all the time. Great variety of food and bottomless drinks. Good acoustic music every night. Nice rooms and very clean. Located near to the volcano and a seven minute walk to the beach. Shoutout to George and Gino for great entertainment always happy and cheers you up. You can get a good off-road buggy ride around the island. Would highly recommend.
