Slice of heaven

+ Casa Paraiso is well named it is a slice of heaven 💖✨️ every detail is considered; lovely accommodation in the most beautiful surroundings. At the time of my visit there was a busy carnival in the area blocking access - Robert thoughtfully came to meet me on the main road to lead me through the back roads as Google maps had failed in this case

− This is not a complaint just a note - the bedroom has a portable air-conditioning unit but there is also a powerful fan in the apartment- I recommend bringing the fan close to the bed and not using the AC at all. It is southern Spain & it will be warm so definitely not a complaint 😊

A wonderful week spent in paradise, the most beautiful place that we have ever stayed.

+ Perfect location, we spent a week in paradise, beauty was everywhere you looked, and after a week, you are still looking at the building, gardens and views over the Med. We had a very relaxing time and because for the amount of space we always found somewhere quiet to sit and read, or swim in the gorgeous pool, It was very hot for us, however the gardens are designed to provide some shade whatever time of the day.

+ Burgi und Robert sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und haben in der Tat einen Platz im Paradies, der Name hält was er verspricht. Ich habe im Turmzimmer 3 herrlich entspannte Tage verbracht. Der Garten, der von den Gästen genutzt werden kann, bietet viele gemütliche Plätze und eine tolle Aussicht mit Meerblick. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht, und man fühlt sich willkommen. Das Schlafzimmer im Turmhaus bietet 1001-Nacht-Feeling durch die Kuppel und die schöne Beleuchtung. Die gesamte Anlage hat einen ganz besonderen Charakter und Charme. Den Strand und das Zentrum des Ortes erreicht man in 10-15 min zu Fuß. Es geht zurück zwar - typisch für den Ort - bergauf, das ist aber für durchschnittliche Fußgänger gut machbar. Ich kann die Casa Paraiso sehr empfehlen.

+ Es ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Ambiente und sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ich komme bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

+ La ubicación era perfecta. He viajado por una boda y el lugar de celebración estaba a 6 min en coche de allí. Sitio totalmente tranquilo, muy acogedor, los detalles muy cuidados, no le falta nada. La casita es una monería y todo el espacio de fuera súper bonito y muy funcional. Facilidades de entrada y salida. Todo genial la verdad. Lo recomiendo 100%

Wonderful relaxing trip

+ Burgi and Robert were wonderful hosts, very welcoming and friendly, and couldnt do enough for you. We stayed in the Rapunzle Tower, which was absolutely charming and very quirky. This was a 10 minute walk from the beach. The whole vibe was very relaxing, and we had a very enjoyable holiday.

− There was nothing to dislike. However, part of the road up to the Casa Paraiso was quite steep, so the less able bodied may struggle a bit.

+ Decorations and garden are unique and extraordinary.

− Bad value for money. Far away from the beach, there are no nice bars or restaurants nearby. No privacy in the property, many grandmas and grandpas around the pool during the whole day. There is no living room, there is no air con, there is no tv, wifi is not functional most of the day, room is very small and it is quite tricky to use unusual stairs that are leading from kitchen to bedroom. We realized on the first day that we made a mistake when we booked this, and we asked hosts on the first morning - what can we do to solve this problem because we are unhappy with this accommodation and we feel it is overpriced. Hosts did not show any understanding or compassion, they explained that it is not their problem that we are unhappy and they can only offer us to pay 80 eur more if we want to move to room with air condition. Later they also mentioned that they are giving us free life coaching advice by teaching us this lesson. Furthermore, I was telling them that it was hard to get to Torre Del Mar - because Uber was not recognizing this location, and Google Maps was showing that it is 1.5h far away with a bus, hosts laughed and said that probably something is wrong with my head because I didnt realize that Google Maps is showing wrong distance. Hosts eventually agreed to cut our stay 1 day shorter after Booking customer support contacted them.

+ We just came back to Earth after a heavenly week! Burgi and Robert deserve top marks for their generosity in sharing their amazing property with their lucky guests. Entering Rapunzel’s tower was like walking into a fairy tale! We also sampled the comfort of a spacious and impeccably furnished apartment with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and large private terrace. Angela’s relaxing massage in the peace of the lush gardens was a further treat. Casa Paraiso is highly recommended to anyone who appreciates pure beauty and serenity. We can’t thank you all enough!

− We had thought we might travel around a bit, but it was too hard to tear ourselves away from our home, sweet home …. even for a day!
