Un lugar al que volveríamos sin duda

+ Francesco es un anfitrión excelente que te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas y hace que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. El apartamento está muy limpio y cuidado al detalle, se nota el cariño que pone en cada cosa para que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. La ubicación es también excelente: puedes ir andando a la playa, a la zona de ocio y a los supermercados, lo que resulta muy práctico.Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable y totalmente recomendable.

À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la agréable surprise de recevoir un panier de bienvenue, une attention très appréciée.La piscine est superbe et l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région. Les hôtes ont été d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponibles. Ils nous ont donné de nombreux conseils, de bonnes adresses et des recommandations qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

+ The property is well looked after and has everything you need for very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hosts are super helpful and friendly before, during and after your stay. They are on hand to help with anything and everything and really go above and beyond. The location is great for access to the beach and town. The pool is lovely and quiet, the complex is safe and close to local supermarkets and bus stops.I have stayed in this complex a few times in various apartments however this one has been the best, I’ll certainly be back!

The Best Time at Red Apartment

+ We had a great experience at the Red Apartment! The owners made contact before we arrived and gave us lots of very useful local information including restaurant recommendations, bus timetables etc. On arrival we were met with a beautiful welcome hamper which was lovely. The apartment itself was spotless and very well kitted out - the owners have truly thought of everything that you may need for an enjoyable stay, we can't wait to go back!

Good value for money, very accommodating hosts

+ The building was calm. The studio is pretty small, but well equipped and clean. The location was good, at max 10 mins walk to the beach, close to supermarkets, parking spots were pretty available around the area (in April). The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive to details, they arranged for us to have a late check out since our flight was late, which was greatly appreciated. They also had good recommendations for restaurants.

Very hands approach by the hosts to make my stay as comfortable as possible

− Nothing couldn't have been better. Hosts were very attentive and were always in contact to insure your stay was there primary concern. They even went out of there way to buy at their own expense a double adaptor to facilitate my fire stick.

I loved our stay here in lanzarote.

+ I loved this apartment to stay in, the poor was amazing and the location of the place was not far from the strip and beach. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back here. It was very easy to get in contact with the providers and they also helped with tour guides. They also left some little goodies for us , amazing place.

+ L’appartement est très bien aménagé . Possibilité de se faire à manger ( coin cuisine ) et même de laver son linge ( il fait chaud !). Terrasse agréable et jolie piscine .literie confortable .

Amazing property and owners

+ The property was ideal for me, perfect size and not too far from the beach/town. The owner was amazing, checked in with me throughout my stay and gave me lots of helpful tips which made my first time visiting Lanzarote so much better.

Desde el primer momento, el anfitrión mostró una gran amabilidad y disposición, facilitando todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y con una atención al detalle que marca la diferencia. Además, me sorprendieron gratamente con pequeños detalles que hicieron que la estancia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, repetiría y lo recomendaría sin dudar.

+ El apartamento era tal cual las fotos que vimos. Nada más llegar nos recibieron con una cesta de bienvenida lo cual es algo de agradecer. Estaba todo muy limpio y la ubicación es perfecta tanto para supermercados como para conocer Lanzarote. Hacer mención especial al trato recibido por los dueños desde el momento de la reserva hasta el final dado que nos dió numerosas indicaciones para visitar la isla, y además estuvo todo el viaje pendiente de comunicarnos cualquier dato que debiésemos conocer. Volveríamos a repetir. Ha sido un placer.

Accogliente mini appartamento con tutto quello che serve

+ Contesto molto carino in quartiere calmo. Anche i vicini, nonostante fossero in gran parte vacanzieri, non hanno disturbato per nulla. L'appartamento è perfetto per una coppia, piccolo ma con tutto quello che serve. Francesco ci ha seguito tutto il tempo via WhatsApp, supportandoci anche per un piccolo malfunzionamento che abbiamo riscontrato (risolto prontamente). Ci siamo trovati benissimo... speriamo un giorno di tornare proprio qui!

+ Excellent experience! The apartment was well located, very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and had everything I've needed. The location was great, easy walk to the beach/city centre and plenty of free parking on the street. Francesco & Anna were excellent hosts! Extremely friendly and helpful :) They provided much information about the apartment and surroundings, even gave me great recommendations in regard to sightseeing, restaurants, etc. They were very friendly and responded fast. Also the welcome basket was a great touch to my experience. Would definitely come again! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic studio apartment

+ Everything you need and excellent customer service. Very fast internet connection. Towels, umbrella and cool bag provided for the beach.

− As mentioned in previous reviews the spiral stairs to the apartment are tricky with cases but nothing the owners can do about this.

We had an excellent stay at the red apartment and the studio apartment meet are needs .

+ Excellent facilities in the accommodation. Very clean and was able to ask for clean linen as we were there for a month. Like that, we had a washing machine and the shower was lovely and warm every time we used it. The chairs on the balcony reclined and were very comfortable. The internet was very good and fast connection. I liked the red theme design throughout the apartment . There is air conditioning on the apartment when the weather is hot . I liked that there was a window in the shower .

− We find it hard to shut the curtains on the rings . The table and chairs in the middle of the room took quite a lot of space up

Exceptional apartment with fabulous hosts

+ Lovely comfortable studio with everything that you need for your stay. Choice of supermarkets within walking distance along with bars and restaurants. The complex is so relaxing. Also close to the bus stop!! Francesco and Anna are excellent hosts and always reply promptly to any issues that may arise! They also provide you with an excellent guide to the area . Looking forward to returning again to Red! 😎

+ Very modern studio apartment with all amenities/appliances you might need to make your stay super comfortable. Very clean and excellent location The host Francesco is very attentive and responsive, his attention to details is amazing. I truly recommend this place, also it’s an excellent value for money

− It’s not about the property itself but more about the complex structure: we were on the first floor which was great but to get there there is a spiral staircase which is not great especially if you carry a big suitcase 😅
