+ Die Lage ist super

− In der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos wirkt es größer. Und es sind mehr Räume (Schlafzimmer extra). Das gilt aber nicht für den fünften Stock. Dort ist es nur ein Raum. Das Bad ist extrem klein und für große Personen ungeeignet. Das Haus ist alt und für die Instandhaltung wird wohl eher nichts investiert. So hatten wir am zweiten Tag die Türschnalle der Badtür in der Hand, weil das Holz rundherum kaputt war. Für 4 Personen gab es 3 Gläser und 3 Teller... Der Föhn wie in der Beschreibung stand war allerdings nicht vorhanden. Auch kein Duschgel. Es gibt ein schmales Stiegenhaus. Keine Fluchtwege und nur einen einzigen Feuerlöscher beim Eingang im Ergeschoss! Wir haben auch nur 1 Schlüssel Set bekommen. Was bein4 Personen wirklich mühsam war. Vor allem, weil ein Schlüssel für die untere Eingangstüre war und einer fürs Apartment. Somit musste immer jemand 5 Stöcke runter laufen um den, der später kam rein zu lassen. Kurtaxe wurde mit 101,25€ für 4 Personen verrechnet! 100€ Kaution sind zu hinterlegen. Bis jetzt hab ich die noch nicht zurück bekommen. Für den Preis den wir bezahlt haben eine Frechheit. Da hätten wir doch lieber 2 Hotelzimmer genommen. Werde ich nie wieder buchen und auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

− Das war mal ein Laden vorher Mann hat aller gehört die vorbei gelaufen sind Küchen Fenster ohne Vorhang Mann hat uns bei Schlaf beobachtet, bin jedesjahr in Lloret de Amt aber so eine Wohnung nie gehabt .kann nur sagen Geld zurück

− Terrible experience. The room cost was only €30, but they charged an absurd €50 cleaning fee, which is completely unreasonable and feels like a scam. Poor transparency, unfair pricing, and definitely not worth it — I would never recommend this place to anyone.

+ Super nettes Check In/ Check out Service! Das Apartment liegt in einer super zentralen und doch ruhigen Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer und der Hauptstraße. Asset: die große Terrasse mit dem fantastischen Blicken auf die Dächer der kleinen Stadt und das Meer. Insgesamt sehr happy :) wie kommen gerne wieder !

All about location not much else

+ This property is ALL about location (when you can actually find it). Located in a back street very close to the beach and far enough away from the nightclubs to not bother you too much. Host when met was friendly and helpful, even thou my Spanish is embarrassingly awful. Usual facilities you expect from an apartment. No tea spoons and would it kill someone to provide a tea towel?

− This is the difficult one. Bus shuttle service advertised doesn't exist. Neither does the 24/7 front desk or the concierge service. Only time you see staff is if you text them or when they want something. Property difficult to find. Taxis don't stop there as it's in a pedestrian back street. Getting details of where I need to go from property was difficult (all you had to do was direct from Hotel Marsol, which is about 100m away, straight up a street, turn right, then left opposite the sweet Villa. Then a picture of the door would have been useful). Got to property, eventually. Small hallway to greet you, light switch hanging off wall doesn't give a good impression. Apartment door handle not looking good either. Apartment was spacious enough but poorly finished. Sofa too large, TV too small. Windows don't lock but too small to get through (unless you're under 10). No view so found myself looking at poorly squeezed in cupboards, holes in walls where wiring not finished properly, skirting boards not fixed properly. Very noisy (not talking about nightclub crowd but internally where door rattled every time someone went down stairs and can here all conversations (especially at 2am).

− The apartment is small, the mattress isn't comfortable, for 4 days we have only 4 towels, we have a laundry without gel, we dont have a tissue, finally we have a neighbour they are very annoying

+ The manager was very responsive to bring extra blanket as the place was very cold in March. Has everything you need. The location is great, right in the center and very close to the beach.

− The apartment is very cold in winter, although luckily a heater was provided. It's difficult to park around the area, the parking is not very close.

+ Location close to the beach, and center .check in and check out was easy, comunication was good with the person in charge. Its juat a very small apartment with small beds and very small shower and very very basic stuff provided.

− They could improve by providing extra toilet paper roll , some kitchen basic stuff like pepper, oil and vinegar, only salt wad available, only one toilet paper roll was given for 4 days. It was very cold but tbey had a heater. Lucky i was alone and i used only one room because the oyher room the heater did not work. The tv did not work, so nothing to watch unless u have your own Netflix account. The noise from other apartments was like if someone was next to you. Thru the kitchen vent i could constantly hear some noice as if a washing machine was on constantly sucking water and there was food smell coming thru from other apartments. The shower cabin is so small if you weigh more than 60kg u probably have to shower with the door open 😆 But it was ok for what i need just a bed to sleep at night and shower morning and evenings.

− Conditions were terrible and there was no air conditioning small rooms not clean and small beds . I wanted to cancel my stay and that say it’s ok and finally that didn’t give me my money back. Cheaters

Amazing location and staff, not accurate pictures/ size of appartment

+ Amazing location right next to the beach and the main pedestrian street. Check-in/out were great, staff was very friendly, responsive helpfull. Overall would come again

− Was too small for a family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids) and the pictures from the listing are not representing the property accurately. Overall the size is smaller than the pictures

Superb

+ Good tiny apartments suitable for a couple or family with nice view. Kitchen well equipped. Bed is comfortable. Person who designed the space having a good taste of designing small spaces. On arrival we were met by owner representative who explained all the points of using home appliances. He was friendly and very approachable.

− All was good. One suggestion: owner need to get a clothes dryer somewhere on the terrace.

+ The location was great. Within walking distance to everything. This is an apartment, not a hotel. So, no staff.

− I don't have anything bad to say. Just some reminders: no elevator... church clock rings evey 15 minutes lol. Have fun.
