+ Location is unbelievable! Apartment looks on Puerto de la Cruz and Teide, view is breathtaking from 7th floor. Everything in apartment is like it on pictures. Kitchen have all thing. Lots of towels in bathroom. Its clean and cozy. Owner was in contact with us all the time and very helpful. Parking is close to the building. There is market 100m from building.

+ Locatie spectaculoasa cu vedere extraordinara. Usor de ajuns, apartamentul este dotat cu toate facilitatile de la A la Z. Gazda, a facilitat sederea noastra si am comunicat bine pe tot parcursul sejurului. Alfonoso raspunde foarte rapid si e mereu dornic sa ajute. Felicitari !

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Blick aufs Meer.

+ Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnng,netter besorgter Vermieter.Die Wohnhäuser selbst sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen,auch die Flächen um die Häuser,aber die Wohnung war recht schön mit super Blick.

− Die Umgebung um die Wohnhäuser war eher ungepflegt.

Fenomenalny widok na ocean i Teide z balkonu

+ Apartament w wieżowcu, tuż nad brzegiem oceanu. Apartament jest przestronny, czysty, a jego największym atutem jest fantastyczny widok z balkonu na ocean i na Teide. Rewelacja. Na plus bardzo dobry kontakt z Alfonso. Apartament jest położony nieco na uboczu, koniecznie trzeba mieć auto, by tu mieszkać. Na parterze wieżowca jest sklep spożywczy, ale raczej marnie zaopatrzony. Na parkingu nie ma zasięgu internetu - ważne w przypadku potrzeby kontaktu np. w kwestii wpuszczenia do apartamentu pierwszy raz. Całościowo zdecydowanie polecam!

− Делали ремонт фасада и немного сыпалась какая-то штукатурка на балкон. Надо немного подкрутить кран на кухне - он шатается.

Wunderschöne Aussicht und näher am Meer geht nicht

+ Der Blick aus der wirklich geräumigen Wohnung ist der Wahnsinn. Das Meeresrauschen ist phantastisch und näher kann man sich dem Meer nicht fühlen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.

− Die Couch war für unseren Geschmack zu weich, sodass wir diese nicht nutzen konnten. Das folgende hat nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun, ist aber wichtig: Ich konnte es mir nicht vorstellen, obwohl es in den anderen Bewertungen erwähnt wurde. Die Zufahrt über die Sepentinen ist abends wirklich nicht empfehlenswert. Deshalb waren wir tagsüber unterwegs und hatten abends immer in der Wohnung gekocht.

Prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en op de Teide!

+ SALITRE SUITE OASIS is prachtig gelegen aan de oceaan, met zicht op de Teide! Misschien wel het mooiste uitzicht dat ik ooit gehad heb. Verder was het appartement ook top! Het (app)-contact met de host was ook heel goed.

+ Lokalizacja nad brzegiem oceanu i w pobliżu basenu (widoki z balkonu są niesamowite), na północy wyspy, skąd był dobry dojazd do najlepszych atrakcji na wyspie - Park Anaga, wulkan Teide, Los Gigantes, stolicy, itd. Mieszkanie było dobrze wyposażone - m.in. zmywarka, pralka, żelazko, suszarka. Gospodarz zostawił dla nas kilka przekąsek w lodówce, a że późno przyjeżdżaliśmy, to było to bardzo miłe.

− Wszystko mi się podobało, ale dla mniej wprawnych kierowców dojazd do miejscowości Mesa del Mar, gdzie znajduje się obiekt, może być - w szczególności w nocy - trochę stresujący. Prowadzi tam wąska serpentyna, a dodatkowo jeżdżą tamtędy autobusy;) ale jest spokojnie do przejechania i warto!

+ Host Alfonso provided us with amazing hospitality - even did a gift of basic groceries for the evening on day of our arrival. Very attentive and reposnive - gave us awesome tips on the island locations. View from the flat is just mindblowing... picturesque direct Teide panorama and see view from the 7th floor off 2 balconies. Flat is very spacious and well equipped, oven, dishwasher, washing mashine in the bathroom, enough amount of fresh towels and change of sheets. Great wifi - we did work for the first 10 days of our overall 21 day stay. It is advised to get a car if you want to get to Tacoronte Mesa del Mar - we saw a bus but no clue about the number or timetable. Next to the building public beach on one side (watch out for currents) with public showers and bathrooms plus ocean water pool on the other side. There is 1 groceries store downstairs with basic stuff you can get - no fresh vegetables though. Parking option in place - general parking for public use available weekdays - very crowded on weekends with good weather.

− We did read prior arrival about the wave noise and did not think it would be an issue - short term it is ok but long term it is better to close the balcony doors at night. There is no A/C and it does get warm in the flat due to afternoon sun exposure - long term stays take that into consideration. It may sound funny but we had a very good weather so it was a challenge at night a few times - the choice is between hot space or noise from the waves hitting the rocks.

Stunning view and the touch of the ocean

+ Apartment is situated directly on the ocean coast. There is a nice black sand beach within walking distance. There is a little shop at the bottom of the building but for eating out you need to get in the car (at least for dinner). The apartment itself is more than good, you can find everything you may need. Sofa and bed is very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. You can always hear the sound of the ocean but we really enjoyed that thing. On top of everything you have a stunning view from the balcony to the ocean and Teide. You can watch the beautiful sunset from there. For check-in we arrived pretty late but that was not a problem. Host is very friendly, communication was smooth, we got a lot of recommendations. A few basic thing for a breakfast was prepared upon arrival. This apartment was a perfect choice.

+ El piso está totalmente equipado y el anfitrión, Alfonso súper amable y servicial. Vistas insuperables.

+ La ubicación, la limpieza y el trato tan amable del anfitrión, Alfonso. Un lugar muy tranquilo y familiar.

− Por decir algo, el inevitable acceso desde Tacoronte a Mesa del Mar con una carretera por la montaña con unas curvas y pendiente en donde ibas rezando para no cruzarte con la guagua....

+ El sitio espectacular, Alfonso el propietario una persona muy amable que nos hizo la estancia mas amena. Nos fue recomendando los mejores sitios de cada zona. Desde el balcón se ve el Teide. La playa que esta al lado muy bien con todos los servicios. Tuvimos también parking privado incluido que se agradece. Volveríamos a repetir.

− Nada. Aunque tienen que tener en cuenta que estamos en una isla volcanica y para bajar a la playa hay curvas que con tranquilidad te acostumbras.

Emplacement idéal avec vue de rêve

+ Emplacement exceptionnel, gentillesse et accueil du propriétaire et ses attentions, toujours réactif par message, vue extraordinaire, piscine naturelle et plage toutes les 2 très belles. C'était vraiment beau. Nous aimons cuisiner et la cuisine était très bien équipée. Il y aussi un lave vaisselle et un lave linge avec les pastilles .C'était super!

− Le confort du canapé lit, ce n'est pas de la faute du propriétaire mais on entendait les voisins, les portes qui claquent,les gens qui rentrent en criant a minuit.

+ +7th floor apartment was spacious, calm and homey (better than the photos). +Apartment was well equipped and the kitchen had everything you need for a short stay +Views from the balcony were absolutely stunning since the apartment is just above the sea and quite close to the beach. +The host Alfonso was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you Alfonso! 😊

− If you’re traveling by bus, not the easiest location. However, we had rented a car and loved the location next to the beach. There was a big parking lot next to the building. The closest supermarket was a 15min drive.

Best place I've ever stayed

+ Believe me, until you've stayed in these apartments, you don’t know what beautiful sunsets are, visible right from the balcony. Until you've met Alfonso, you don’t know what true hospitality is. Until you've seen the waves at Mesa del Mar, you haven’t seen the true beauty of Tenerife. I regret that Booking doesn’t allow a rating higher than 10 because these apartments are probably the best place I've ever stayed. A huge apartment with two balconies, a large bed, a spacious sofa, two TVs, a kitchen that’s better than my own at home, a real coffee machine, and breathtaking views right in front of you. Previous reviews were right; it’s not just a beachfront location—it’s like the ocean is at your fingertips, and you'll only understand that when you fall asleep to the sound of waves just outside your window. This apartment has everything you need to relax and simply enjoy your vacation. Moreover, as soon as Alfonso greets you, it’ll feel like you're visiting an old friend who hasn’t seen you in ages. It’s the highest level of hospitality I’ve ever experienced, and honestly, my only regret is that I had to leave. If you have the chance, I recommend renting a car to explore the island more freely. If not, there’s a bus that goes to Mesa del Mar, which you can pay for via the ten+movil app.

+ I spent the best vacation of my life here. 🙏🙏🙏💙 About the apartment: The apartment is incresible beautiful, modern and clean. It is very well equipped, you can find everything in the kitchen. In the kitchen there were not only just tools, you can also find basic foodstuffs such as flour, sugar, salt, oil, coffee. The bathroom also had micrellar face wash, sunscreen, hair conditioner, and body lotion. There was detergent and fabric softener, so you we wash our clothes without any problems. We literally didn't have to buy anything because it had everything. Iron, ironing board, umbrella for the beach, mattress and everything was included. It was unbelievably fulled of everything you need. And the wiev… I can’t believe it how BEAUTIFUL it is! It is breathtaking to wake up every day to the sound of the ocean and when you look out of bed you see the endless sea. About the Owner of the apartment: Alfonso was so-so incredibly kind, my partner and I were able to experience the typical Spanish hospitality, for which we are very grateful to him. Unfortunately, when we arrived on the first evening, our flight was delayed for several hours, and there were also problems with renting a car with another company at the airport. He helped us with this problem too. When we arrived at the apartment, it was so late that every shop and restaurants were closed. Therefore, by the time we got there, he had already bought bread, cold meats, soft drinks, milk, and cookies for us in the fridge. He did not accept money for the food and received us with the greatest kindness even late at night. I have never experienced such kindness anywhere. About the area: We visited the whole island, but this was the most beautiful part where the apartment is located. Tacorante is a magically beautiful place. It is in a good location, close to the highway. The place has really spain authentic atmosphere. The capital and Puerto de la Cruz are half an hour away by car.

− This place was stunning, the apartment, the view, the ocean. Alfonso was one of the best host we have ever met, we got clear information about the place, the facilities, etc. You have to be ready to look after yourself as there is just one shop nearby, but if you do, this place is absolutely perfect. We enjoyed to be far from the crowd. We plan to be back next year...
