BUENA UBICACIÓN

+ lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación. Está muy cerca del metro. Hay supermercados muy cerca para hacer la compra de forma cómoda

− qure no tuviera ni un balcón ni terraza. En la descripción del apartamento ponia patio pero se puede acceder. Resulta complicado tender las toallas o bañadores después de ir a la playa

Decent stay - It could be much better with some retouching!

+ The apartment was very nicely located, a bit off-center in a quiet residential neighborhood, and very close to the metro station - only a couple of minutes walk! Easy, remote check in, spacious place equipped with many amenities, especially in the kitchen. A big living room with a dining table for larger groups or a family to enjoy some together time.

− Although the place was cleaned up prior to our arrival (floors, bathroom, kitchen, sheets, etc. were all clean) there were some things that made it seem off or run down. The carpet in the living room was very dirty with many stains; also the couch cover and pillows and curtains can use a cleaning refreshment. There was an off smell most likely just from lack of ventilation and it is in general darker than it seems in the pictures. The mattress was very soft and it was bulging in the middle. Overall a nice place but needs a bit of refreshment.

+ La flexibilidad de los propietarios, y atención a cualquier pregunta o duda que teníamos.

+ La ubicación es óptima, cerca de la salida del metro, tienes todo a mano.

− Está mal aislado acústicamente. Se oye mucho cualquier ruido de los vecinos

− Sergio no se digno a contestar a mis mensajes y a las llamadas. TV solo funcionan Apps, no se ven los canales. Hacia bastante frío cuando llegamos.

− En la habitación había un olor desagradable no se si era a humedad y encontrar aparcamiento un poco complicado

Super appartement mais pas parfait

+ - L'emplacement - l'organisation de l'arrivée en complète autonomie - la taille de l'appartement

− Le tapis du salon était TRÈS sale, la première chose que l'on a fait a été de passer l'aspirateur dessus, un aspirateur remplit à ras de poussière, poils et cheveux. Il reste deux énormes tâches qui ne partiront qu'avec un lavage en profondeurL'état était très correct mais quelques détails laissent plus à désirer (des chaises de salon n'étaient pas bien vissées, un bouton de porte qui s'est détaché, le porte papier toilette qui est dévissé et qui tombe un peu). On sent qu'il y a eu du passage et peu de remise en état depuis.Enfin, le canapé lit n'est pas du tout confortable, il y a une sorte de creux au milieu du matelas. Mais ça dépanne, je suis heureux de ne pas être resté une semaine 😅 le lit était très confortable par contre

+ Todo perfecto. Los inquilinos muy amables y atentos, espacio amplio e ideal para una familia. Muy bien equipada y muy bien decorada. Estamos muy agradecidos.

+ Limpieza, la ubicación muy cómoda al lado de la parada del metro muy fácil moverse

− No era nada acústico se oía todo y en la noche no se podía dormir del ruido que hacían los vecinos

It was really wonderful, best host ever!

+ The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get the keys. It was also really thoughtful to leave useful kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, salt, pans, a toaster, pots—everything you might need. The apartment was very clean, and even though it’s not right in the city center, the bus stop is really close, so you can get downtown in about 10 minutes.

It was great, i surely recommend for a couple of days in Bilbao

+ Very friendly host, most helpful and quick reply on questions, so close to metro and all equipment available
