Bra leilighet med noen mangler.

+ Stor og komfortabel leilighet. Meget sentralt. Beach, spisesteder, butikker og bilutleie kun få skritt fra utgangsdøra. 1 stort soverom med dobb seng. 1 lite med enkelt seng. Mye skapplass. 2 bad/toalett. Stor tv. Kjøkken med alt av utstyr. Teposer og krydder. Stor terrasse med utsikt til strand og promenade. 2 solsenger med madrasser. I februar sol fra kl 10.30 og hele dagen. 1 strandstol. Flere strandparasoller.

− Sofa i stue er forferdelig å sitte i. Blir nesten liggende. Stoler til spisebordet sprukket. Jeg reparerte med gaffateip. Terrassegulv slitent, men ok. Savner utemøbler. Lite bord og to stoler hadde hevet standarden.

− Das Warmwasser hat manchmal etwas gedauert, sonst aber alles super

− Some things a bit run down - ie sunbed a bit broken and dining chairs all cracked but usable. No settee on terrace as on photo of property and no English channels on the tv

+ Перша лінія. Шикарний краєвид на море й частину міста — до пляжу буквально кілька кроків. Апартаменти просторі, мають кухню, дві спальні та вітальню. Власниця — дуже приємна жінка, швидко реагувала на всі наші прохання й дозволила виселитися на кілька годин пізніше, ніж було домовлено, за що ми їй дуже вдячні.

− Під час перебування ми бачили як живих, так і мертвих тарганів. Нам пояснили, що це нормально для місцевого клімату, але це все ж неприємно. Також не сподобався каркас ліжка в малій спальні — він виглядав так, ніби після клопів, тому я не наважилася на ньому спати.

+ Zentrale Lage, tolle Aussicht, fantastische Terrasse. Inhaberin Dolores großartig 😀, Aufzug im Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Restaurants und Lokale unendlich viele...

− Netflix ist zwar vorhanden, aber leider nicht zugreifbar.

+ Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Apartment bietet alles, was man benötigt. Ruhiges Haus, alles was man braucht, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Supermärkte und nette Läden zum schlendern. Wir kommen gerne wieder🍹🌴🌞⛱️

− It's a bit dated, kithen cupboards need organising better, there were carrier bags etc obviously left by other people. A dried wetwipe left in a box under the TV We are an elderly couple who take care of things but the dining chairs cracked when we sat on them. The shower heads and holders need looking at, the power is weak and there's so much wasted water before the hot water comes through. The small bedroom wardrobes are full of spare blankets and a high chair that there's not much room for clothes. Positive criticism!

+ Perfect location, right on the beach. All the restaurants and shops in walking distance. The apartment was spacious, comfortable with everything you needed. Dolores was very nice and helpful.

+ Nice clean apartment in a central location for the beach. Lovely views from veranda with a couple of coffee shops underneath. Nice and very useful touch, umbrellas and beach chair for use. Dolores the host was helpful throughout. Would definitely consider staying here again if we were to return to the area.

− As mentioned in other feedbacks, the front of the apartment (not the beach view side) was very noisy at times due to the night time economy, we're woken up several times. Bedroom 2 a little small and more suitable for a child. Water temperature difficult to regulate in bathroom 1, think the mixer tap needs attention.

Fairly enjoyable trip apart from 3 days continous rain

+ Execellent location, clean and comfortable, could not fault the actual apartment Had everything you needed and the balcony was large with shunning views

− Street noise from the main bedroom at night until after 2 in the morning was horrendous so had many sleepless nights Also a considerable amount of noise from the apartment above Would have been handy to have an information pack giving details of emergency numbers, taxi companies, bus routes, and instructions of how to use the appliances etc etc Lift was out of action for 4 days so going up 4 flights of stairs was challenging after having a nice evening meal!
