Hôtel beau, propre et bien situé ! Manque de rangement et d’espace de séchage.

+ Hôtel très moderne et très propre ! Emplacement proche de la plage et de la rue commerçante.

− Manque vraiment de rangement, pas de possibilité d’étendre les maillots et serviettes à l’extérieur ni les serviettes de toilettes à l’intérieur. Étant donné que les chambres ne sont pas très grandes ça devient vite un casse tête logistique si nous y restons plusieurs jours…

+ Le lieu est magique, très proche de Palma et Soller. Violetta est un rayon de soleil. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux. La chambre est confortable et très propre. Les jardins et la piscine sont apaisants. Un petit paradis

+ El hotel esta pegado a la playa, las habitaciones se limpian todos los dias, tienen ventilador y ac, la piscina esta bien, la recepcion esta abierta 24h.

− No hay un tendedero para dejar las toallas y los bañadores, no tienen ni desayuno ni restaurante para comer o cenar.

Agradable estancia

+ El personal súper atento. Está a 2 minutos de la playa y zona con muchos servicios pero tranquila a la vez. En otro hotel de la cadena a 7 min andando hay un buen desayuno.

− La terraza tiene vistas al edificio de enfrente. No tiene ningún encanto.

Very comfortable but not good value for the money paid

− Not amazing location, for a 4 star hotel. No breakfast or any amenities just the pool and it could be open for more hours (8-22 for example). No parking either. Overall felt that the hotel did not meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel. Not a prime location, no amenities, no breakfast or room service food, no parking, no balcony or even windows that to can look through. Value for money it is not a good place to stay, however if you have money and don’t mind having only a comfortable room then it is a good option. The showers had some mold that was not cleaned properly.

+ El alojamiento es magnífico, al lado de la playa, ubicación perfecta cerca de una calle principal de tiendas y restaurantes. La piscina es maravillosa con vistas a la playa y con varias tumbonas y un pequeño bar para los huéspedes. La zona es tranquila, por la noche puedes descansar perfectamente.

− Algo negativo para nuestro gusto que estuvimos ahí 8 noches es la cama, no nos pareció nada cómoda ni el colchón ni las almohadas, era todo demasiado blando y no pudimos descansar bien.

Unglaublich schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinem Kritikpunkt

+ Unglaublich nettes Personal, schöne Dachterasse und tolle Lage

− Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und das restliche Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Vorfall am Empfang hat den Eindruck jedoch sehr getrübt: Ein Rezeptionist trug eine Meta-Smartbrille und hat uns während des Gesprächs vermutlich (durch Tippen auf den Brillenbügel) aufgenommen. Auch wenn dies im Nachhinein hoffentlich eine einmalige Ausnahme dieses einzelnen Mitarbeiters war, geht so etwas im Servicebereich bezüglich der Privatsphäre der Gäste gar nicht. Zukünftige Gäste sollten sich darauf einstellen. Dennoch muss ich das gesamte Personal loben - super freundlich und zuvorkommend!

+ L’emplacement est parfait ! Moins d’une minute de la plage et directement dans le centre pour les boutiques et restaurants. Je recommande ! Le lit était extrêmement confortable ! Et le personnel très agréable.

− Nous avons trouvé qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de places pour le rangement de nos affaires dans la chambre. De plus, nous étions dans une chambre avec douche handicapée, et souvent la salle de bain était inondé après la douche.

Es hat seinen Zweck erfüllt aber man hätte sicherlich für sehr viel weniger Geld dasselbe erhalten können

− Das Zimmer war relativ klein und es hatte nicht das Gefühl von einem vier Sterne Hotel. Der Pool ist sehr klein das Bild zeigt bereits das Ausmaß der dachterrasse

Bardzo komfortowy instagramkowy hotel 2 minuty od pięknej plaży!

+ Hotel nowy bardzo ładny, basen malutki ale zawsze da się skorzystać czasami nikogo na nim nie było czynny od 10 do 20 więc trochę szkoda bo 22 można by było skorzystać fajnie w nocy gdy jest podświetlony i wygląda super. W hotelu nie żadnych opcji żywieniowych, ale można kupić kawę 2€ herbaty i wyśmienite duże drink przy hotelowym basenie w bardzo przystępnych cenach do jakości. Lokalizacja wyśmienita wszystko pod nosem. Sprzątnie wymiana ręczników codziennie.

− Mieliśmy pokój bez balkonu z nastawieniem na plażowanie był problem gdzie po plaży powiesić mokre rzeczy ręczniki i stroje kąpielowe dodatkowo mieliśmy pokój z dzieckiem i szybą z prysznica na pokój bez możliwości zasłonięcia była średnio komfortowa.
