Sercotel Sorolla Palace

+ Overall, we had a very good stay. The breakfast was good, and the fresh orange juice was definitely a highlight. However, it would be nice to have more variety from day to day, as the options can become a little repetitive during a longer stay.They also offer cakes at breakfast, but they tend to be quite rich and heavy, more like celebration or dessert cakes. It would be lovely to have some simpler, homemade-style breakfast cakes instead, such as orange cake, lemon cake, or chocolate cake.Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and we really had nothing to complain about there. It was perfect for our stay.

− I missed having more kid-friendly options on the bar (near the pool) menu. The only pizza available had ham and mushrooms, which may not appeal to all children.

Discreta base per una visita a Valencia

+ Hotel di discreto livello. Camera spaziosa e con un apprezzabile livello di comfort. Personale professionale ma piuttosto freddo. Colazione buona, con varie opzioni disponibili. Piscina carina.

− Alcuni dettagli sono da migliorare. Ad esempio, un paio di volte (in quattro giorni) gli asciugamani per la piscina sono risultati non disponibili. Apprezzabile che all'ingresso vi fosse un boccione con acqua fresca aromatizzata; molto meno il fatto che fosse quasi sempre vuoto, o che mancassero i bicchieri per bere.

Heel fijn hotel super bedden en rustig hotel

+ Hele fijne bedden. Wij hadden de suite. Met gezin erg fijn. Zwembad was echt heel klein helaas is deze foto wat misleidend. De jacuzzi is prima met 2 personen maar niet meer. Verder wel lekker rustig te zitten buiten twee gedeeltes ook fijn. Schoonmakers doen hun werk goed. Aardig personeel aan bar. De parkeerplaats is goed gelijk naar beneden rijden en je hebt een lift die rechtstreeks uitkomt bij hotel. 22 euro p/d . S avonds binnenkomst moet je aanbellen deur is dan ook op slot. Ontbijt is prima voor ieder wel wat wils. Wel elke dag hetzelfde. Centrum old town ong 10 min met auto.

− Locatie ligt wat afgelegen maar dit was voor ons ook wel oké en de handdoeken halen zwembad bij de balie hal binnnen komst. Dit moet echt veranderd worden. Je moet met lift vanuit je kamer naar begane grond en dan balie handdoeken halen. En dan weer naar de 1e verdieping. Terwijl er een bar boven bij zwembad is en dit daar ook prima regelend kan worden. Sommige medewerkers zijn wel wat gepikeerd als ze dus een handdoek moeten geven aan de balie?? Dit vonden wij eigenlijk wel het enige storend moment van het verblijf.

− A little too far from city center. But the bus is right outside the door.

− Ontbijt beperkt, en erg veel lawaai in de nacht, slecht geslapen

+ Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, el hotel en general es muy bueno y bien comunicado.

Nice hotel!

+ The hotel was very clean and tidy. We stayed in a family room which had a separate room with large double bed and a sofa bed in the sitting room area. Our 2 Kids weren’t particularly happy about having to share a bed so we managed to improvise with the sofa bed cushions. Room was a lovely temperature. Staff were very friendly and helpful, car park was easy to locate with a lift into the hotel lobby.

− Some of the food we ordered for room service wasn’t cooked through and cold. Didn’t complain due to being autistic and finding communication difficult even without a language barrier.

Nice hotel, but pool was very smal for the size of hotel and the number of people.

− The pool was very small and packed with kids. The photos of the pool look very large on line. That is why we picked this hotel. We wanted to stay at a nice hotel with a large pool and the photos were misleading.
