Una piacevole vacanza

+ L’hotel è molto carino, curato e moderno. Ha una spa e una piscina all’ultimo piano, non profonda, con bar annesso. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante. Nota di merito per l’accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei receptionist, che sono sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problematica e a mettersi a disposizione in caso di necessità. Vi forniranno i teli per il mare, la piscina o la spa, ombrellone per la spiaggia e, se occorre, anche un parcheggio custodito a pochi passi dall’hotel (a pagamento)! Ringraziamo soprattutto Zoe che, con i suoi consigli preziosi, ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del buon cibo e di visitare le più belle calette di Ibiza!

− La piscina per via della poca profondità e consigliamo di essere un po’ più minuziosi con la pulizia delle camere!

Average, but annoying after getting robbed

Would definitely stay here again!

+ Super friendly staff, remembered my partner from previous visits so already had a great rapport. Central location in San Antonio, so easy to walk to shops/ waterfront/ restaurants. Walkable distance to Cala Gracioneta, which is an exceptional secluded beach.

− Free parking for hotel guests in the secure carpark would have been a good option but understand that space is limited. There is a large outdoor carpark (unsecure) about 5min walk away.

+ Habitaciones amplias, el personal es encantador y atento. La piscina son solo 40 cm pero al ser un hotel urbano es suficiente para refrescarse (si tu plan es pasar el día entero en piscina este no es el hotel).

− Creo que el desayuno tiene mucho margen de mejora, poca variedad y la bollería es toda industrial

Un hotel magnífico

+ Las habitaciones muy amplias y equipadas. Para ser una reserva para 4 personas, tener dos habitaciones continuas y unidas fue una maravilla. El personal muy atento y profesional. El desayuno muy bueno, incluyendo productos típicos de Ibiza

− La piscina tiene solo 40 cm de profundidad, por lo que es algo incómoda. Pero el ambiente de la azotea magnífico.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and good value for money

+ Great location in San Antonio - close to taxi rank and main area. Nice modern hotel which was clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and great air conditioning! The rooftop area is really nice and has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas with a well priced bar.

− Informed staff multiple times that the safe in our room was not working and could it be looked at and fixed and this was never followed through on.

Enjoyable, would stay again.

+ The location is great, small walk to the San Antonio square. The pool is relaxing and had a SJ playing for a few hours on Saturday which we loved. We went to the spa on our last day and regretted not using it more, it’s beautiful! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and definitely stay again!

Great location, modern, clean and well presented with lovely facilities

+ Great location, modern, clean and good facilities. The roof top pool was lovely and nicely presented. We had fresh towels daily and pool towels provided on arrival to the pool area with comfortable cushioned loungers.

Comfortable boutique hotel but spa should be included

+ I like the boutique feel of the hotel. I liked the spa although I feel it should be included in the price of the room not extra.

− My air conditioning wasn’t working and the maid took my pyjamas one morning so I had nothing to sleep in for one night. They offered me a spa voucher as a goodwill but i had to ask for that. I didn’t like having to pay a £200 refundable deposit for the room. I’ve stayed in 4/5 stars before and never been asked to do that. I didn’t pay it.

Nice hotel would recommend it and would stay again.

+ Clean, beds were comfortable staff were friendly. Roof top area is lovely for sunbathing. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarket.

− Le lieu était bruyant notamment les autres clients et le parking public à côté est onéreux. L'hôtel ne dispose que de 4 places avec un tarif à 15e par jour. J' ai également du demander des couvertures en arrivant il n'y en avait dans la chambre alors qu'il faisait un peu frais

+ Central location close to sea boulevard. Good beds, nice breakfast. Nice roof terrace.

− Quite noisy starting around early morning hours. Bathroom rather dark with only a shower and a very noisy extractor that turns on with the lights, not separately (an issue when the other is still sleeping). An empty minibar.

Not as expected

+ Location is great if you are into partying, the atmosphere seems calm on approach, however constant noise from other guest during day and evening was just to much. This on top of bins being emptied mid night waking us every night was just awlful. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were unusable. The pool on the roof is only 40cm deep however it is pretty up there however again very noisy. There is a spa which is ok, however cost an extra €20 euros for 2 hours on top of room, unfortuantly they allowed a large group of males in there who were very noisy and no cleaning was done well we were in there.We needed some.peace so actually brought day passes to another hotel to use thier facilities and have some peace by a pool.Breakfast was always cold which was a shame as if warm would have passed as ok. The lack of milk, and little basic coffee and tea in the rooms was below standard for a 4 star hotel.The staff were friendly.Overall it would pass as an ok stay if you dont mind noise and lack of facilities. I have been to ibiza many times and was underwhelmed by this new hotel which cost more than the surrounding places and charge a €250 euros per room deposit.

Not great, noisy and basic

+ The staff were very pleasent

− The noise was to much, it is not soundproofed at all. The emptying of the bins at early hours was horrendous. Noise from other guest was continous, some were very rude. The roof top pool is only 40cm deep which is impossible to swim, they do have a spa which is €20 euros, however they allowed a large group of young men in there at the same time who were so loud ruining the experience for others, additionally no staff cleaned the surroundings of the spa area so there was lots of dirty towels and slippers everywhere.The pillows were awful so uncomfortable and the beds were very soft with the rooms being very basic, rea and coffeeoccasionally but more suited to a hostel.Unfortuantly the breakfast was always cold and basic and not what I expected.

Wir kommen wieder!

+ Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Essen und das Frühstück war perfekt. Die Poolbar ist auch sehr hübsch. Obwohl der Pool nur 40cm tief ist war es eine tolle Abkühlung. Sehr bequeme Liegen und tolle Trinks. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch. Und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Alles in der Nähe: Restaurant, Shops, Meer, Altstadt, öffentlicher Parkplatz.

− Die Zimmertüren sind sehr schwer und fallen extrem laut wieder zu. Leider hört man auch sehr laut die Partygäste die mitten in der Nacht nachhause kommen, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat.
