Studio Arts Soho - Malaga

+ The host was very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. He always responded quickly to our messages and was very accommodating throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Málaga on foot. The apartment itself was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

− The fold out bed was disappointing, taking up limited floor area. It wasn’t clear and I didn’t see that mentioned in the booking add.

Nice and central place to stay if you tolerant to hear noise at night.

+ PLEASE READ DISADVANTAGES SECTION AS WELL The host Andrew was very nice, communicable, ready to answer the questions. He met me personally and let me in earlier. The location of the app is very central, it has a small elevator and located at the 2nd floor. The cleaniness, wi-fi, kitchen utensils - everything was nice. Andrew also provided nice toiltries and many necessary things (spices, oil, coffee etc) in kitchen. The bottle of wine was especially a kind gesture of him. There is a balcony and its door at the same time serves as a window. The bed is opening by descendind it from the side wall. The kitchen is full of all necessary utensils and there is some extra products for cooking. WC is clean and has all necessary accessories.

− The app is located on a VERY NOISY street, on the top of VERY NOISY cafees and bars, where people talk during the day and music sometimes added to it at nights. So be warned that you probably will not be able to sleep untill 2 a.m. during the week or even 4 a.m. at Friday. The doors of the balcony can dampen the sound a little bit, when closed, but then again it is very noisy inside! The host provides ear plugs and this is the only way to sleep there.

+ Très bon séjour, logement propre. L’emplacement était parfait, proche de tout à quelques minutes de marche et facilement accessible depuis la gare de train. L’hôte était sympathique et disponible. Je recommande vivement.

− Il y avait un peu de bruit provenant des restaurants en bas, mais Anthony nous a donné des bouchons d’oreilles, ce qui nous a permis de très bien dormir.

+ La ubicación es excelente, sin ruidos, estudio limpio y acogedor, fuimos en Navidad y los anfitriones tuvieron un detalle con nostoros que me parció maravilloso y eso es algo que se agradece mucho (adjunto foto)

Nice apartment in the heart of Soho

+ Location, close to the old town and the train station. Coffee and tea available, fresh fruits and chocolates were a very nice touch. The host Anthony was very helpful and communicative.

Lovely welcome, perfect location, very clean but the bed was not ideal for us.

− The foldaway bed. Very heavy for one person to manage, no headboard and no plug sockets near bed for CPAP. Noise from street could be a problem as on the 2nd floor above bars and restaurants.

+ Apartament czysty, zadbany, w miarę wygodny. Położony bardzo blisko dworca i centrum miasta. Świetny kontakt z Anthonym, który błyskawicznie odpowiada na wszelkie pytania, gdy trzeba chętnie pomoże.

− Hałas dochodzący z pobliskich barów (zostaliśmy przez właściciela uprzedzeni, miłym gestem jest pozostawienie przez niego do dyspozycji gości zatyczek do uszu).

+ Great location on fairly quiet pedestrianised street. Less than 5 minutes to the centre and sane to rail links for the airport

+ Polite and helpful owner. He is also very thoughtful about various little things, so the apartment had everything you need and even more.

− It seems that in the old house there are some problems with the ventilation of the bathroom, room and you have to open the windows periodically. And it can be noisy outside, so you can't keep the windows open all the time.

Amazing place amazing host

+ We had a wonderful stay in Málaga The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, which made us feel at home right away. The location couldn’t be better we barely needed transportation since all the main attractions restaurants, and shops ans the beach are within walking distance. What made the stay truly special was the host. Exceptionally attentive and hospitable, he made sure everything went smoothly and were always available. His kindness really added to the whole experience. Overall a perfect combination of cleanliness, location, and an outstanding host. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Málaga and we we'll be coming back

+ 숙소 위치가 좋았고 깔끔했음. 맥주, 일리커피, 와인까지 준비되어 있어 편하게 먹을 수 있고 간단하게 음식을 요리할 수 있는 환경도 좋았음. 와이파이와 에어컨 성능도 좋고 록시땅 어메니티도 만족스러웠음. 밤 늦게 도착했는데 열쇠를 비번이 있는 박스에 넣어주셔서 쉽게 들어갈 수 있었음

− 7박을 머물렀는데 청소도 수건 빨래도 본인이 직접해야 하는 시스템은 처음에는 낮설었음. 그런데 나중에는 오히려 나의 공간을 오롯이 우리만 사용한다는 점이 편안했음. 호텔과 달리 집주인이 상주하지 않는 시스템이라서 무슨 문제가 발생했을 때 집주인과 소통이 바로바로 되지 않는 점이 불편했음. 첫날 열쇠를 들고 다니는 것이 익숙하지 않아 열쇠른 숙소에 놔두고 오는 실수늘 했는데 집주인과 5시간 넘게 연락이 안되어 힘들었음.

An amazing place to stay during the trip!

+ The hosts were very friendly and recommended many great restaurants and ice cream shops. Málaga is an incredibly safe city, my son and I had a fun and enjoyable week here. The host’s wife kindly shared some wonderful travel routes, which made our trip even more special. The location is perfect, as it’s close to everything, and you can easily reach all the places on foot. This is definitely a place worth staying for a longer time!

− The soundproofing might not be perfect, but I don’t think it affects anything at all.

Nice and cozy apartment in the heart of Málaga, far enough away from the tourists inrush

+ Very nice and cozy apartment in the heart of Málaga city. I liked the location in Calle Casas de Campos, since this is a pedestrian area and it's not so crowded and loud. It's just a 2 minutes walk to the train station, so with the train schedule in mind, it takes you 20 minutes from the airport to the apartment. Everything is very clean and in good condition. Kitchen offers everthing you need and the washing machine also works fine. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, the apartment might be a bit small, but for 1 or 2 people with just a suitcase definitely large enough. And the best part are the owners of the apartment. Anthony and his wife are so kind and helpful. You feel it from the first minute that you are very welcome.

Enjoyable stay in a great location

+ Great location. Love the artwork and photography. Flat was well equipped with almost all needs met, though didn't spot any washing machine capsules/liquid :) . Host was attentive and left lots of advice. Good for coffee lovers (Illy espresso)! It's a quirky compact and bijou flat, great for a solo traveller or a loving couple.

− Drop down bed was easy to deploy, getting it back in place was fine but probably wouldn't suite a single traveller with back problems as it's a little heavy.

GREAT Appartments! Absolute TOP!

+ Location: the appartments are located 3 min to the train station MalagaCentro Alameda, from there by C1/C2 trains you can easily get to the main train station in Malaga, to the airport, to the nice villages near Malaga with super beaches Terramolinos, Benalmudena, Fienjerola. To the old town its also 3 min walk from the apps, the old Mercato is just arround the corner, 3 min to the port and the park, the walk to the beach Malagetta shall take 20 min. Soho district is very pleasant with nice caffes where mainly locals eat. it was not too loud outside in the evenings and at night. Communication with owner: the absolutely great person, on contact 24/7, answers immediatelly, VERY helpful in everything, very generous and kind, has good taste )). Our flight was delayed for 5 h and we arrived at 2am, he was all the time in contact, gave useful tips how to get to the apps quicker, he made our bed and left refreshments for us in the fridge !!!) Appartments: everythins is very neat and clean and new in the apps, the traveller gets literary everything that might be needed, incl.beach towels, umbrella and sun cream, fan, detergent, iron, coffee machine staffed with the coffee, all sort of kitchenette together with salt, sugar, oil etc. In the bathroom you get L'occitane cosmetics (!)

+ The location is great: the train station is just around the corner, so are fully stocked supermarkets, the centre is 5 min away. The neighbourhood itself is relaxed, clean, quite lively and with plenty of good bars and restaurants.

+ The location was superb--very central and close to the train station. The beach and Centro Historico were all within a 15-20 minute walk away.

Anthony’s place is perfect for a couple on a city break and his local knowledge provided us with some of the best meals

Really enjoyable stay

+ The location is excellent - close to bars and restaurants in the Soho area and also just 5 minutes away from the Malaga Centro - Alameda train station so really easy to have a day out to resorts further down the Costa del Sol. Plus it’s also an easy walk across Calle Alameda Principal to Malaga centro with its Cathedral, many more bars and restaurants and the Picasso museum etc. Also Anthony is an excellent host, taking time to recommend some great bar and restaurants and quickly replying to any queries. Malaga is a great city for a break.

− No issues for a solo traveller but as it’s a relatively small studio, there wouldn’t be space for too much luggage.

Fully equipped apartment in great location

+ Excellent location between old town and the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, if you prefer to cook. Central market of Malaga is very near with its great selection. Very friendly host, received useful information. The welcoming drinks were nice.
