Great Studio near beach and amenities

+ Pawell met us at the apartment and was very welcoming. Magdalena was also very helpful when we needed assistance. The location was great for everything.

− Our apartment was above the loading bay which was very noisy and disruptive in the morning.

+ Quite close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. The heating was very good and easy to use.

− Parking was difficult sometimes. The mattress on the bed wasn't comfortable, it wasn't a sprung mattress and we didn't sleep well.

+ Magdaléna kedvessége segítő készsége. Már az érkezésünk után 11 h kor elfoglalhatuk a szállásunkat. Ami tiszta kényelmes ,jól felszerelt kis otthonunk volt.Távolsági busz , part 5 perc távolságra volt. Nagy élelmiszer bolt az epület alatt.Szívesen ajánlom mindenkinek

+ Very good location, everything is nearby — shops, cafes, beaches, the promenade, and the bus station. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, no musty smell. Very responsive staff, always in touch and ready to help in any situation. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

+ Magdalena and Pawel, were both very nice and friendly, whenever I had any questions they were very responsive and helpful. The property is in centre of torrevieja, 5 min walk from the beach, promenade and has supermarket right next to apartment. Great location, would recommend if you are looking to stay in the area and want to be in the centre of town but also close to the beach!

+ Great location! Just a 5-minute walk from downtown Torrevieja. The host was excellent with communication, even willing to fix a minor door issue promptly. There's a grocery store right around the corner, and free street parking was available. The apartment itself was clean and the heating was working nicely.

+ Studio is exactly as seen in the pics. Communication with the host was great at all times and check in was straight forward. The location of the studio was excellent. 10 minutes walking to everywhere including the beach and bus station. If staying in torrevija again I would gladly rebook.

+ Nice apartment in the city centre. Everything you need are near. 7 minutes from bus station and sea coast. Supermarket is one floor down. It's comfortable for 1-2 persons. The landlord is kind and arranging transfer to/from airport. Fully satisfied.
