+ The rooms are beautiful and large with great air conditioning. It’s in a great location that is close to so many places. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here

+ Besides that fact that you need to go to a complete other location to check in, everything during our stay made up for that inconvenience. The location is perfect, the room was excellent, the amenities were more than we hoped for, all was spotless clean and sparkling.

− The remote location check in. I wish you could find a solution for that.

+ En general todo fue excepcional, todo acogedor, cómodo, limpio, increíble, gracias por todo, la chica que nos llamó para la salida porque nos retrasamos un poco fue muy amable y profesional.

− Lo único que tanto para personas con discapacidad como para las que no, es el aparcamiento y las calles tan estrechas para acceder a los apartamentos, tampoco había mucha opción de aparcar como no fuese en un aparcamiento de pago y ya la estancia no es barata, lo merece, pero el aparcamiento por parte de el ayuntamiento es malísima

+ A beautiful and clean hotel, close to all amenities, especially the landmarks in the old medina. The bed is comfortable, and access for coming in and going out is easy. ​The TV has an issue, it’s not a smart TV; it would be better if it were smart

Great apartment in a fab location

+ Collection of key cards was great and we were shown to our room by a member of staff - a five minute walk from check in location.

− We left our luggage at the chick in location after our 11am check out time ( our flight was not until 21:50 and the reception booked a taxi fro us to get to the airport. When we returned to obtain out luggage we were unable to access the reception. Fortunately our taxi driver knew when he could get hold of the manager and eventually we retrieved our luggage (after an stressful 15min), no apology was given,

Perfect location and a perfect suite/apartment/hotel

+ This place was perfect!! It couldn’t have been in a better location for walking anywhere. It was quiet. There’s only nine suites in this place. We were on the second floor, and there was only one other suite on this floor, with a terrace outside of our rooms. There was a washer and dryer to use outside if we wanted which we did use one time and in the suite it was perfectly set up. We walked to the store the first day and picked up breakfast items and we were able to cook, eggs, and ham every morning before starting all day it saved us money and was very quick. I would definitely stay in this place again. Only problem is there was no reception in this building and it was about a 10 minute walk however there was a porter who rolled our luggage across the cobblestone streets for 10 minutes. The housekeeper was amazing! Again, love the place and everything about it.

Murillo Seville

+ Great place in the heart of Seville near the cathedral. Instructions for check in and communication from Murillo were easy to follow. Room was well appointed and spacious. Staff did a nice job. Highly recommended for others traveling to Seville.

Excellent séjour et rapport qualité prix imbattable durant la feria.

+ L’emplacement exceptionnel, le standing de l’appartement, la terrasse agréable, lit confortable, décoration très soignee. Rapport qualité prix excellents. Nous avions une petit en vue sur le clocher. Plutôt calme pour un centre ville.

− Le retrait des clés à l’hôtel après avoir sonné à une adresse non disponible. Vous devriez renvoyer directement. À la réception très aimable de l’hôtel Murillo de la même chaîne. Ils ont gardé nos bagages et bien orienté sur le parking. I. Auraient dû nous alerter de travaux dans la rue d’accès mais c’est un détail.

Well run, upscale feel, family run hotel that can’t be beat for amenities and location - highly recommend!

Best 5 Star Stay in Seville

+ The initial check in was a little confusing you need to arrive from one hotel to collect keys and walk in the dark with suitcases to the rooms. The staff were lovely and provided a map and tips on the quickest way to our accomodation. Once we arrived Suites Murillo Catedral in Seville made us feel completely at home. Our room was impressively spacious, thoughtfully divided into a comfortable sleeping area a relaxing lounge area and a small office area, which made it feel more like a luxury studio than a hotel. The fully stocked kitchen was a fantastic touch, offering everything we needed and more perfect for longer stays or simply enjoying a quiet meal in. The bathroom was spacious with a lovely rain shower and lovely bath towels, robes and slippers. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the old town near the cathederal. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance. Overall, this was a truly relaxing holiday as we felt we had alkl tghe comforts of home provided . Exceptional comfort, thoughtful amenities, and a perfect central location highly recommended for anyone visiting Seville.

Great hotel with excellent location

+ This was a great hotel with an excellent location. It had a small kitchenette as well as as a clean and big bathroom. The pull out sofa was adequate for sleeping for kids but not great for adults. Washer dryer service for free was included with the suite rental. Checkin is at a separate location about half kilometer away. The location is excellent in very short distance to the alcazar as well as cathedral.

Perfect stay!

+ I don’t give 10/10 very often but this is well deserved. You get a comfy, spacious and well equipped room in the middle of the old town which is just amazing. And as I light sleeper I was concerned about noise because of the center location - but no, it was really quiet and I had a good sleep. The cleaning lady and reception also very friendly. I can highly recommend this apartment that even felt underpriced for what you get.

− Wifi could be a bit faster, but still enough for watching Netflix

Wonderful place to stay

+ Location was a few steps away from Catedral Sevilla and lots of dining options with the best Alvaro Pergil . Few steps to taxi stand located behind the Cathedral. 10 minute walk to Torre de Oro, Teatro Maestros, which is also a bus stop for Get Your Guide tours. Then another 5 minute walk to Triana bridge and market. One block to Alcazar entrance. Amenities: Washer and dryer in the top floor Elevator Shampoo/ bath gel basic toiletries. No front desk staff but can easily be contacted, they respond promptly, Raphael came to bring us a fan because it was unusually warm on one of the days. He was so kind and polite. We arrived early and no staff at front desk, so we had to walk to another hotel Murillo so they could take our passports and credit cards. They were very nice. Thanks to the English speaking housekeeper, she allowed us to leave our luggage. Maria and Mara were wonderful at helping us with our lost luggage. They spoke to Iberia airlines and translated for us. Our luggages were delivered to another Murillo hotel but they conveniently delivered them to our room. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, Nice bed with a sofa and full kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher. Very clean and had a patio upstairs where we could see the Giraldo tower.
