+ Le hôte est toujours disponible et communique très bien. Nous a fournit de précieuses consignes qui nous ont facilité la vie. L'appartement est très bien situé à 5 min de Las Americas dans une résidence très bien entretenu et très sécurisé. Je recommande vivement.

+ El apartamento estaba bastante cerca de los cristianos aunque en coche había que ir si o sí, la piscina y el complejo precioso aunque no pudimos disfrutar por el temporal

Bel appartement

+ Très bel appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et propre dans une résidence agréable avec une grande terrasse vue sur la piscine.. Hôte très attentionné. Stationnement assez facile très proche. Je recommande

+ Lovely spot away from all the hustle and bussel. I was looking for somewhere remote that if I wanted to get to the beach, I could. For me, this place was perfect. On-site bar / restaurant and a small shop. The apartment was fully furnished and equipped, and a nice gesture by the owner, leaving fresh water fruit and a bottle of wine. The apartment is up on the hill overlooking Los Cristianos. It's about 20 minutes walk down, but most people tend to get a taxi back, around €6.

− As for myself, I can't have any complaints, it's what I was looking for.. For the younger people looking for the bars and nightlife probably not for them. Perfect for couples / families / solo and elderly people.

+ Very pleasant stay, good location with good facilities.

− Parking is hit and miss depending on availability. Wifi for the pool area is an optional extra.

Fajny apartament i miła okolica

+ Bardzo fajny apartament w kompleksie z basenami. 2km od plaż. Blisko do autostrady. Jest gdzie zaparkować samochód. W apartamencie wszystko, co potrzebne jest do komfortowego życia. Miłe powitanie od gospodyni. Bardzo dobre wskazówki dojazdu i pobytu. Z pewnością warto skorzystać i się zatrzymać.

+ amazing location, pool area was always clean and pleasant, quiet, shop included, the apartment itself very comfortable came with absolutely everything- water, loads of towels, ball to play with, umbrella, sunbeds just absolutely perfect

− only complaint is there seemed to be quite a few ants about, expected when having doors and window open for air but just make sure everything is clean and food is wrapped up

+ Comoda, vicino all’uscita della strada principale. Pulitissima, proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di vino lasciata come benvenuto. Piscina grande e con un bar aperto fino a tardo pomeriggio.

+ This apartment is great and on a lovely complex. It’s clean and tidy with little added extras to help start your holiday. The outside space is great and a good size which gets the sun from 10.30am till about 6pm In late October with very comfortable furniture. The host is lovely and all information received was very clear and helpful. I would definitely stay at the apartment. Thank you

− It’s a little out of resort but we knew this when booking as I’ve stayed in the owners other apartment earlier in the year.

+ Very spacious. Biggest balcony on the complex. Sun all day on the balcony but also an awning to keep out of sun when you want to. Host was amazing. Left us a care package for when we arrived including a bottle of wine which was a really nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent, any questions were answered immediately. Had Wi-Fi and Netflix etc on the tele. It was like a home from home and am already planning our next trip in September, obviously to the same property. Had a couple of evening meals on the terrace and can see why it’s called sunset terrace. And as for the pool bar it opens at 8 am and shuts 9 pm and food and drinks are very well priced and had no complaints at all with the food. Staff are very friendly and you see the pool area cleaned daily before the pool opens

Could be a great apartment if better communication and care was given

+ Despite the transport and communication problems I found the apartment and location itself was great until the water and electricity problems. I found the owners father was very sweet and understanding once I discovered which language to speak to him in. The apartment is a good size with good facilities including a washing machine. It had a really big balcony which was really great! It had more than enough room for a table with 4 chairs, 2 deck chairs, a clothes airer and still roomy :-). The location in the complex was ideal as it was at the quieter end where the pools are located, one of which was heated. The apartment was fairly high up and located at the opposite end to the facilities where really good priced meals can be bought and eaten along with some coin slot operated entertainment such as pool tables, albeit a little aged and not very well set up on unlevel ground. There was music playing during the day from that area but due to that area being the other side of the complex it was not too disturbing

− The agreed pickup from the airport was cancelled just days before we arrived due to the guy who was going to pick us up having stopped working for them. The owner didn't want to honour the arrangement he had made with us. We were greeted by the owners father when we arrived who didn't speak enough English or Spanish to be able to communicate with us effectively. One of us speaks Spanish ,so we had to speak to another person, that spoke Spanish, that the owners father had called on his mobile. There was a water leak from the bathroom light fitting near the end of our stay which tripped out the power. The owner was extremely difficult to contact. It transpires that the owner lives in the UK with a polish contact number which we used to communicate via WhatsApp, when they eventually decided to reply to the messages! There was little sign of empathy or apologies for the situation. They couldn't do anything to rectify the problems that day, promising someone would come the next day leaving us with no electricity for the rest of that day except to the fridge. The next day the owners father arrived and fixed the electricity but the hot water didn't work anymore. Thankfully at that point I discovered that the owners father does actually speak enough German to communicate with him sufficiently. They informed us we either move to another unknown apartment at a completely different part of the island or tolerate no hot water for the rest of our stay. Not knowing the other apartment or location, we decided to tolerate not having hot water. The owners father did offer transport back to the airport at least. The only reason I haven't given a complete negative feedback is the owners father was so sweet, understanding and tried his best to be as helpful as possible. It should also be noted that while the beds are comfortable it's not a double bed but two single beds pushed together.

− The kitchen equipment was very, very basic. Buying a few additional items would significantly improve the quaility of the staying. There was also no toilet paper.

+ Good views of pool. Lovely big veranda. Great for sitting out and sun bathing. Sun on veranda until sun down. Washing machine and a clothes line. We really enjoyed our stay. Bit of a walk into town you need to be reasonably fit. Food and drink very good at the resort restaurant. Very reasonably priced. This was during November.

− Sadly no iron. No cork screw for wine bottle. Fan in bedroom does make a noise. Roller blind needed for kitchen as everyone can look in. Safe did not work.
