− The way people queued up in the morning to put towels on sun lounger’s and not use them until later in the day. Not enough loungers

Amazing hotel with everything you need on site

+ Location is amazing, 16 mins from airport, the pools are clean, the apartments are clean and have all the amenities needed for a self catering stay, as well as air conditioning in every room which was a god send. Housekeeping twice in a 7 day stay, with fresh towels and linen provided, two nice balcony’s, one for sunbathing and one for eating (was shadier for sitting in and much more to our liking). There’s plenty of mini supermarkets around and an abundance of restaurants and takeaways. On the hotel complex theres lots of little bars and restaurant - big shout out to the Sun Inn (amazing staff and food) and to McGuires for great drinks. Found food and drinks cheaper and better in Tenerife than back home. We can’t wait to come again!

+ The roms were very large loads of room nice balcony.

− Pools were small for the number of guests in the place, so it was very hard to get a bed, and if you did manage to get a bed. And was in the pool over an hour the life gard would try taking you towel off your bed. Ridiculous he was.

− Alcune stanze sono raggiungibili solo con delle scale, quindi se si hanno problemi di mobilità o bimbi in passeggino meglio informare prima la struttura per accertarsi di avere stanze senza gradini.

Very disappointed as expectations not met from previous visits.

− I came with my wife and kids on and off for the last 10 .. I can safely say I won’t be coming back ,, we came July 2026 with our two girls and 7 month old baby and was put in a apartment down three flights of stairs and right next to main road where the club bounces music until early hours .. we went straight to reception and voiced our concerns that with a pram it wasn’t gonna work and asked to be moved but was told they have nothing else .. we asked numerous times and every time they would see what they could do but clearly was just to shut us up .. Infact at one point they pretty much said that the time share holders are priority to them not us .. we paid an extra £1200 for the fifth person ( 7 month old ) for the travel cot to have holes in it and a ill fitting mattress .. The place is worn down and getting scruffy, at one point the kids were picking up the titles from the bottle of the pool and handing them in.. the apartment wasn’t the cleanest and marked and aged .. It needs a good lot of improvements .. tiles are cracked and broken around the pool with dirty drains and loose tiles in it .. so if your planning on coming I would say look elsewhere and if your coming with young family I would say don’t risk it ..

Lovely other than the horrendous sunbed wars

+ We loved the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. We also loved the bar staff at the top pool - they were amazing!

− The sunbed situation is horrendous. Not enough sunbeds for demand and amount of people there during peak time. We had to queue 30+ mins before the pool opened at 9am to try and ensure we had a sunbed for the day. People turning up at 9am simply were already too late. This applies to both top and bottom pools. A very sad sight to see grown adults run around a pool throwing towels on sunbeds

− El trato en recepción..No teníamos conocimiento de que había un deposito de 100 euros y en recepción no nos Dan ninguna solución.. y la contestación fue que si no hacíamos el deposito perdíamos todo el dinero de la estancia

Great value for money and excellent location.

+ Great location excellent size of accommodation and stocked well with sufficient utensils, accessories and charging points. Excellent pools kept clean and well supervised and great pool side animation. Team were bubbly and outgoing but not too much if you simply wanted to watch and take it in. Great choice of drinks and food at the pool bars.

− The pools would benefit from a few more Sunbeds at peak times but was great first thing in the morning and last thing before they closed. Some cleaning products in the apartment (just cheap and basic) would be welcomed too!

− Not enough sunbeds….people put towel down very early and the beds lie empty for hours. I don’t think this should be allowed.

Friendly staff. Very clean and very helpful

+ The apartment had everything we needed. Great location, very clean and ideal with two teenage girls who want a bit of freedom to wander during the day. Shops, food, restaurants all on hand. As it gets busier you absolutely need to get down for a bed. Was very aware of this towards the end of our holiday when the complex got busier. But - the staff are very good. If people put their towel on a bed but don’t use it - they’ll remove the towel

− I honestly feel like I’m splitting. Had no issues at all with the apartment or complex. But our apartment looked over the main road and the music from the pub was a bit annoying but once you were inside with the doors locked you didn’t notice it.
