Enttäuschende Unterkunft in Benidorm!

+ Geräumiges Apartment mit schöner Aussicht, gute Lage, kostenloser überdachter Parkplatz.

− Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war bis zu unserer Ankunft vor Ort ein bisschen schwer.Als wir in der Unterkunft ankamen, erwartete uns die Gastgeberin mit ihren Kindern und einem Hund.Als sie uns die Wohnung zeigte, stand noch ein Eimer mit schmutzigem Wasser vom Bodenwischen in der Wohnung darin.Obwohl laut Booking keine Haustiere erlaubt sind (was einer der Gründe war, warum wir diese Unterkunft gewählt hatten), ließ die Besitzerin den Hund trotzdem in die Wohnung. Dann sagte ich ihr, sie solle ihn rauslassen, da ich eine Allergie habe. Als ich mich auf das Sofa setzen wollte, war es voller Hundehaare. Der Mülleimer im Badezimmer war voller Müll von vorherigen Gästen. Sie verlangte eine Kaution von 200 €, aber wir verstehen nicht warum.....von uns sie verlangte nur 100 €, weil sie sagte, wir hätten keine Kinder.

+ Great place, great location, clean, great 3 swimming pools, tennis court, padel court, basketball court and gym.

We had a phenomenal time - we didn’t want to leave and would def stay again

− There was some short pet hair on the sofas that got all over my black sweater.

+ Fabulous apartment, unfortunately most of the facilities were closed eg heated pool and Jacuzzis which was disappointing, we booked based on our experience at sunset wave last year where all these facilities were available to us in January. Views from the apartment was lovely and Olga our host was brilliant.

+ Fantastic apartment, great location, great view from the balcony, great host. Our flight was delayed causing a very late arrival but nothing was a problem.

− Nothing, although reading some indifferent feedback comments from the site we must reiterate that the apartments are all privately owned with different owners/hosts. We had no complaints and only praise for our host Olga, who was contactable throughout our stay.

Fantastic property, with extremely attentive property manager. Highly recommend for any trip to Benidorm.

This is a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, exactly what we wanted.

+ This is a beautiful, spacious and well laid out apartment. Kitchen is very practical and well stocked with utilities. Beds were very comfortable and balcony furniture was good quality, enjoyed a cosy sit out every evening watching the view change into dark and listening to the sea. 🫶🏻 The host Olga met us at the property with keys, which is very convenient when you’ve had a long trip with children, she was very helpful when we needed her and organised our airport transfer after our arrangement went wrong.

− It is quite high on the 22nd floor which I didn’t mind but you cannot help but be on alert with a toddler around, the blind cords hung freely also which I had to cable tie up, again just to do with safety and children.

Fantastic stay for me and my daughter. Great location, view and facilities in the Apartment.

+ Olga, who met me with the keys was brilliant. She even helped us get to and from the bus stop to the apartment. Fantastic service!
