Schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss

+ Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, gute Wohnlage in Bilbao, fussläufig in 10-15 min an allen wichtigen Orten. Milch, Orangensaft und Brot war gratis dabei. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos

− Parken ist eine Katastrophe, durch die Wohngegend etwas laut

Perfect stay for a friend’s trip

+ The property is very spacious, clean and the perfect stay if you want to easy access everything in the city.

Muy recomendable

+ Apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario, cama y almohadas muy cómodas, perfectamente situado en calle tranquila y cerca de todo, nos movimos andando a todos sitios. A destacar el detalle de dejarnos algunas cosas para desayunar y poder limpiar platos, por ejemplo. Muy buena atención de los anfitriones, sin duda repetiríamos, estuvimos muy a gusto.

− El apartamento es algo oscuro, no entra mucha luz de día porque es una planta baja y estaba bastante nublado, pero nuestra estancia fue muy corta y no me pareció algo importante.

Estupendo y céntrico

+ el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado , cerca de todos los puntos de interes, nosotros conocimos Bilbao andando , Josu fue muy amable, nos indico como movernos por Bilbao , nos dejo paraguas y una tarjeta Barik para transporte publico, que la usamos poco pero nos vino muy bien para subir al funicular. Gracias Josu ha sido una estancia muy agradable!!

Apartamento acogedor y bien ubicado. Como en casa

+ El responsable del alojamiento fue muy amable, me recogió en el aeropuerto porque llegué un poco tarde y de noche. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Los alrededores son seguros, con bares, tiendas y supermercados. En 5 minutos llegas al centro. Hemos estado muy agusto, como en casa.

+ L'emplacement (même si la rue n'a franchement rien d'extraordinaire au premier abord) : pas loin de l'Ayutamiento (départ pour le centre-ville et le Casco Viejo), lignes de bus à proximité et station de métro proche également, beaucoup de petits commerces de première nécessité dans les rues avoisinantes... On peut facilement circuler à pied et même le soir, il y a plutôt un sentiment de sécurité vu l'animation dans les rues... Beau logement, grand, bien équipé et agréable. Terrasse aussi.

− Certains éléments de cuisine devraient être remplacés car rouillés par endroits. La planche à pain devrait également être remplacée car usée et tachée. Mauvaise isolation phonique (un grand classique) : on entend fort les bruits de couloirs, les pas et la musique des voisins... Un peu sombre quand il n'y a pas de soleil.

Perfect apartment in Bilbao

+ This was a perfect apartment. A great size, very well laid out and good fixtures and fittings, lovely design and the bonus of some outside space. I loved all of it. Its location was perfect. A nice residential area and such a short walk to everything you would want to see. I highly recommend it.

+ Πολύ καθαρό το σπίτι!! Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα!! Μας είχαν ψωμί, μαρμελάδα, γάλα - καφέ και χυμό! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή χωρίς φασαρία Στάση λεωφορείου απέναντι και λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια μέτρο!

− Ενώ όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά υγρασίας ειδικά στο υπνοδωμάτιο

+ Близко к достопримечательностям города, отличные удобства в квартире, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: отличный душ, укомплектована посудой кухня, чисто, уютно, отзывчивый персонал.

Brilliant host, in a lovely residential area but close to all attractions

+ Josu is an excellent host & very helpful. Allowed us to check in early. We had our dog with us & having a terrace was fantastic. Lovely to relax on after a day exploring Bilbao. Would highly recommend 😊

Leuke stad met als topper Guggenheim museum.

+ De lokatie was perfect. Buiten de oude stadskern gelegen maar op korte loopafstand daar van.

− Weinig daglicht inval en wat muffe lucht in de slaapkamer. In de woonkamer en slaapkamer zaten luchtverfrissers.

Geweldig!

+ De communicatie met Josu was super. We hadden een dokter nodig en ook hierbij heeft hij zeer goed geholpen. Het huisje was persoonlijk en gezellig. Het buitenplaatsje was heel fijn. Ook was het heel centraal gelegen. Alles makkelijk loopbaar.

We had a lovely stay in this groundfloor appartment which was strategically located between old an nee town.

+ Clean, spacious, very good Internet.

− The mattress was a bit ‘hollow’.

We really enjoyed our stay. Can strongly recommend this place.

+ Host was very welcoming and provided some staples and the offer of the use of a transport card. Apartment was spacious and provided a well equipped kitchen. The apartment also felt secure.

− Noise from upstairs which is no fault of the host. Some aspects of the cleaning could have been improved but overall well presented.

Fantastic location for walking to local shops and bars, Matiko station, and Guggenheim museum

+ Well equipped ground-floor apartment in friendly residential neighbourhood, with all amenities close by. Charming host, thoughtful welcome pack, and convenient arrival/departure times made our stay all the more enjoyable

+ Ground floor easy access from the street. Host was informative and assisted us settling in. We had a cycle box with us and there were recycling containers in the street to dispose of it after cycle assembly

Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment

+ The apartment is so cozy, the decoration made it feel super homey. The communication with Josu was easy and quick. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Located at walking distance from the city center.

− The building can be just a little bit noisy every now and then, just people entering the building and walking on the stairs. But it's at the back of the building so there's no noise from the street, which is great.

super apartment & location

+ - super location, you can walk everywhere - we were able to park for free nearby on a white spot - convenient to have a terrace to have a drink outside - we could bring our dog! she was happy there - a good kitchen. We did not use it a lot but everything is there - really nice host Josu! thank you!

Lovely, relaxing stay at Dreamhouse Apartment

+ Location was good, easy access to trams, really cheap using public transport. Welcome pack provided my host, nice touch Josu even let us check out later as flight was a late one at no extra cost....really appreciated.
