+ La ubicación es espectacular, el apartamento estaba limpio y las vistas desde la ventana son increíbles. La piscina muy bien.

− El único pero, la poca presión del agua de la ducha. Por lo demás, es un sitio muy recomendable y al que volvería sin dudar.

Perfect comfortable location

+ Well equipped, great location, comfortable and convenient in all ways. The pool and surrounding area were great, beds comfy, plenty of good food and drink options available nearby. Close to the bus stop, beach and the marina. Walkable to Torremolinos and Benalmádena Costa. All in all, we were very happy.

Great overall experience

+ Beautiful place, clean and tidy. Well located with beach, bars, nightclub, supermarket, public transport and 24 hour taxi on the door step. The marina is beautiful. Sandy beach, tennis tables etc. A beautiful park close by The kitchen could be better equipped fir those who want to cook at home.

+ The location was ideal, really close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The apartment was a good size with the addition of the covered balcony and lots of additional extras within the apartment to use for the stay.

− The swimming pool hadn’t been cleaned but it was out of season so might have been closed.

Great stay but prepare for the stressful check in

+ We had a really lovely stay at this apartment — it’s clean, comfortable, and very well located. Everything was just as described and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The only small issue was at check-in: we had to wait for more than an hour around 23:00 with our child before we were able to reach the owner and get access to the apartment. First the location was not described well, second we have never got a room number - only PIN (we could never enter the building with the pin) There were people arround trying to help but it took a lot of time so prepare for that. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it — just make sure to confirm check-in details in advance.

− Malheureusement aucune communication, nous avions demander consigne pour bagages personnes n était au courant j ai appelé le no indiqué sur réservation ! personne n a répondu ! Vous parlez du personnel …… y en a pas juste on nous a donné une clé pour r3ntrer dans l immeuble après 22 h et cette clé ne fonctionnait pas…… heureusement qu un couple est arrivé sinon nous devions aller chercher une chambre d hôtel C est inadmissible !!!!!!! On nous avert déjà en août après envoi de message à l établissement que nous avons l appartement à 15 h ! OK je suis d accord on nous dit que les anciens locataires partent à 11 h et après c est le nettoyage alors qu en définitive à 11 h20 nous rentrions dans l appart ………

A well-earned break in a really comfortable apartment..

+ Everything is exactly as the photos show. Brilliant views, everything you'd ever need for an apartment, from coffee and a coffee maker to an ironing board and iron to toilet rolls and cleaning equipment is on hand for you to use, the TV also has channels for everyone ie Spanish and English Channe. The apartment is really comfortable, from beds to the couch to the table and chairs. Ideal for a small family. The Beach is literally a 3 minute walk (unless like me you fancy a pint or a brekky, then Mcginty's or Wilkies are 30 seconds away on the way to the beach). The pool is brilliant as well, although there are no beds there, so you are lying on the grass. Quick tip buy a lilo and a beach towel from the little supermarket next to the apartment block.. Juan was excellent if in need he was always a text away and got back to us straight away. The apartment is only a short 5 minute walk from the Marina where there is a vast array of bars, restaurants, and shops for a lovely evening meal with plenty to do for kids as well. We had an absolute ball and a good relaxing holiday and a well-earned break, and i couldn't have picked a better apartment for us to stay in, for location and comfort and we will be definitely revisiting next year.

− Nothing much to report barr the windows on the balcony area could do with having something to hold them open they will stay open, but you can only open a couple at a time. And the pool area has no loungers apart from that brilliant place for a nice relaxing stay.

− It's residential,which wasn't the problem nice and quiet, the problem was a closed dirty pool which never got cleaned,not one sunbed for us to relax and sunbathe, we was told because residential.No restaurant as stated it's been closed for while

+ The beds and bed linen were so comfortable. It is just a few mins walk to both beach and marina which are both fabulous. It's a lovely little apartment. Swimming pool looked lovely but closed for the winter which was fine. Juan allowed us to arrive early which was very much appreciated as the storm started just after we arrived.

− TV was complicated to use with no instructions(Had to contact the owner who sent a copy of the manual) When we did manage to work it the WiFi kept dropping and no English speaking channels so couldn't find out what was happening with the storm. We just had to use our own Netflix account. The kettle doesn't switch off when it boils which is dangerous as you have to leave it on the counter. I did notice this in a review before and hasn't been replaced. The shower empties very slowly so you need to be careful. There is a lot of noise from the road as it's very busy but when the windows are closed it's not so bad. Noise from the bar downstairs can be loud but doesn't go on too late thankfully.

− The apartment block was dated, the lifts were old and one being used by builders. The pool was not open and the sun bathing was overgrown grass. The TV failed to operate correctly, there was a string food rotting smell and when we checked a bag of rubbish had been left in a kitchen cupboard to rot. The plug in kettle did not switch off when boiling reached. The single beds were uncomfortable along with the majority of the apartment furniture. I understand that rented accommodation needs to be robust for multiply use. The washing machine had no English instructions so unable to use. The air conditioning units were showing their age and needed urgent serving.

+ The apartment was exactly as per the pictures in the advert. It was very clean and comfortable. It catered for our needs during our stay. The pool was lovely and had a lifeguard on duty. The location was excellent. There are plenty supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The beach was only a 2 minute walk away. The host was more than accommodating with us. Any questions or queries before and during our stay were promptly answered. I would highly recommend this apartment.
