В номере очень жарко. Близко к морю.

+ Хорошее местоположение. Дополнительно предоставлен стул для пляжа, утюг, гладильная доска.

− Нет кондиционера и вентилятора. Лифт в здании отсутствует. Подыматься на 5 этаж без лифта не очень удобно. Фото не соответствуют действительности.

+ I really enjoyed my stay at Costa del Sol. The location was excellent, close to the nice wide sand beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The only downside was the beds—they were quite hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. Apart from that, everything was great. I had a lovely stay and would happily come back. Thank you!

Nicely situated to all amenities

+ The location is great. Very near to the sea front, beach and pathways that lead you to los cristianos and adeje also. Also, its very near to the centre too. The view from the balcony of the sea is nice and is actually closer than the pictures shows. I found the bed to be very comfortable For the price the studio was very good.

− Nothing to add here. I am very satisfied with what I received for my money.

− Hard mattress hard sofa small balcony with bad view shower soaks bathroom floor complex tired and workmen making a lot of noise from 8.am hole in curtain and a loose drawer

− De matrassen van de bedden afschuwelijk. Hard .bedden waren een persoons met afschuwelijke matrassen.zijn aan vernieuwing toe. de prijs dat je betaald en de bedden dat je voor terug krijgt is super duur.advies nieuwe bedden of lagere prijs

− Mancanza di pulizia all' arrivo e nessun cambio per i dieci giorni....male. Abbiamo pulire noi il bagno e la camera pessimo

+ Alles war super! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Ottima posizione vicino a tutto

+ La posizione ottima vicino a negozi, lungomare supermercato. Non si necessita di prendere l’auto per spostarsi la sera.

− Letti singoli ed assenza di phon ed aria condizionata.

+ Комфортно, удобно. Рядом супермаркет Меркадона, до автобусной остановки пару минут, кафе и рестораны на любой вкус. Вид из окна потрясающий. В апартаментах есть всё, что необходимо для проживания, удобная кровать.

− Огорчило то, что на фото при заезде ожидает шампанское с фруктами но у нас этого не было. Я надеялась на сюрприз так как приехала с дочерью и у нее день рождения

Central location great views

+ Great central location right above the best beach and lots of nice restaurants at the end of the golden mile. Good communication easy check in. Everything you need supplied.

+ Posizione vicina al centro, locali e spiaggia.

− Mobilio vecchio e usurato, sembrano ex case popolari, dintorni con facce poco raccomandabili, rapporto qualità prezzo sbilanciato.

Séjour agréable qui peut être amélioré

+ La proximité des commerces de la plage et des transports La piscine est très agréable La propreté du logement

− Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine Un rideau occultant serait idéal pour la fenêtre du balcon qui donne dans la salle de séjour où se situe le lit car le matin beaucoup de clarté avec le soleil donc réveil tôt…

+ Emplacement parfait près de la plage.Etage élevé donc calme (si les voisins le sont!!!).Literie correcte sans plus.Vue mer mais exposition Est donc soleil le matin mais pas l'après midi ni coucher de soleil dommage

− Équipement cuisine très sommaire.Bouilloire et grill pain défectueux.Impression de manque d'entretien.Encore dommage

Amazing, will definitely return

+ Location, it was clean, host replies quickly , very central. Had a lot of cooking facilities/equipment in kitchen and bathroom had nice amount of shampoos , shower gel , suncream etc

− The balcony was flooded for the whole week, the pillows on double bed were a bit thin and small (like cushions) , one pillowcase was dirty in the cupboard but that was all easily resolved thankfully with the hosts help and quick replies

+ Very well equipped kitchen and rooms. Lots of towels. Lot of space for clothes and suitcases. Great location. It was not too noisy.
