Super! Zeker een aanrader!

+ De ligging was echt top. Het appartement was groot en voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Het is op de eerste verdieping en zit bij een heel leuk terras midden in de stad. Een betere locatie is er niet.

Geweldig!

+ Heerlijke locatie in het centrum van Malaga. Je zit op een gezellig pleintje tussen allerlei restaurantjes en barretjes, maar zelfs toen Spanje had gewonnen met een voetbal wedstrijd en het erg luidruchtig was op straat, hoorden we er weinig van in de accomodatie. Ook de uitgaansgelegenheden waren allemaal op loopafstand! Verder was het erg ruim binnen en wij als groep van 8 jong volwassenen hadden het echt naar ons zin. Javier was erg duidelijk in communicatie wat fijn was. Al met al raad ik het zeker aan!

− Het enige wat wel handig is om op te letten is dat de host door een eerdere nare ervaring met jongeren, een 300 euro cash borg rekent voor huurders tussen 18 en 25 jaar. Dit is natuurlijk niet raar, maar wij hadden dit niet gezien tussen de beschrijving, daarom vermeldt ik het hier even. Verder hing er heel af en toe een riool geur in de badkamers, maar dit is heel normaal in centrum malaga en dit was ook zeker niet storend.

+ We were a family of seven visiting Malaga, and this apartment was perfect for our stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown Malaga, with all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped and located on the second floor with an elevator, which was especially convenient since one member of our family uses a wheelchair. Despite being in the city center, the windows provide excellent sound insulation, so noise was never an issue and we slept very well. We were traveling with a van, and the nearby parking made coming and going very easy. Overall, everything was comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we needed. We had a fantastic time in Malaga and would happily stay here again.

+ Le logement était confortable, grand spacieux, avec autant de lit, qu’il nous fallait pour le nombre que l’on était. Et son emplacement était idéal pour pouvoir circuler en étant piéton.

− LA PUZZA

Κεντρικό σημείο

+ Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα στον πρώτο όροφο με ασανσέρ. Εξαιρετική κλασσική διακόσμηση. Πολύ καθαρό, με καλά στρώματα και μαξιλάρια. Κεντρικό σημείο και ακριβώς δίπλα ένα ευρύχωρο υπόγειο πάρκινγκ με πληρωμή κατάλληλο για μεγάλα αυτοκίνητα! Μας υποδέχθηκε η πολύ ευγενική οικοδέσποινα.

− Υπήρχε μυρωδιά σε όλο το διαμέρισμα από το εστιατόρειο στο ισόγειο και ίσως από την αποχέτευση του μπάνιου στο master bedroom. Το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν είχε κανονικό παράθυρο αλλά φωταγωγό που επικοινωνούσε με το εστιατόρειο από κάτω και είχε μυρωδιές και πολύ θόρυβο έως τις 12.30μμ! Επίσης το τέταρτο υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν χωρίς παράθυρο και πολύ πολύ μικρό.

Bel appartement bien situé et spacieux.

+ Appartement situé sur une place très animée dans le centre historique (bars, restaurants,...), musées, lieux historiques, magasins, ... accessibles à pied. Appartement spacieux avec déclaration soignée situé au 1er étage. Climatisation ok.

− Pas de lave vaisselle par rapport à la capacité d'accueil. 4 chambres dont 1 sans fenêtre et 1 donnant sur un puit de lumière, place très animée, donc du bruit pour les plus sensibles Mais rien d'insurmontable ! Très bel appartement et très belle ville 😉

− Le propriétaire facture un prestation non mentionné sur l’annonce si on arrive après 22h. Pas de capsules de café en dépannage comme ça se fait partout en location saisonnière. Peu de serviettes disponibles et celles disponibles sont vieilles. Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain de la suite parentale

+ Vlasnik jako ljubazan i saradljiv. Stan prostran, lepo uređen, na odličnoj lokaciji. Dostupan parking. Komunikacija brza i efikasna.

− Bilo bi lepo i pohvalno ostaviti u stanu ubruse, neku kesicu kafe i čaja, da se ne mora ići odmah u market.

The apartment was very clean , location great even with the noise outside it was fine with doors closed .

− Nothing I didn’t like with the piso , only the drain smell in the en-suite .

+ Viele Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer. Schön groß. Mitten im historischen Zentrum. Dadurch natürlich laute Umgebung sber sehr gut isolierte Fenster. Einfacher check in und check out. Gute Kommunikation.

− Ich schlafe gerne bei offenem Fenster, das war leider nicht möglich wegen der Geräuschkulisse. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte Fenster zu einem winzigen Innenhof mit Fritiergeruch vom darunter liegenden Restaurant. Ein anderes Schlafzimmer hatte gar kein Fenster. Aber es gab AC in allen Räumen.

Beautiful apartment we would stay at again in the future!

+ This apartment is gorgeous, spacious and well situated. We only stayed here one night but we really wish we could have stayed longer.

− Quite noisy with local bars at night. Towels are very small. Kettle was a travel kettle so not so good for four people

+ Esta hermoso el departamento y super buena ubicación, se los recomiendo a todos, si tendrán que caminar para llegar pero después todo es centrico

+ El alojamiento se ajusta a la descripción. Muy amplio y cómodo. La ubicación es inmejorable. El propietario estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento, respondiendo a los mensajes y llamándonos para hacernos aclaraciones sobre parking, etc.

− Está justo encima de varios restaurantes y la ventaja hay que abrirla únicamente por la mañana, antes de que empiecen el servicio, por los olores de la calle.

+ We were a party of 8 family and friends. The apartment is in a fantastic location, it's spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities you need. We had a wonderful stay, and thanks to Javier who answered all our questions, before and during our stay. We would definitely use this apartment again.
