En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
Se pedirá un depósito por daños de EUR 300 a la llegada. Se efectuará con tarjeta de crédito. Se te devolverá 7 días después del check-out. El depósito se devolverá por completo mediante tarjeta de crédito una vez revisado el alojamiento.
Check-in is autonomous. Check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm, and it can be in person (subject to availability, and upon request).

A link will be sent to complete the hotel registration (required by law).

The day before your arrival we will contact you to send you the access for self-check-in or the time for your in-person check-in.

A supplement of €30 will be applied if your arrival is after 9pm, regardless of whether the entry is self-check-in.

This supplement will cover the following: physical or telephone assistance if necessary, and coverage until entering the accommodation.

In the case of arrivals after 10pm, check-in will always be self-check-in, and we will send you instructions / leave the keys or entry cards in a locker.

Instructions will be sent to you for the use of an alternative solution, In case you cannot access by your own. This means, in case you cannot access with the smart-lock.

-Early Check-In and Late Check-Out services may be used, subject to availability and an additional fee of €20 will be charged for them. If this service is available, it will be confirmed 24 hours before check-in/check-out.

-All belongings or valuables must be kept and cared for by our guests. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings due to carelessness or mishandling.

-All communication will preferably be done through the platform or through a WHATS number that will be provided to you after booking.

It is IMPORTANT to follow the instructions and watch the videos so that you do not have any problem when accessing the apartment.

This accommodation cannot accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Noise is allowed from 22:00:00 to 09:00:00.

Other Extras Lost keys: In case of loss of keys, a charge of €100 will be applied for each set of keys lost.

Check-out time: If the check-out time is not respected without prior notice, a supplement of €50 will be applied for each hour of delay. This import will be charged through the platform where the reservation was made, documenting the check-out time.
