− I asked at checkin to provide charge my credit card for the food that was put on the room, they made a copy of the card and told me I would receive a payment link and invoice in the end to pay for it from the company account. However in the end the person at the reception said this is not possible all of a suddan and my employee had to pay the bill himself. Not very good, if we speak about exactly this during check-in and then the hotel cannot do it in the end.

Ideal para descansar y estar cerca de Puerto Banús y playas. Todo a 5 minutos caminando. Buen hotel

Mooie locatie, echter laat het personeel en hygiene te wensen over

+ Tijdens mijn recente verblijf bij Vasari Resort, een locatie waar ik al vaker heb gelogeerd, werd opnieuw duidelijk hoe mooi het park is en hoe prettig de ligging blijft. Het resort heeft zeker potentie en de omgeving voelt altijd vertrouwd en prettig aan. Toch valt het me op dat het niveau van zowel het personeel als de kamers bij elk bezoek verder lijkt af te nemen. Bij aankomst werd ik niet op een hartelijke manier ontvangen: de receptionist leek uitsluitend bezig met de betaling en kon nauwelijks een vriendelijk goedenavond uitbrengen. Dat doet af aan het welkomsgevoel dat je van een resort mag verwachten. Ook de staat van de kamer liet helaas te wensen over. De inrichting oogt gedateerd, de douche was niet schoon en de ramen waren duidelijk al langere tijd niet gewassen. Bovendien bleek de toegangspoort defect, waardoor deze de hele nacht openstond — niet bepaald bevorderlijk voor het gevoel van veiligheid. Het is jammer om te zien dat een locatie met zoveel potentie niet volledig tot zijn recht komt. Met een relatief kleine investering in onderhoud, service en gastvrijheid kan Vasari Resort weer het niveau bereiken dat het verdient.
