Relaxing and well-maintained villa with pool

+ The villa with swimming pool was superb, the facility is very well equipped, clean, and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. We did not have much contact with the personnel, but when we did, they were super kind and helpful, which is very appreciated. The equipment from the house worked well, and we encountered almost no issues. The place was very relaxing a perfect place to get away from the crowded places next to the beaches.

− Despite receiving many emails and messages, at a certain point, we could not find which message had the key code, some times less communication is better if properly structured and done clearly. I think the agency should leave a little guest guide in the house, explaining how to operate the facility, like the swimming pool (does it have lights?), where to leave the garbage, where to find supermarkets, etc. Other places where we stayed had this, and it was very useful. Another minor defect of the house is the lighting, which I think was diminishing the experience of what is otherwise a very nice villa.

+ Es war sehr sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und Übernahme. Die Agentur (per WhatsApp in Deutsch) war immer erreichbar. Pool war sehr sauber, aber auch etwas kälter als erwartet, jedoch im Sommer bestimmt eine gute Abkühlung. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle - alles vorhanden. 3x Bäder (alle mit Dusche). Lage auch okay und sehr ruhig, Wohnviertel. Bis zum Strand aber 15-20min. Autofahrt (Alcudia).

− Müllabfuhr (Abholung) muss man verstanden haben, jeden Tag den Behälter rausstellen im Plastikbeutel, und auf die Mülltrennung achten.

+ Quiet location, great location, beaches near by. Pool is great. Airconditioning works. Very comfy beds.

+ it was really clean and we had everything needed in the house and also the guys that manage the property are really profesional and fast to reply. we will definetly recommand this lovation to our friends and family and also be back here in the future!

− there wasnt something we didnt like maybe the fact that we didnt have a vacuum cleaner but its not a must
