+ We really enjoyed our stay. The property has a great location, just a very short walk from the beach, where sun loungers are available. The rooms have air conditioning, and the common area is very comfortable and pleasant. Having three bathrooms was also a big advantage, especially when travelling as a group. There is plenty of space and the accommodation is very convenient for a family or a group of friends.

− Das Geschirr war nicht so sauber, musste vor Gebrauch noch gespült werden. Auch die Duschen waren nicht so sauber, könnten auch eine Renovierung vertragen, ebenso wie die Küche.

Základní potraviny 2minuty od domu, ale pro větší nákup s širším sortimentem jsou potraviny jíž daleko. V blízké dostupnosti krásný naturální přírodní park zaměřený hlavně na ptáky. Celkově byla vila skvělou volbou a rádi ji opět znovu navštívíme. Moc také chválíme dobrou komunikaci s pronajímateli
− -Kuchyně by mohla být o trochu lépe vybavená, chyběli náhradní pytle do košů a toaletní papír, ten nám však paní domácí na naše přání doplnila.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, towels and air conditioning
Communication before and during the stay with the owner was perfect
Previous comments about poor internet connection were not experienced, connection was excellent. Air conditioning was 1€ and 4€ was enough for the week!
We were absolutely delighted with our choice and cannot recommend the villa enough
− It would be nice to have had some basics like coffee, salt and pepper and maybe a bag of charcoal for the bbq but the supermarket is 5 minutes away so no big deal

+ Na ubytovaní sa nám veľmi páčila lokalita, prostredie, pokoj a zariadenie.
Komunikácia s majiteľmi bola výborná, všetko čo bolo potrebné vysvetlili.
− Očakávali sme väčšie vybavenie ( napr. prostriedky na umývanie riadu, toaletný papier… ) všetky tieto veci si človek musí zaobstarať sám.

+ The proper is wonderful!! Spacious enough for 8 people and a beautiful front yard to have breakfast and the beach is a 2 minute walk away and the bus stops were 10 minutes away.

+ The villa is in a fantastic position, and it is 150m from the stunning Playa De Muro beach. The front is a superb place to eat, relax and have a cooling drink.
− Inside the villa needs a bit of updating, especially the kitchen, not the big items ie fridge, hob, oven, but the kitchen itself.

+ Superb location - just couple of steps from beach. Villa is wonderful - the terraces are a big plus for families with small babies. The villa itself has all required facilities for long term stay. The owner is very friendly and glad to help. The stay exceeded all expectations!
Parking is on the street and is free. Over the weekend there are more cars - but still you will always find a spot.
− Except broken toast maker everything was perfect.
Unfortunately last 2 nights were very loud from neighbors - but this is not property fault

+ Classic and typical Spanish villa with amazing charm and design.
I liked the house size, it's big and was more than enough for our group of 7 people.
Moreover, the villa is located in a quiet area, extremely close to the sea to one of the most amazing beaches in Mallorca.
Villa was quite well equipped (fridge, cattle, microwave oven, washing machine, iron, dishwasher machine) we found everything that we need, and the Villa owner provided us with what we needed (a child chair and a baby coat).
Everything inside the house was ready for our visit and was working, and ready to use.
You can also easily get to the bus station, and local amazing bars, restaurants, cafes shops and supermarkets.
I would recommend it, and I would like to visit this place again.
Also, I would admit that we found a welcome pack of 2 bottles of water, which was quite nice after a long trip.
The nice house owner/manager was open to hearing any of our questions and fulfilled them based on availability, thank you for good communication before and during our stay!
− The next items are just possible improvements:
- I think there is room for improvement in internet connection speed, I wish I had it faster, but even the existing connection is enough for checking emails, web surfing, and video watching.
- I would also recommend improving the welcome pack and providing at least basic soap, and shampoo, adding more toilet paper, some salt and sugar, 2-3 tea pockets and a coffee pocket. it costs almost zero, but extremely useful when you arrive late and had no chance to buy it immediately (or just not to withdraw it after the previous guests IMHO)
