Villa Can Massienet by Slow Villas

A nice property but not what we were expecting for the price we paid.

+ The house was spacious with nice garden areas. It felt private and away from it all. The villa company were easy to contact and the house was relatively well equipped.

− The pool didn't really match the pictures (smaller, no fountain) and the house was more rustic than we expected. Lots of power cuts, very hot communal areas (only the bedrooms had air con), a stove that worked on an off, lots of insects (ants in the kitchen and bedrooms etc) and no toiletries or spare toilet rolls which was very odd!

+ De ligging en de rust

− Hygiëne (BEDWANTSEN en mierenplaag IN het huis), gebrekkig/fout onderhoud aan zwembad (letsel, gele aanslag op zwemkledij die er niet uit gaat bij het wassen) en gedateerde buitenmeubels.. aanpalende stortplek (eigen aan eigendom) en onverzorgd tuinonderhoud. In huis: slechte electronica (defecte verlichting + loodgieterij en stroomuitval)

Very good value for the money. Nice location with a lot of possibilities for spending time around the island

+ Very nice villa. Classic and with Spanish details. A lot of space for many activities inside and outside. Very nice pool and barbecue spot

+ La struttura oltre ad essere confortevole É stata esattamente come descritta nelle foto. Pulizia impeccabile, piscina molto curata, ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici

Wspaniały pobyt

+ Klimatyczny domek z zaskakująco dużym basenem :) mały brodzik idealny dla mniejszych dzieci . Większy umożliwiał skoki do basenu - w największym miejscu 150 cm :) ogródek , leżaki , miejsce zadaszone z meblami wypoczynkowymi na trawie - na zdjęciach już się troszkę zmieniło - zamiast drzewek i hamaka jest miejsce zadaszone do posiedzenia . Na plus bo potrzeba cienia :) Klimatyzacja w sypialniach . Bardzo duża kuchnia , dwie osobne rodziny spokojnie mogły równocześnie przygotowywać dwa oddzielne obiady . Na duży plus ilość łazienek . U góry jedna łazienka , pokój z 3 łóżkami i pokój z dużym dwuosobowym łóżkiem z wyjściem na taras . Na dole kuchnia , łazienka z wanną, salon , sypialnia z łóżkiem dwuosobowym , druga sypialnia z łóżkiem dwuosobowym połączony z łazienką. Bardzo miłe przywitanie z niespodzianką w lodówce i zamrażarce :) kontakt z obsługą bardzo dobry . Wszyscy bardzo mili . Miasteczko małe , urokliwe uliczki na spacerek . Łatwa droga ok 20 min nad piękne morze i plażę z jaśniutkim , miękkim piaskiem Alcudia . Bardzo dobre miejsce na mapie - wszędzie w miarę blisko gdzie warto jechać , jeśli wypożyczasz swoje auto . Miejsca parkingowe przy domu , trochę wąskie , ale wystarczające . Należy wywozić śmieci do kontenerów po zapełnieniu koszy w domku - 2 min drogi od domu więc warto to auto mieć . Słychać zwierzęta , kury , koguty , baranki i osły . Byliśmy 2 tygodnie - przez pierwsze noce zwracaliśmy uwagę , później już przywykliśmy i nie przeszkadzało i nie budziło :) Serdecznie polecam :)

Exceptional

+ Great property, lots of rustic charm, fantastic town, and extremely helpful team at Slow Villas to assist with any needs. Only a 30 min drive from the airport. Plenty of easy and safe parking on the street out front. All the amenities that were stated were available and in top shape. No issue getting the deposit back either. The property really is special, and not a newbuild that tries emulate charm. This property really is special and unique. Wonderful garden and nice pool (although it was a bit too cold for us to swim), but we did use the barbeque area on a lovely evening overlooking the countryside. Loved the town of Bugar and the local restaurants. Everyone in the town were very welcoming. I will definitely be booking this property again and hats off to the team at Slow Villas for making everything so easy and transparent.
