+ Es war alles da , was man brauchte. Ob küchenutensilien bis hin zu den poolliegen.

− Der whirlpool im oberen geschoss, sah ungepflegt aus. Koorodierte Wasserhähne die getrofft haben. In der Dusche im OG ist schwarzer Schimmel an den Fliesen und der Decke. Das ist gesundheitsschädlich. Die Geräusche wenn Autos in die Tiefgarage fahren, sind ziemlich laut, gerade Nachts störend.

Nice place but sound insulation an issue.

+ The host was very helpful because they let us in early to put our stuff in the fridge because we had been staying at another place on the island so had perishables that needed to go fridge to fridge. The parking arrangement is safe and great and easy to use. The house was very clean as was the pool, which was not big but deep. The patio had sun most of the day and was private and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was near to the bus stop so was easy to get into Los Cristianos without having to drive. It was also in walking distance of a couple of eating establishments and a useful supermarket.

− Everything was great until the last two or three days, when some noisy people arrived at the house next door. The sound insulation was really limited, so we ended up listening to their kids shouting and running about, their arguments, their partying, their excruciating yapping dog. The people before had been heard snoring and sneezing a bit from our side, but those things can't be helped. But the next lot were all about themselves and not really thinking about keeping it down.

+ Nous avons pu récupérer les clefs 2h avant l'heure indiquée ce qui fût très appréciable. La piscine est chauffée, 1 pergola protège le coin repas du soleil, le quartier est calme, il y a un emplacement au sous sol pour garer la voiture en sécurité. Un pack accueil composé de fruits et d'une bouteille de bulles fraîches nous attendait, sympa !! 1 coin repas exterieur un peu plus cosy serait un plus, mais il s'agit là plus d'un conseil que d'un point réellement négatif.

+ Very clean beautiful villa. The Host Rosendo Lopez was so helpful and an amazing host. My son loved the pool the hot tub and jacuzzi. Big and spacious. The location is great easy access to busses to and from the towns.

+ Situata in una zona residenziale sopra Los Cristianos in posizione favorevole per raggiungere qualsiasi località dell'isola. Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso 5 notti, la villa è arredata con tutti i comfort abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la serratura del portoncino risolto prontamente. Rosendo è stato sempre disponibile e gentile per ogni necessità. Bella struttura la consiglio vivamente magari per 4 persone in modo da ammortizzatore il costo.

Great relaxing stay would stay again

+ The Villa was lovely & the service was great we had a bowl of fruit & bottle of cava on arrival. I had also requested a bottle of water for our arrival as the shop would be closed when we arrived. We have stayed in Chayofa previously as it is a quaint little village away from the madness that you get in places closer to the sea.

− The winding staircase to get upstairs but not a major issue & pool slightly smaller than we thought but adequate enough for the 2 of us to cool off.

Generally ok, but hard to relax, when someone else occupies the second part of the villa.

− Very thin walls, especially in the bedroom. Quite difficult to relax in the garden when neighbours are there- when they listen to music or talk you can here everything.

Nice house with pool but attached to other house and noisy.

+ Great little house with a heated pool. Nice reception with fresh flowers, personal contact with host and fresh fruit/wine. Parking also very easy (in front of house or under in private garage). You need a car but without a car I wouldnt come to Tenerife imo.

− The house is attached to the next door house and is very, very noisy. You can hear the neighbours very well (and I assume vice versa). Also the 'double' bed is quite small (queen size, max 160cm) for this kind of house and price and could (and imo should) be upgraded. It also had a 'hole' where heavy people have slept. Also, there is too much chlorine in the pool, but that can be easily mitigated. And finally the house could use a but of tlc (plaster coming off, shower so so, etc.). Overall would probably still come again but you have to be lucky with the neighbours (we weren't all the time we stayed here). I would recommend the owner to invest maybe 1/2k euro in the house every year to keep everything fresh and just a bit better than it is now (given what they earn with the rent).

+ The apartment was very comfortably furnished and everything was clean. There is everything you need and the hostess responds quickly if you need anything. In the morning you can see very beautiful sunrises and the pool is of course great:)

− For me personnally the mattresses were not very comfortable :)

+ Best supplied villa we have used. Lovely looking buildings and location, good parking/garage. Local mini-supermarket within walking distance. Within 10minutes drive of Los Cristianos and all local attractions. Really loved the place.

− Some light switches and door locks could do with replacing.

I loved the stay

+ I really liked it. A very pleasant host with whom I had communication beforehand. We were also welcomed with a drink and fruit. The house was in a very good quiet area, while also had restaurants and a small shop within walking distance. Parking was very conveniently arranged and there was no need to worry about finding a parking space. We felt safe and enjoyed the private accommodation. Very nice pool area with barbecue facilities.. The beds in the house were comfortable, plenty of space, clean, all the necessary supplies. For children there were several exciting activities nearby - Monkey Park, Jungle Park. Also the Siam Mall and various beaches were not far to go by car. Would definitely recommend and would visit again. A very pleasant holiday.

− The only minor drawback was that some kitchen utensils were missing or not in order. We bought a new pan and a sharp knife. There was also no oven glove or corkscrew. But all in all, these were minor things.
