Villa Leon

been travelling to Fuerteventura for the past 10 years and it is the first time been disappointed

− Disappointed on arrival, had requested early checkin and was told to inform Angela when I arrived.Text her at 10.06 and was to meet her in 20mins.Waited 1hr 45mins.shocked that she had no english.Musty smell and mugs badly stained and lipstick on some rims.Safe not working got on to Angela said nothing could be done.No change of bedlinen or towels for a two week stay.Couch threadbare. beds comfortable and showers good.Notice to say charge of 50euros if rubbish left and cups etc were not washed when you left. 80euro cleaning fee charged with my booking fee! review book to sign had several pages ripped out. First time in the 10 years we have been going to Fuerteventura were so disappointed with a rental

Good location comfortable villa

+ Good location within the resort with easy walking to beach, shops and restaurants. Very responsive and friendly host. When we reported that the toaster wasn't working it was replaced within the hour. Parking on private driveway easy.

− Hadn't appreciated that the resort is under the flight path. But very good location resort for exploring the island. Could do with blinds or curtains at windows at the rear of the property (there is such at the front) as is overlooked at the rear by the next door property.

A comfortable family stay in Caleta de Fuste

+ The villa was spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was excellent near the beach and shops. Great accomodation for up to 6 persons. Private parking available.

Good value villa

+ Loved this villa. It was in the perfect location next to the beach and restaurants. This excellent villa had everything we required and would not hesitate to stay again. Rooftop had beautiful sea views

− Unfortunately, the doors into the garden were too low for our tall family and we had a few banged heads lol

− Missed having a pool but we only stayed for 3 nights but would miss this on a longer stay

A little gem!

+ Close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Communication was excellent with John and Angela. Will definitely return. For us it was perfect for a short break. We didn't miss a swimming pool as it was just a short stroll to the beach. The villa was was very well equipped, if you forget to take something, it's probably there!

− Hopefully next time there will be more sunbed mattresses on the roof terrace as only 2 were provided. Certainly not a negative.

Comfortable, relaxing, everything we needed for self catering

+ We liked the lovely private patio and sun roof. Comfortable outside seating and sun all day. 2 minutes from the sea and close to restaurants, shops etc

− Sofas were a bit uncomfortable but everything else was spot on

Lovely location with brilliant sunroof in Villa, very well equipped

− Couldn’t see Tv from one of the sofas Lots of other peoples leftovers & stuff in drawers , a bit cluttered overall. Bathroom had unnecessary items under the sink 3rd bedroom had a glass door, curtain needed for privacy Outdoor wicker tables & chairs a bit old

Great location and the outdoor area is brilliant

+ A great property close to all the amenities. Easy to pick up food shopping and head to the bars and restaurants. A spacious villa for 2 although the other 2 bedrooms were there. The roof terrace has wonderful views and caught the sun all day long. Everything you need to cater for yourself although we are out a lot.

+ location was excellent have stayed in this location before very easy to get about the villa had plenty of space close to beach and restaurants would recommend for family and friends plenty off outside space and great roof terrace

− nothing could possible do with upgrading outdoor furniture sunbeds especially chairs round table outside would go back again

+ Location was spot on for any beach lover and very near the town centre . Loads of extras in the bungalow relating to home from home

Pleasant stay at Villa Leon

+ The host was extremely nice and very accommodating and the appartement offers good value for money. The appartement is located close to the beach and had its own parking place, which was a real bonus as we stayed during the height of the holiday season.

− The area where the appartement is located was mostly quiet, but the master bedroom is located on the street side, so if you go to bed early there is some disturbance from passing cars.

Nice relaxing stay, beautiful villa .

+ Communication great with John when i made booking and Monica was really lovely to deal with when we were there . Villa Leon was spotless and central to town.The house is very spacious with an excellent roof terrace where we spent most of our time incredible views.

An excellent short stay at Villa Leon

+ A really lovely house, good value for money and in a great location. Lovely outside space with a shaded terrace to eat and a sunny roof top terrace. Very responsive and helpful host.

− The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave.

Amazing apartment close to the beach

+ 3 min walk to the beach. Private parking space, plenty of space in the house, , roof terrace, nice patio, bbq. Anything else you can think of it's in the house - board games, beach umbrella, etc.

Fantastic appartment and host

+ John was exceptionally accommodating and responsive right from the very beginning. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4 (2 small children) everything was catered for. Fantastic location, so close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.
