+ Location was excellent , good proximity to the Boulevard, padel courts, plenty of room for 6 adults, beds super comfortable . A set of Boules was great! Pool was great just cold for this time of year!

− Nothing to dislike really…….just a few tweaks, pool towels would have been great, we have been to MMGR for the last 8+ years and have rented villas with pools and pool towels are always provided. We travel with hand luggage only and have perfected the art over the years! The TV isn’t a Smart tv which wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The kettle wouldn’t turn off and part of it was missing …We were there as a family of 6 adults, all of us professional people, we weren’t loud or obnoxious but the neighbours were slightly sensitive- never had issues in all the years! We could hear the adjoining property’s TV but that didn’t bother us! There are a few noisy dogs that bark throughout the day from the Boulevard opposite the property but if you like dogs( which we do) it’s not a problem! Overall we had a good stay celebrating my husband’s 60th Birthday!

So good we’re coming back!

+ Lovely property. Communication great from hosts. Location great for the Club Mar Menor, Spar and the boulevard for bars & restaurants. Loved it so much have further booked twice for 2025 and are currently looking at a third booking.

− Very well equipped although plastic glasses for use outside & the pool area would be beneficial. Just a few minor maintenance items to attend to.

I would buy this property if it ever came up for sale! The complex it’s on is great also. Definitely be back.

+ The pool was great and the villa was nice and modern. Close to The Club, Spar and El Boulevard. Nice outdoor space and furniture.

− Barking dogs from 5am to well into the evening. Constantly, which made it extremely frustrating and spoiled the relaxing part that a holiday should be. Air Con was almost non-existent and should be updated. Pillows should be upgraded. BBQ was dirty and rusty so we didn’t use it. Side gate was permanently locked with no key available which meant dragging the bins through the villa to take out to the main refuse site.

− When we arrived the bar b q was rusty and not that clean air con could only be controlled by each level and not individual bedrooms

+ Lovely house with good facilities. Light and bright The beds were really good

− There were many barking dogs in the area. It was especially bad in the late evening.The main door did not work optimally. We were afraid of breaking the key in the lock We were only given a key. The dishwasher basket was broken and there was not enough crockery so the dishwasher had to be started every day

− I would have liked a duvet, just sheets and a blanket is too cold for winter time in spain. The pool is also unheated so not useable in winter.

Modern villa, good amenities around the resort.

+ modern property, nice location

− for a rental property, they had gone about 90% in furnishing the property, lacked comforts ie. better quality curtains, rug in the lounge to make it more homely. The bathroom towels felt worn and smelt damp upon arrival, I had to re wash them. Small conveniences like washing powder, dish washer tablets, more bin bags would of made our short stay easier, instead we had to purchase these items. Also there was a new sofa delivered to the property on the day of our arrival, and we were also told there would be extra chairs delivered, however after our 4 day stay they had still not arrived.

− You need a car to go the beach but with the awesome swimming pool in the house you don't need to worry! 5 minutes walking there are supermarket, restaurants, bars
