There were issues with cleanliness regarding the non-functional dishwasher and tight parking.
Initial response regarding the dishwasher was slow, but overall they were accommodating.
Location was in a quieter part of Majorca, which some guests appreciated despite being far from major attractions.
Spacious villa with good quality rooms for a family.
The villa was well equipped with great amenities including a lovely pool and gym.
Good value for a spacious villa suitable for a larger family.
Limited dining options nearby, but sufficient for home-cooked meals.
Overall, guests had a wonderful family experience and enjoyed their stay.

Una casa perfecta para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia. Dispone de todas las comodidades (cocina, piscina, aparcamiento, aire acondicionado, wifi, televisión, etc) para que te sientas como en casa. 100% Recomendable. Además, del trato tan bueno que te dan los anfitriones, repetiremos sin duda!!
Villa Margalida – erdvi, moderni ir prabangi vila, puikiai tinkanti kokybiškam poilsiui su šeima ar draugų kompanija. Viloje yra 5 komfortiški miegamieji, kiekvienas su privačiu vonios kambariu, o patogios lovos užtikrina puikų poilsį. Taip pat įrengta sporto salė ir apgalvota visa reikalinga infrastruktūra, kad viešnagė būtų kuo patogesnė ir malonesnė. Vila įsikūrusi Sa Pobla miestelyje – vos apie 15 minučių kelio automobiliu iki Alkudijos centro. Didelis privalumas – galimybė iš Sa Pobla traukiniu patogiai nuvykti į Palmą ir išvengti automobilių spūsčių, todėl salą galima tyrinėti dar patogiau. Puikus pasirinkimas ieškantiems komforto, ramybės ir patogios vietos atostogoms. Rekomenduoju 100 %! Atskirai norisi paminėti ir nuostabius vilos šeimininkus. Visos viešnagės metu bendravimas per „WhatsApp“ buvo itin sklandus ir malonus – į visus klausimus buvo atsakoma greitai ir operatyviai. Šeimininkai taip pat pasidalijo puikiomis rekomendacijomis, kur verta pavalgyti ir kokias vietas aplankyti, todėl jautėmės laukiami ir puikiai pasirūpinti nuo atvykimo iki išvykimo. Tai tik dar labiau prisidėjo prie puikios atostogų patirties. Taip pat norėčiau paneigti įspūdį, kurį susidariau perskaičiusi kai kuriuos atsiliepimus „Booking“ platformoje, kuriuose buvo minima, kad Sa Pobla miestelyje esą nėra saugu vaikščioti. Mūsų patirtis buvo visiškai priešinga – visos viešnagės metu jautėmės saugiai tiek dieną, tiek vakare. Sa Pobla pasirodė jaukus, ramus ir autentiškas miestelis su malonia atmosfera, kuriame buvo malonu pasivaikščioti ir praleisti laiką. Tikrai neturėjome nė menkiausios priežasties jaustis nesaugiai.

La maison est sublime, le propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. Tout ce qu'il faut pour la piscine ou électroménager. Quartier tranquille
Pas grand chose, il manquerait peut-être quelque détails dans la cuisine notamment sac poubelle ou sel et poivre pour éviter d'y acheter.
Sehr gute Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LIDL, Eroski etc.) in unmittelbarer Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zentraler Platz mit Restaurants und Cafés nur ca. 5 - 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Zimmer und Bäder im Haus waren modern eingerichtet, sauber und jeweils mit einem Klimagerät ausgestattet. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz (wir waren mit 10 Personen dort) und am und im Pool lässt es sich entspannt verweilen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/der Vermieterin war super und es hat alle reibungslos geklappt.
Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas mehr an Schüsseln - kleine & große - (für Salate etc.) vertragen, gerade wenn man dort mit 10 Personen einige Tage verbringt, aber insgesamt war soweit alles vorhanden, was man benötigt !
The villa was fantastic and all arrival instructions were very clear. The pool was lovely and pleased we paid for it to be heated. We loved the gym, even moved a couple of sun loungers into the gym room so the kids could watch a movie while we used the equipment. We really enjoyed the location, yes it was in a quieter part of Majorca but we actually really enjoyed that. Hiring a car allowed us to visit lots of mountain areas for hikes and visited a few local wine vineyards within a 20 mins drive which were amazing. We stayed as a family of 4 which felt very excessive having a villa this big just for 4 of us but we loved it!
Nothing to note on what we didn't like! If i had to say something the only thing would be that the car parking is very tight but there are plenty of street options if you didn't want to use the garage. We soon got used to it!

Dørhåndtaget til et af toiletterne, i stueetagen, faldt af allerede på første dag. Opvaskemaskinen virkede ikke, hvilket udlejer blev gjort opmærksom på. Der gik to dage, før der ankom personale for udbedring; de satte salt og afspændingsmiddel, hvilket intet hjalp, da der lyste et tegn i displayet for defekt tilgang af vand og/eller spildevand. Vi havde på intet tidspunkt en fungerende opvaskemaskine, lidt uheldigt da vi var en familie på 10 personer. Vi fik flere gange stød, når vi rørte opvaskemaskinen. Til det svarede udlejer, at så måtte vi lade være med at bruge den opvaskemaskine, der alligevel ikke virkede. Der var ingen klare instrukser på, hvordan vi håndterede affaldet, hvilket gjorde, at vi medbragte en/to poser affald, hver gang vi var i nærheden af byens torv, hvor der var placeret affaldscontainere.
Awesome property, lovely warm pool, well equipped villa. Family had a lovely time.
Location is not the best, closest beach area is a 15 min drive. If you decide to stay close to home very few eating options. The best places to be are all 30-40 mins away but with a car it’s also a fun drive.Car is an absolute must.

Pool was cold even after heated nice villa but poor design with bedrooms and bathroom privacy only 2 en-suites found 2 dead and 2 live cockroaches
Amazing and big house, we had more than enough space. The place was clean, the rooms are spacious and almost all rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a gym, a barbeque and a big garage (used it for the bikes). Parking was easy to find on the street. We really enjoyed our stay. The directions and information received from the rental agency were clear, and they were easy to reach. All in all, we definitely recommend this place for a large group.
The kitchen could use some more pans. The ones available look very burned, maybe they are not compatible with the induction stove (?). Otherwise the kitchen is nicely equipped.

Very high standard and spacious, seems to have been renovated very recently. Pool area was very nice. Perfect for us cyclists, with a garage to assemble and store bikes and bike cases.
The single beds were creaking like crazy. Garbage disposal was confusing.
The villa is in great shape, the description on Booking.com was accurate. Host was in contact immediately and would have been ready to help with anything. It’s just we didn’t need anything. I would also mention the fact that there is a garage, which is ideal for bikes.
We didn’t like to leave.
