+ Jolie maison très propre, bien équipée, confortable, et des hôtes compréhensifs et réactifs.

− Je n'ai aucune critique à faire sur la maison. Le seul petit bémol : pas de chaîne de télévision française.

Lovely house away from all the crowds

+ Lovely clean house, peaceful location, away from touristy areas. We liked the swimming pool and the pool room. Lovely kitchen with everything you could need.

− The next door house kept chickens and the cockerels crowed during the night .

+ Spacious villa, very responsive host, all clean and exactly as described. Secluded location away from touristic areas of the island - car is a must have - exactly what we looked for and expected from this place. It was also great that the swimming pool had the heating option - useful during the winter time.

Too expensive for what was provided

+ The pool was large and the sun beds were comfy.

− If you are a light sleeper don’t book as you are woken up at dawn from a cockerel and dogs barking.Also we were charged for cleaning mattresses we didn’t use. If you do book take photos when you arrive to prevent you being asked to pay for damages.The location isn’t great as there are a lot of squatters nearby and looks pretty run down.Needs an outside seating area and WiFi poor connection.Better to stay near Tahiche where weather is sunnier and closer to Costa Teguise.

Villa Maria met all our expectations and more, many happy memories from the holiday.

+ Lots of space, swimming pool and pool table, BBQ area. All the appliances you could need, clean and tidy, nice mix of traditional and modern style.

− A little expensive to get the swimming pool heated but that’s the reality of energy prices, cold water swimming is good for you anyway.
