+ I titolari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Villa.in posizione comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia di Son Bou la piu'attrezzata. Non mancava nulla in casa. Davvero una bella esperienza . Torneremo

− Nulla. Forse la stanza singola con ventilatore e non condizionatore, ma e'andata cmq benissimo.

+ In may it was quiet and uncrowded area. Spacious apartment, great place for larger group of guests. Fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool for private use of guests.

De belles vacances dans un lieu parfait.

+ L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter l’île. La maison est vraiment très bien.

− La proximité avec les voisins parfois trop bruyants et les nombreux coqs du quartier.

Des magnifiques vacances au calme avec une vue mer formidable

+ La situation géographique est exceptionnelle une vue sur la mer et la la montagne depuis le spacieux balcon équipé d'un superbe barbecue très fonctionnel Quartier calme et à proximité de tous les services.

− Come comunicato anche alla struttura, ATTENZIONE alle scale esterne che portano alla piscina jn quando con un pó di acqua diventano super scivolose e di conseguenza pericolose

− La sábana de 1 cama estaba manchada. No hay aislamiento con la casa contigua, se escucha todo en la habitación de arriba

Semana maravillosa

+ La villa es maravillosa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y con todo lo necesario tanto en menaje como en mobiliario. La piscina es excepcional. Una maravilla.

− La ubicación tiene una parte muy buena que es la tranquilidad de la zona. La parte mala es que es necesario el coche para todo, pero la playa cercana es excelente y el parking es grande.

+ The safety of the gates on the stairs, really helped with being able to relax with little ones. The spaciousness around the pool to safely get around it without worrying anyone would fall in. Great location and view of the sea.

Nice villa, good location.

+ The communication from the villa host was fantastic, she was very polite and friendly and answered any questions we had very quickly. The pool was great and we loved the freedom of having our own pool, the long drive for private parking was great. The kitchen was very well equipped there was absolutely everything you would need. The washing machine and drying area was a fab asset especially as we had two young boys with us. We love Son Bou and this added to the experience. The views from the balcony are beautiful and the sunsets we enjoyed with a glass of wine or 4 were without a doubt the best part of staying in this villa. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I think it is great for a family break.

− The kitchen has very limited work top space and as we like to cook it was difficult as the cupboards were so well equipped we had no room in them to put food in so we had to try and cook around our shopping. Every time we used the oven and any other electrical equipment such as the kettle or microwave the electric tripped, we had to limit the amount of electric everyone in the villa used when we cooked (fans air con etc). My father in law who is an electrical engineer said that the amp was to low for the size of the villa. If you are the sort of holiday maker that goes out to eat a lot this kitchen is OK. The one large bath towel per week for each person was a little limiting, I had to rewash the towels in between changes as we showered a lot because of the heat. We struggled without the aircon in the bedrooms and had to sleep with bedroom doors open to let some of the cool air in (a bit awkward when you are staying in the room next to the kitchen and with the in laws) we did however know that there was no aircon in the bedrooms and I think because we came in a heat wave the rooms got hotter than they usually would.
