Villa Tomás

The villa was the perfect choice and would absolutely stay here again.

+ Everything was explained in detail in the email we received. We had everything we needed, this isa well kept and looked after villa. I would recommend to anyone looking for a villa in the area.

− With 9 of staying, I think the pool should be cleaned maybe twice a week. Especially with the sand coming from the Sahara or leave instruction on how we could clean the pool. We did use the net but don't think this was sufficient. Other than that this Villa was amazing and met all my expectations

Fijn verblijf op loopafstand van het strand en centrum

+ Fijne plek op loopafstand van het centrum en het strand. Leuk dat er voor de kinderen veel zwembad spullen aanwezig waren. Wasmachine ook echt een pluspunt. Ruimte buiten is groot en vooral de plek bij de bbq is een fijne plek op te zitten. Slaapkamers zijn mooi ruim.

− De schoonmaak kan echt beter, overlag lag stof en ook vonden we buiten gelijk bij aankomst hondenpoep. Daarnaast had het zwembad water iets warmer gekund ( wij waren er eind april/begin mei) Minpunt is de 4e kamer aan de achterkant van het huis, wij hebben uiteindelijk de kinderen bij ons op de kamer gelegd en deze kamer niet gebruikt omdat het echt afgelegen ligt en wij de kinderen hier niet alleen wouden laten slapen, ook rook deze ruimte erg muf.

Estancia agradable

+ La casa está genial equipada y tiene todo lo necesario. La piscina y la terraza son muy amplias para poder estar todos juntos en el exterior. También dispones de sitio para aparcar el coche al lado del alojamiento. En cuanto al acceso al centro de Corralejo, se puede ir andando sin problemas.

− Me gusto todo la verdad. Reformaría el interior de la casa dándole un estilo más moderno.

+ Beautiful well sized Villa on the outskirts of the main the town and a short walk or taxi to it. Or use the local supermarket close by, location was just ideal

− Kitchen could be bigger for what the size of the villa was but that was it

+ Lokalizacja: Cicha okolica, ale blisko do centrum Corralejo i plaż. Idealne miejsce na relaks i wypady po okolicy. Willa: Przestronna, czysta, dobrze wyposażona. Idealne miejsce na tygodniowy reset – słońce, spokój i komfort. Zdecydowanie polecam na spokojne wakacje na Fuerteventurze, szczególnie dla par lub rodzin.

Beautiful villa but recommend a car

+ The villa was very spacious and had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. The bedding was clean & fresh and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Great big TV screen. WiFi was excellent in some rooms but poor in others. Pool area and pool loungers were excellent- clearly very new. They all had padded cushions so were very comfortable. The outdoor charcoal BBQ was fantastic. There were lots of outside seating areas, some of which were sheltered, which was very welcome as we had a few cold and very windy days!. The rooftop solarium was superb, but we didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted as it was very windy.

− The 4th bedroom wasn’t actually a bedroom but perhaps a converted storeroom? If you needed to use the bathroom at night you had to come outside and walk to the back door to get into the house. This meant we had to leave the 4th bedroom door and villa’s back door open at night, which didn’t feel very secure. The villa was about a mile outside of Corralejo Centre. This was fine during the day as we walked to town, but it was difficult at night time as taxi services were dreadful and the road into town was quite dark and desolate. It might be better in peak season when the Aqua Park is open. They were either very late or just didn’t show up. We were there in March, a fairly quiet time, so I would hate to stay in peak season.

Great location, property needs some more instruction on arrival, leak in en-suite needs sorting.

+ Location great, villa a good size.

− Leak in en-suite, broken chairs (replaced on last day), bunk bed children’s separate to house so not great for kids, only enough hot water for 1/2 showers per day, hot tub and swimming pool isolated at fuse board so no heated pool or jacuzzi til we sussed this out. Safe on site but unusable as locked and couldn’t get the code. We had no instruction or welcome pack, like where the bin bags need taking to etc. No instruction as to where the annex keys were for the separate room which was not part of the main house. Leak in en-suite smelt like sewage leaking under the floor! Heated pool and jacuzzi was soso, the jacuzzi didn’t reach temp until 5/6pm. And one day we had no water at all, hot or cold which was fun. All these issues were reported and the broken chairs got replaced on our last day. I have photos and video of the leak under the en-suite floor.

Relaxing, family villa

+ the villa is really well organized. There are a lot of stools available in the kitchen and the configuration of the rooms is ergonomic. The outside is a plus. The availability for additional requests is excellent.

− I would improve the availability of hot water. It happened that after 2 showers we had to wait a lot to have hot water again. The villa can guest 10 people so it should have the same capacity.

+ Great size modern villa. Loved the BBQ area and the big tables outside. Hot tub and pool were great for the group of us. Really good sized sun terrace too!

− We had no welcome pack so we did not know when the hot tub was heating/running/filling also, when the pool lights would come on. We also did not know where the 4th room with the bunk beds was located, it wasn't clear that it would be unaccessible from within the main building. Some lighting under the outdoor canopy is needed, we ended up buying a light ourselves to accommodate.

+ The Villa was absolutely spotless on our arrival & had all the amenities we needed. Bbq & outside area was exceptional. 15 mins walk into the town centre so the location was ideal. Would highly recommend

− Cushions for the sun beds would have been nice
