+ Konumu iyi, her tarafa ulaşım ve alışveriş için uygun.

− Kahvaltı sade ve ve sıradan, çeşit az. Günlük temizlik olmaması çok kötü, yaz döneminde duş sonrası ıslak havluların değiştirilmemesi olmaz. Koridorlar dahi süpürülmemiş. Nem ve sıcak sebebiyle klima yüzeyinde küflenme oluşmuş ve bunu solumak durumunda kaldık. Asansörün biri çalışmıyordu ve diğeride çağrıyla direkt gelmiyor bütün katları geziyordu bazen biri geçip gidiyordu. Çok yavaştı ve uzun süre beklemek zorundaydık..

+ ロケーション。スーパーが通りを挟んですぐです。1番最初に対応してくれたスタッフが日本びいきで親切に教えてくれました。

− ミニキッチン付きの部屋にしましたが、ゴミ箱からとても臭い匂いがして、我慢できないくらいでした。 他スタッフの対応がイマイチに感じることがありました。

Great location nice views

+ Place was clean, the location was really perfect, you in the middle of everyhting and it literally takes minutes to reach most attractions in Barcelona. Also, the terrace was really great. Free coffee machine was also great.

− I just couldnt believe such a beautiful place had such a terrible elevator. There are two elevators of whic one was out of service 90% of the time, the second one just takes forever and its always full of people. The last thing I wanted after a whole day of walking around the town is to walk up 5 stories every single time.

− Manque machine à café dans les chambres .serait un plus. Sinon tout est excellent. Clim à 22 un peu chaud pour dormir.

− L’odeur d’humidité dans le logement (VMC bouchée), la douche qui passe du bouillant au froid toutes les 30 secondes, le rapport qualité prix

+ La habitación muy amplia, cómoda. La instalaciones en general del hotel excelente. El personal súper amable y dispuesto. Es nuestra segunda vez en el hotel. La ubicación inmejorable.

− La primera vez que fuimos al hotel, la limpieza era cada 3 días, si mal no recuerdo. Esta vez es cada 7. Es algo que está bien informado al momento de reservar, solo que como sugerencia, para mejor mantenimiento, estaría bueno que vuelva a hacer cada 3 dias, por motivos que ya informé al hotel

− Nous aimons bien que le ménage soit fait tous les jours et non pas seulement 1 fois en fin de séjour

+ - الموقع نوعاً ما جيد في وسط المدينة

− 1-لايوجد تنظيف الغرف بشكل يومي اخبرني موظف الاستقبال يجب دفع رسوم إضافية للتنظيف 2- لايوجد مناديل في الغرف و الحمام إلا عند الطلب ويجب ان تحضره بنفسك من الاستقبال 3-ولا يوجد ماء للشرب فالغرفة ولا يوجد ماكينة قهوة 4-ولا يوجد شطاف فالحمام 5- أسلوب بعض موظفين الاستقبال جاف يحتاجون الى تعلم كيفية التعامل مع السياح 6-السعر مرتفع وليس مناسب مقابل الخدمة 7-الأصوات المزعجة في الخارج تسمعها عندك في الغرفة لايوجد عزل الصوت خصوصاً إذا كنت في الطوابق السفليه 8- ما انصح به للعوائل لانه المكان فالخارج مزدحم وقد تتعرض للسرقات و المضايقات من بعض الجنسيات الأخرى

+ La cama confortable! El desayuno muy completo! los servicios de la habitación muy completos.

− No me gustó la zona de la rambla en sí, poco elegante, casualmente estaban en obra los subte y eso empeoraba la tranquilidad.

+ La posizione eccezionale, a metà Rambla. Vicinissima alla cattedrale, al Mercato Boqueria, al Barrio Gotico ed a Plaza Real, quindi alla movida. Il.parcheggio nel garage privato sottostante all'albergo. La terrazza panoramica sul tetto, con doccia e solarium. La camera spaziosa

− La mancanza del servizio di pulizia della camera giornaliera: per avere asciugamani puliti abbiamo dovuto chiederli alla reception, e la camera in 3 giorni non è stata mai pulita. L'aria condizionata ha un pessimo deumidificatore, per cui gli oggetti ,il pavimento e soprattutto i vestiti erano sempre umidi e freddi.

+ La propreté, la clarté, les équipements et le personnel. La fontaine d'eau, gazeuse ou plate en libre service ! Appréciable avec la canicule. Le café et le thé.

− L'accès à l'hôtel, les travaux dans la rue principale, bruyants et poussiéreux ! L'un des ascenseurs, en panne pendant la moitié du séjour.

Un hôtel pratique, confortable et bien adapté à un séjour touristique à Barcelone.

+ Hôtel qui correspondait à nos attentes pour visiter Barcelone. Literie confortable, coin cuisine complet. Boissons chaudes et froides (eau gazeuse, glaçons) à volonté. Parking sous l'hôtel très pratique.

− They never clean or room in 4 days

+ Great location, just off La Rambla in the center of Barcelona. We had a friendly reception and free coffee in a comfortable waiting area. The room more than met our expectations and was very convenient and well equipped all around.

− As said, staff was generally very friendly, but unprofessional handling of the city tax put a dent in what could have been an excellent rating. Nothing at all was mentioned at check-in, then we received a late-evening call demanding payment, claiming it was required to be paid upon arrival (and subtly suggesting that we refused to do so). We showed a print from booking.com that it was included in the price. Mistakes can happen, but please own them and don't blame blame your guests for them.

Posizione perfetta , comoda per l’arrivo in macchina ( parcheggio in hotel a 25€ a notte). Rapporto prezzo qualità scars

+ Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutte le maggiori attrazioni, volendo anche a piedi con lunghe passeggiate. ( fermata metro a 2 minuti). Tanta disponibilità di locali per cena e dopo cena.

− Umidità della camera, mancanza di cambio biancheria per 4 notti.
