Kategorije

• Limpieza7,8

Mixed reports: several guests praised overall cleanliness and outside bathrooms, but there are specific negative incidents (mould on bathroom ceiling, damp/musty smells, a live waterbug, and slow/required repeated requests for cleaning) that lowered this score.

• Servicio9,8

Strongly positive: numerous mentions of friendly, attentive and professional staff, welcoming team and helpful security. A few service lapses noted (e.g., a silent cleaner, slower restaurant payment processing), but overall service is a standout.

• Ubicación10,0

Consistently excellent: beachfront location, very close distance to the beach, easy access to nearby dining and attractions — repeatedly described as a major highlight.

Mixed: junior suite described as large and updated, while other rooms were criticised as very small, damp-smelling or with dated fixtures; plumbing and furniture inconsistencies reported.

• Instalaciones8,2

Generally good (beach bar, pleasant grounds, outside bathroom cleanliness), but some guests reported poor in-room WiFi and limited complimentary breakfast offerings, which moderately reduced the score.

• Relación calidad-precio8,0

Mixed value: property comfort and service are praised, but several guests noted that food and drinks are pricey and that the free breakfast offering felt limited, affecting perceived value.

• Comida y bebida9,0

Mostly positive: multiple guests called the food great/delicious and the restaurant lovely; however, repeated comments about expensive prices temper the rating slightly.

• Experiencia general9,7

Overall very favorable: many guests described a wonderful, authentic Jamaican experience, would return and recommended the property despite occasional issues with rooms or service delays.
