Denbies Vineyard Hotel ★★★★

Kategorije

• Limpieza9,6

Rooms generally described as comfortable and clean; one notable dining hygiene issue (fly in orange juice) impacted perception of food/service cleanliness but room cleanliness is reported positively.

• Servicio9,4

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, helpful and efficient (several mentions by name), though there are isolated but serious complaints about dismissive behaviour and understaffing/reception delays.

• Ubicación9,8

Consistently highlighted as a major strength: beautiful vineyard setting, exceptional views from room and restaurant, ideal for walks and family groups.

• Habitaciones7,6

Mixed feedback: some rooms comfortable and clean, but multiple guests felt rooms did not justify premium prices (no view, blinds closed, limited natural light) and one minor safety/fixture issue noted.

• Instalaciones8,2

Good on-site restaurant and pleasant setting; shortcomings noted such as lack of a comfortable guest lounge, limited reception presence/understaffing, and absence of air-conditioning on very hot days.

• Relación calidad-precio6,4

Several guests explicitly said the premium room rate and bar prices felt unjustified—value is a clear weakness relative to the hotel's positioning.

• Comida y bebida9,4

Restaurant and breakfast receive frequent praise and are a highlight for many guests, though there are isolated reports of poor food quality and a staff interaction that negatively affected one guest's dining experience.

• Experiencia general10,0

Overall impression is very positive driven by exceptional location, strong restaurant and many reports of friendly, efficient staff; negatives (value, some room issues, isolated poor service incidents) did not outweigh the frequent strong recommendations.
