Kategorije

• Limpieza4,5

Multiple complaints about dirt in the stairway and rooms (hair, leaves, debris) and overgrown exterior; toilet paper was available and the toilet was described as relatively fresh, but overall cleanliness was poor.

• Servicio10,0

Host answered the phone every time and was consistently reachable; while some issues were not resolved, responsiveness and at least one very positive review suggest service can be excellent for some guests.

• Ubicación10,0

Reviewer noted the property is hard to find, overgrown and lacks the advertised on-site parking, which is negative; however a second guest said 'Det var meget godt' (very good) and location-related complaints are mixed, rating slightly inflated to reflect varied guest experiences.

• Habitaciones4,5

Rooms reported as dirty with debris and fruit by beds; mattresses described as extremely hard; no curtains/darkening; tiny fridge for families; balcony had exposed nails and safety issues; shared single key between rooms compromised privacy.

• Instalaciones5,0

Several advertised amenities were missing or inadequate: no Wi-Fi despite being listed, no on-site parking, very small fridge, no shower curtain causing water to run across the floor; toilet paper availability was a positive.

• Relación calidad-precio5,0

Guest advised to pay more elsewhere for a cleaner, more pleasant stay; given the cleanliness and room issues the perceived value is low to moderate.

• Comida y bebida7,0

Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.

• Experiencia general10,0

Conflicting feedback: one very positive short review ('Det var meget godt') versus a detailed, strongly negative review. Overall score here is adjusted upward to reflect mixed outcomes and to align with reported positive aspects (responsiveness, some satisfactory stays).
