The Block Mooloolaba ★★★★

Kategorije

• Limpieza1,0

Reviewed repeatedly as immaculately clean and tidy; minor notes during a long stay (bedding changed only once) and small suggestions like a drainer under the dish rack.

• Servicio1,0

Host praised for excellent communication and accommodation (explicit mentions of 'Adam' being a great host and 10/10 communication).

• Ubicación1,0

Consistently highlighted as excellent/central — walking distance to beach, restaurants, wharf and main eating/shopping areas; described as 'close to everything' and 'superb'.

• Habitaciones1,0

Mixed: spacious and comfortable with a very comfortable queen bed, but issues reported such as a broken window frame (slow repair), raised tiles creating trip hazards, and noise impacts (construction, boy racers) and occasional maintenance lapses.

• Instalaciones1,0

Mixed to negative: kitchen generally well equipped, but no breakfast, lacking a coffee machine/pods, no lift (access issues), limited garage parking (SUV trouble) and irritation with garage door operation; guests suggested small additions (drainer, pizza trays).

• Relación calidad-precio1,0

Many guests would stay again and found the process easy, suggesting reasonable value, but long-stay maintenance issues, parking/noise inconveniences and lack of some amenities reduced perceived value for some guests.

• Comida y bebida1,0

No breakfast available and missing in-room coffee machine/pods noted; nearby coffee praised but lack of on-site F&B options was a negative for some guests.

• Experiencia general1,0

Overall very positive: numerous recommendations, guests said they would stay again, enjoyed central location, spacious/modern accommodation and excellent host communication, despite a handful of noise/amenity issues.
