Traumhafte Aussicht, etwas investionsbedürftige Wohnung
Schön geschnittene Wohnung, mit großer verglaster Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern. Eigene Garage, sehr gute Lage mit direktem Blick auf´s Meer und Pool gehört zum Wohnkomplex. Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Ausstattung war ok. Wohnräume haben wir sauber übernommen.
Stark abgewohnte Räume, kaputte Möbel, renovierungsbedürftige Wände, defekte Spülmaschine, defekter Toilettensitz in einem der Bäder. Für die schöne Aussicht bei geschlossenen Terrassenfenstern haben wir selbst erst einmal die Scheiben geputzt, da diese total verschmutzt waren.

L'emplacement de l'appartement. Vue exceptionnelle. Piscine et plage à proximité. Garage pour la voiture.
Manque d'hygiène dans les douches. Traces de moisissures. Tuyau de douche sale et cassé. Douche bouchée. Lavabo suite familiale presque bouché. Robinet d'eau froide inopérant. Poignée de porte mal fixée ( porte d'entrée et plusieurs portes dans l'appartement ). Table basse du séjour complètement hors d'usage. La propreté des coussins du canapé du séjour laisse à désirer. C'est dommage que le propriétaire n'entretienne pas son bien !

The location, the view, the spaciousness, the cleanliness
It would have been nice to have some basic cleaning materials in the flat. You're expected to leave the dishes clean but there's no dishwasher tablet or a dish rack. There was no hand soap or dish clothes either. If you're spending two weeks somewhere you can buy these, but it's a nuisance having to procure everything for a weekend trip.
