Can not recommend

+ The location was the best we could find for that date. The bar around the corner, Lalula, was friendly and fun.

− Communication ahead of our stay was awkward and excessive, with the host insisting on WhatsApp CALLS and speaking bad English (I speak Spanish). She was not there at the agreed-upon time, made us stand in the hallway while she went in to "check on something" (?), and then subjected us to a very long-winded, strange, and unwanted introduction speech about Santander. She knew that we were there for just one night, before an early flight and moving on, making the whole speech unnecessary. Also there was no WiFi which made it difficult to take care of our pre-flight and subsequent lodging arrangements.

+ Die zentrale Lage, voll ausgestattetes Apartment, Rosa die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich, sie hat uns tolle Tipps gegrben und einen guten Überblick über die Stadt gegeben, was wirklich hilfreich war! Gleich beim Apartment gibt es eine urige Bar, wo keine Touristen sind, was ein tolles Erlebnis für uns war!

− Simplemente Rosa, (q es la anfitriona) Te preguntaría si tú, en este momento, tal y como se encuentra el apartamento, te sentarías en ese sofá, si dormirías en el, porque pagamos por una noche 185 euros por una estancia para 3 px. Si te ducharias en esa bañera , si comerías en esa cocina. Está todo muuuy , muuuy, muuuy sucio. El sofá, es para tirar. La ducha....sin palabras, horrorosa No todo vale, creo yo. Un poco de dignidad y respeto a las personas. No todo puede ser ganar. Espero Rosa, q tú encuentres respeto en los lugares a los q vayas.

Polite host, but unacceptable stay and cleanliness issues

+ The host is a sweet person and responded by bringing a pest control service the next day.

− Our stay was highly distressing. The apartment was full of cockroaches and small flies, making it impossible to use the kitchen or the bathroom. The bedding smelled strongly of dampness and neglect, and we barely managed to sleep for a few hours. Despite her assurances, the cleaning service she uses is completely inadequate. Most disappointingly, even though we informed her that we couldn't use the facilities, she never offered any discount or partial refund, and we were charged the full price.

+ Muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia. El apartamento estaba impecable, era cómodo y contaba con todo el menaje necesario para sentirse como en casa. Su ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y práctica para desplazarse a cualquier lugar. La anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, manteniendo una comunicación constante para asegurarse de que no nos faltara nada y para ofrecernos ayuda si la necesitábamos. Además, tuvo el bonito detalle de dejarnos algunos obsequios, como galletas para el desayuno, algo que agradecimos mucho. Sin duda, una experiencia muy agradable y un konaklama que recomendamos totalmente.

− Ничего не понравилось. В квартире очень грязно, я сомневаюсь, что постельное белье менялось, кухня и посуда вся в жиру и не мылась месяцами. Балкон выходит на стену соседнего дома. Мебель старая и сломанная. Парковки нет, хотя написано, что есть. Интернета нет. Впервые я видела квартиру в таком ужасном состоянии. Все это я сказала и хозяйке, но она не видит грязи, хотя уже не мы первые об этом пишем. Ей бы прислушаться и исправить, а не сваливать вину на уборщицу, которой видимо нет. С парковкой вообще проблема, она платная и нигде нет мест, каждые 2 часа приходилось ходить и переставлять и доплачивать.

+ Todo genial. La casera majisima, llegamos muy tarde porque tuvimos varios contratiempos y en ningún momento nos puso problemas para entregarnos las llaves. 100% recomendable.

+ La anfitriona (Rosa) es atenta y educada,se implica mucho y aconseja lugares para visitar y comer,visitas y lugares interesantes (no conocía el refugio antiaéreo) Lo céntrico que está,cerca de cualquier sitio del centro (ruidoso por la noche por la cantidad de bares)

− El apartamento no estaba bien limpio, salpicaduras secas en mampara de ducha,mal olor en cuarto de baño por mala desinfección,incluso alguien anterior dibujó sobre el polvo y la grasa de una estantería de cristal( sobre la cocina americana) la palabra "limpiar". Es imposible acceder con coche ,es un callejón sin salida. Tuve que aparcar en parking público,a escasos metros ,y pagar 68€ por los tres güns de estancia.

− O apartamento poderia ter menos tapetes, o que daria a sensação de mais limpeza.

− В апартаментах было грязно, в холодильнике холодильная камера была полностью забита льдом, поэтому он плохо работал, продукты даже не стали забирать. Очень грязные коврики у кровати, на диване в гостиной невозможно сидеть. Апартаменты требуют генеральной качественной уборки и косметического ремонта.

+ Lokacija , apartman se nalazi u samom centru Santandera. Također vlasnica Rosa je bila jako ljubazna i dala nam je mnogo korisnih informacija .

− Ležaj koji se nalazi u dnevnoj , na kojem spava treća osoba he u raspadnutom stanju. Jako neudoban i za sjedenje a za spavanje je bas los.

− La ropa de cama y almohadas no huelen bien, el sofá cama donde durmió mi hijo se notaban los muelles y no era cómodo y su almohada guardada en un armario.... estaba bastante sucia, utilizamos los cojines que llevamos en el coche.

+ Posizione strategica per visitare il centro della città, Rosa ci ha accolto in casa per la consegna delle chiavi e ci ha fornito una descrizione dettagliata delle varie zone della città e le attrazioni da visitare. La casa ha tutti i confort necessari per vivere una vacanza perfetta.
