− We’re Americans so we the only thing we wished was there is a dryer.

+ El ático muy bonito y limpio, tiene prácticamente de todo, cocina equipada, sombrilla, sillas de playa. A pocos metros playa de piedra, si quieres playa de arena a 5 minutos en coche, todo muy bien .

+ Die Lage ist perfekt und die Aussicht der Wohnung ist toll. Unzählige Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation sowie die Erreichbarkeit der Agentur ist sehr gut und unkompliziert.

− In unmittelbarer Nähe befand sich während unseres Aufenthalts eine Grossbaustelle. Der riesige Kran bewegte sich unentwegt bei und über der Wohnung. Es wurde den ganzen Tag gehämmert, geklopft, gesägt - kurz gesagt: der Erholungsfaktor liess zu wünschen übrig. Die Agentur hat unsere Anfrage für einen Preisnachlass umgehend mit dem Besitzer abgeklärt. Leider war er nicht bereit, uns entgegenzukommen... schade... Aufgrund der Lärmbelastung sind wir sogar etwas früher abgereist!

A good apartment that needs some updating.

+ Location - near the beach but a little outside of the busy-ness of Javea proper, yet walking distance to the boardwalk of Aduana. Also right next door to excellent restaurants. The apartment is clean and designed in a quirky, modern way with lots of light and a comfortable living room. The pool is clean and enjoyable, especially for families. The host was excellent and accommodating. She dealt with issues to the best of her ability. We were given late check out, which was appreciated since we had a very late flight.

− Pics led me to believe the apt has unobstructed views, but it's actually quite tucked back with a side, obstructed view. Very poor wifi, so if you need to work, this is a problem. The beds are Flinstone-rock hard. Water tasted terrible. Low water pressure. Washing machine stopped working so we were left with no clean clothes or towels for half the holiday.

+ The property was clean and really spacious. The location was absolutely perfect too - nothing more than a short walk for us each day. Julieth was an excellent host too. Really helpful.

Perfect place for family stay, safe and beside lots of restaurants, beachfront.

+ 💥 Beachfront apartment, spotless. 🍸 Bar beside us 🧘‍♀️ Quiet location felt very safe. 💯 Air-conditioning was working perfect, needed with a baby. 🍽 Kitchen had all equipment. 🔑 Spare keys left in apartment on arrival. 🏖 Beautiful view of the beach 🚗 Parking underground 💬 Great communication with the letting agency. 📺 Netflix and loads channels on tv 🏠 The apartment was very big loads space for 5 people and 1 baby. 🚶‍♀️ Walking distance to shops and bars & restaurants. 🛌 Sleeps 6 people, 3 bedrooms. 💝 Also on arrival was a complintary bottle of water and wine 🍾 Thank you loved our stay will come back. 💕

+ Great space. Loved the outdoor space, living area and kitchen was excellent. Location walking distance to everything. Parking underground.

− Beds were comfy but the master bed had a squeaky bed frame. I’m a light sleeper, it might not be an issue for heavy sleepers.

+ Amazing location with easy access to Javea Port and a lovely evening stroll to Arenal. Apartment was fantastic- very spacious with numerous balconies. Swimming pool was great and apartment is approx 50m to the sea! Loved loved loved it!

− Need good mobility to get up and down the spiral stairs. This wasn’t a problem for us but others may need to be aware.
