Soggiorno da 10! Camera molto bella, spaziosa e accogliente in centro a Horta. Jerry e Elena sono stati super carini e disponibili: ci hanno dato tutti i consigli su cosa visitare l’isola, dove mangiare e altre perle nascoste che conoscono solo i veri local!

Everything was outstanding. Elena and Jerry are really helpful, flexible and nice. Before the trip they contacted me, provided me with information and organised a transfer from the airport. They were really helpful with information allowing me to make the most of the two days I stayed on the island. And the best part: A really comfortable bed, a great shower, a well organised kitchen to use, and everything very clean. For a really affordable price this is all and more you can wish for. If I come back to Faial in the future, this will be the place where I want to stay.
Elena y Jerry fueron los mejores anfitriones de la historia; nos dieron todo tipo de recomendaciones: rutas, cómo movernos por la isla, restaurantes… acordes a nuestros intereses. La habitación estaba cuidada al detalle, al igual que el baño compartido y la cocina (había café, leche, zumo de naranja, aceite, sal, etc. a nuestra disposición). La ubicación ideal; cerca del puerto y de la playa. Lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera. Muchas gracias por todo!

What a lovely place. Centrally located, you can walk to all restaurants and some beaches too. The attention to details of the owners, each room has a name nicely written, there are whales decorations everywhere my bed had a whale frame! So so cute. It was extremely clean and while I have never share bathrooms before, I didn’t realized I was doing so until before I went, in this case it was not a problem, it was so clean and right by. The best part was the hosts who were extremely helpful and gave me lots of local tips. Couldn’t ask for more at a very reasonable price.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen direkt am Hafen. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind richtig nett und hilfsbereit. Es war wirklich alles perfekt, vielen Dank! :)

Das Zimmer verfügt über einen tollen Blick, einer sauberen gepflegten Ausstattung und Betreibern, die ihren Beruf mit Liebe ausfüllen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Extremely nice hosts and super clean place!
A wonderful stay in a strategic location in Horta - just steps from Peter's Sport Cafe, yet on a quiet street with great bay views (on a clear day). Hosts Elena and Jerry were exceptionally welcoming and provided detailed guidance and practical tips that made a real difference - so that even with consistently rainy weather throughout our stay, the vacation wasn't ruined. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped enough to make the rainy days genuinely enjoyable - additionally, having a designated shelf in the fridge and a well-organized shared kitchen was a pleasant surprise. In general every detail of the place has a lovely, thoughtful touch. Thank you, guys! We would absolutely return.

L'accueil était chaleureux au possible, et nous avons reçu de supers conseils quant aux visites possibles autours d'horta. La chambre spacieuse et la salle de bain très grande, la cuisine en müsait accès est au top et tout équipée, cet endroit est une perle rare, super bien située en plus ! On se sentait comme à la maison et aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.

A gem of a place, super central but quiet, charming hosts, impeccably clean. Use of the kitchen included essentials such as coffee, butter, oil, salt & pepper and condiments, which makes a real difference.
The building is so quiet that noise travels quite clearly between the rooms, but it's not a party place anyway.

For me the place was fresh, clean, with a minimal vibe but had everything i needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Owner even assisted with arranging a rental car for me before I arrived and then suggested where to go. Nice tough was plenty of outlets in all the right locations to recharge my electronics.
There were 2 minor things that I only mention because you are looking for negatives but I think these are more to do with the age of the building and the location that anything else. No toilet paper in the toilet it must go in the bin, and the hot water takes a couple of minutes to reach the room but neither would keep me from returning. Unlike many ads I see on booking theirs was very honest about what you can expect.
