Labiekārtota liela māja patīkamam atvaļinājumam!

+ Naktsmītne atrodas nedaudz tālāk no centra, ērtāk ir tad, ja ir savs auto. Auto vienmēr bija kur novietot. Patika mājas tīrība, plašums. Bija ērtas gultas, skaisti iekārtota viesistaba un arī guļamistabas. Virtuvē bija viss, lai justos ērti un pagatavotu sev pusdienas. Bija pat saulessargs, kuru paņemt līdzi uz pludmali.

− Nedaudz varēja dzirdēt ielas troksni, it sevišķi, divās istabās, kuras ir uz ielas pusi, bet ne tik ļoti, lai traucētu naktsmieram. Nekas cits nebija, viss bija pārdomāts un patīkams!

A beautiful, immaculately clean home

+ ​We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house itself is incredibly pretty, beautifully decorated, and was immaculately clean when we arrived. ​A special thank you to Ms. Ana, who was an incredible host. She was so welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay, making sure we had everything we needed.

Property owner is lovely- agency leaves much to be desired

+ The house itself is lovely as pictured, a small supermarket not even 50 steps away from the front door and close to the Tuesday and Sunday markets. Beds are very comfortable and it was exceptionally clean. Kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could think of for a family to cook and enjoy. The property owner Ana was lovely and very pleasant to deal with- I have to say most of the issues we had with our stay seem to lie with the agency holidu that manages bookings through booking.com

− Some of the issues can be written off as it’s the end of the season as the owner of the property stated and couldn’t be fixed until the last guest was finished. However if I was using Holidu as my agency I wouldn’t be happy as the property owner. There was leaks from the upstairs shower due to a crack in the tile sealant below the tap down into a light in the kitchen and over the fridge. The downstairs air conditioning until leaked down the wall and onto a plug socket if it was on for more than 15 minutes. Said plug socket was also showing signs of previous damn which the property owner said was from something exterior. The exterior gate though tough to open and close does not lock due to a damaged lock. Never had an issue but for piece of mind that’s not great. The biggest problem though is that the pool was not open at all during our stay because it closed on the last day of September. When I contacted the property owner she said this is specified in the announcement- it was not despite pouring over all correspondence from booking.com. Now we did pass countless hotels which had theirs still open and do well into Christmas. Whatever the aren’t is with the communal pool that’s their business but it was not specified at all anywhere until we looked for directions to it from the house. Also an issue sending the safety deposit to the owner because holidu gave me the wrong bank details- good thing I texted the owner first to check…..

+ Apartment was well equiped for stay of big family. A lot of space. Nice sitting for breakfast and dinner. Cosy atmosphere. We head everything we needed. The host Ana responded to all questions. Pool is close and with nice view.

+ La planta baja.

− Colchones de las camas pequeñas en mal estado, el de la habitación pequeña era decente solamente. Las instalaciones de la planta de arriba mal. En el armario de la habitación pequeña no había ni un solo estante y las kapı sonaban todas y no cerraban correctamente. Tampoco han dejado nada para poder limpiar, solo jabón de los platos y una bayeta, ni siquiera champú y gel, tal como indicaba la página. Lo que más me molestó es que le dije lo de los colchones, que no se pogün dormir y me dijo que era la primera noticia que tenía, cuando había tenido yorum negativas sobre ese tema hace un año ya y la solución que me dio es que se cambiara de habitación: éramos seis y tres habitaciones... Repito. La planta baja muy bonita.

Disappointing and wouldn’t return to this property in future

+ Ac was good and kitchen was well appointed.

− Deposit was difficult to pay and the property is dated and damaged in multiple places. The swimming pool was closed and the BBQ was filthy. The bathroom upstairs is in desperate need of a refurbishment.

+ Lovely big, comfortable house. Kitchen and communal spaces really comfortable. Really clean. Host was quick to respond to messages.

− Missing some things in the kitchen that would be good for cooking and serving purposes. Only received 2 loo rolls and 1 dishwashing tablet for the 3 nights we were there and it felt a bit awkward to ask for more. Suggest providing more at the beginning of people's stays to avoid this.

Great place and location in Nerja

+ The property is in a good location 10minutes walk from the beach. The property is a great size with plenty of space and good sized bedrooms with great facilities and a shared pool a short walk away

− Parking is not directly outside the house but plenty of parking close by the property even in August

Very enjoyable in a beautiful house. Host excellent.

− We only had access to the pool on the last 2 days of our holiday. I felt this wasn't clear on booking however I can accept that can be attributed to language issues. The pool was beautifully situated & well kept there were no loungers.

− Only niggle is that they should have supplied some cleaning products and basic supplies (eg kitchen cleaning spray/ extra kitchen towel/bin bags/ additional loo roll) as we were only supplied with minimal items and had to purchase additional essentials for a 7 day stay

+ location was great, although we had a car. it was 8 minutes walk to beach if you had no car.

− the main road ran beside the house so traffic noise in the bedrooms to the front of the house was loud.
