Informa a Charming Lucero con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el konaklama. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva.
Los huéspedes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada. Ten en cuenta que todas las peticiones especiales están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden comportar suplementos.
Las personas que se vayan a alojar recibirán un contrato de kiralama que tendrán que devolver firmado al konaklama antes de la llegada. Si no reciben el contrato a tiempo, tendrán que ponerse en contacto con la empresa de gestión de konaklamalar llamando al número indicado en la confirmación de la reserva.
Las personas menores de 18 yaş solo pueden alojarse si van acompañadas de alguno de sus progenitores o tutores legales.

Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.
The entrance is on Saturnino Morán Street, but the apartment is accessed via Sepúlveda Street.
Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
