Ottima qualità prezzo!

+ Hotel molto carino vicinissimo al centro. Camera pulita e confortevole, viaggiando con un bimbo piccolo ci hanno fatto trovare anche la culla. Hanno un parcheggio a pagamento abbastanza comodo. Buona e a buon prezzo anche la colazione. In generale davvero una buona qualità prezzo.

A great base for our trip to Logrono

+ This was our first visit to Logrono (which we would recommend to anyone). The hotel is very conveniently located with easy access by car. We were able to park outside while we checked in. There is on site parking, but our large SUV was too large even for the garage door, but there is lots of secure underground public parking within five minutes walk. The staff were great and have superb English. We we assisted by Gonzalo, who was knowledgeable of the local area and very attentive to our needs. He gave meaningful but simple advice and made sure we understood what we needed to before we headed out. We were readily able to book a taksi from the hotel. The room was excellent, a good size and relatively modern. All the expected facilities, bed, bathroom, fridge, air-conditioning were fine and it was very clean. Breakfast was included in the price. It was pretty simple (continental) self-serevice fare but certainly adequate for our need.

− L'accueil du personnel non sympathique, concentré que sur le paiement immédiat, pas une seule attention, alors que nous avons payé 235 Euros par nuit (sans petit déjeuner), cet hôtel est tout juste un 2 étoiles pas très propre. A fuir. Escroquerie.

Pésima atención al huésped

+ La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro y en una zona muy tranquila

− La atención del personal da mucho qué desear. No son efectivos para solucionar tus necesidades y carecer de formas para tratar con el huésped. Nos han regañado a todos los misafir durante el desayuno por no bajar el papel donde te apuntan el número de la habitación. Gönderon a alguien del personal a entrar a nuestra habitación y al pedir explicaciones tan solo nos dijo que pensaba que nos habíamos quedado dormidos y que ya era hora del check out cuando aún faltaban 15 min y estábamos por salir. He tenido problemas para que me emitan la facturación correspondiente, tuve que solicitarla 7 veces debido a repetidos errores en la factura para que me emitieran una factura en condiciones y tan solo al solicitar hablar con el responsable del hotel me ha atendido un hombre muy formal que ha solucionado mi problema de facturación.

+ L'Hotel és molt bonic per dins i té bons serveis, les habitacions noves, àmplies i netes, el servei, l'ubicació i el preu molt bó, ho recomano 100% i quan tornem a Logronyo repetirem segur..

+ I like the architecture of the building: first impressions were of a modern structure cleverly blended into the historic buildings that surround it. sauna. a modest gym. very friendly staff. good a/c.

− the bar just didn't open. At all! Maybe it doesn't make financial sense for them, but a hotel bar is an important thing for the feel of an hotel, sadly lacking here.

Perfect place to stay on the Camino

+ Great location close to the Camino. Our second time staying- first time we walked in doing the Camino Francés and this time we picked up bikes and cycled out of the Camino Frances. Comfortable quiet rooms. Stored our e-bikes in secure storage in the garage.

+ Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom was very nice.

− It would be nice if you could reserve a parking space, rather than first come first served.
