+ La ubicación nos vino genial, con tiendas, transporte y sitios para comer muy cerca. El apartamento es sencillo, pero cómodo para una escapada y para moverse por la ciudad sin complicaciones.

− Hay alguna cosita que se podría mejorar, pero nada que nos impidiera disfrutar de la estancia. En general, fue una opción práctica y agradable.

− La entrada. Paso común. Portal todo descuidado, pintura levantada,falta de limpieza... La persona q nos dio las llaves,nos debió de ver cara susto pq nos comentó "no os asuteis" Calle ruidosa.Mucha gente en la calle,debajo del apartamento sentados en mesa jugando a cartas.

− Purtroppo per problemi legati al ritardo dell’aereo e di un po di traffico stradale siamo arrivati al check in alle 20.07 e ci hanno fatto pagare il supplemento di 25 € per check in dopo le 20.00(cosa però segnalata sulle info che ti girano dopo aver pagato la tassa di soggiorno), speravamo comunque chiudesse un occhio.

Cheap place for a weekend but not luxurious

+ The property was very central to a lot of places, public transportation and restaurants.

− The building could be quite loud, and you could hear all the guests arrive at all hours of the night. The shower’s hot water is always very limited and after two short showers it runs out. The 3rd person had to either not shower or use cold water which was very undesirable in the middle of winter.

Basic but good for a weekend if you’re not looking for something fancy.

+ Good location. Very close to San Antoni station. Plenty of small shops for groceries nearby. Easy to organise key pickup meeting. Walking distance to Parc Montjuc. About 20 minutes.

− Corridor from main entrance to apartment was a bit grim. Quite small. It’s basically one room split into three with partitions. Not a lot of privacy but it was fine for us with the kids as a base to see the city.

+ Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral & die Betten waren bequem. Die Wohnung war gross genug für 4 personen für einen Stödtetrip.

− Leider waren einige Punkte sehr unzufriedenstellend. Zuerst wurde uns mitgeteilt, das der Checkin um 16.00 uhr möglich ist, dann wurden wir kontaktiert & fast dazu gedrängt uns an die Person anzupassen die die Übergabe gemacht hat. (15.00 uhr & alles ging so schnell schnell) Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig & wir mussten 3x anrufen (2x wurde uns das Telefon aufgehängt), bis entlich eine reinigungskraft kam, um die Wohnung nochmals zu reinigen. Check-in somit erst ab circa um 20.00 uhr. Nach der Reinigung war die Unterkunft sauber, jedoch würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen. Die Klimaanlage hat automatisch früh am morgen eingeschalten & abgekühlt auf 16 grad, es war eiskalt - man musste somit extra aufstehen um die Klima wieder auszuschalten oder zu regulieren.

− Μας άφησαν δύο σετ κλειδιών. Πριν φύγουμε, δοκιμάσαμε αν λειτουργούν και διαπιστώσαμε ότι τα κλειδιά της εξώπορτας δεν άνοιγαν. Από εκεί ξεκίνησε η ταλαιπωρία. Η επικοινωνία με το γραφείο ήταν πολύ δύσκολη. Μετά από περισσότερη από μία ώρα, μας έστειλαν έναν ευγενικό κύριο, ο οποίος επιβεβαίωσε το πρόβλημα, αλλά δεν μπορούσαν να μας φέρουν άλλα κλειδιά. Η προσωρινή λύση που μας έδωσε ήταν να έρχεται ο ίδιος για να μας ανοίγει όταν επιστρέφαμε το βράδυ – φυσικά σε συγκεκριμένη ώρα. Τελικά, η πραγματική λύση δόθηκε από έναν εξαιρετικό γείτονα, ο οποίος μας παραχώρησε τα δικά του κλειδιά! Την επόμενη μέρα αναγκαστήκαμε να φτιάξουμε μόνοι μας αντίγραφα, καθώς το γραφείο δεν έδειξε κανένα ενδιαφέρον, ούτε καν να ρωτήσει. They provided us with two sets of keys. Before leaving, we tried them out and realized that the front door keys did not work. That’s when the trouble began. Communication with the office was extremely difficult. After waiting for more than an hour, they finally sent a polite gentleman who confirmed the problem but explained that they couldn’t provide us with another set of keys. His personal solution was to come and open the door for us whenever we returned in the evening—of course, at an agreed time. In the end, the real solution came from a wonderful neighbor, who generously gave us his own keys! The next day, we had to make our own copies, since the office showed no interest whatsoever—not even to ask about the situation.Αν δεν υπήρχε το περιστατικό με την αδιαφορία του γραφείου ως προς την εύρεση λύσης, ο χώρος θα ήταν αρκετά συμπαθητικός. + The staff was very helpful

− The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary things. The only thing that caused a lot of discomfort was the sink in the bathroom, it took the whole day for the water to drain.

Great location, comfortable apartment

+ Great location- beside a small and cozy plaza, numerous grocery stores nearby, close to metro station and walkable to barcelona cathedral and laramba street. A good bed is important for me; the bed was very comfortable. We were allowed to put our luggage in the room at 300pm which was really nice.

− Our apartment was not ready until 530pm. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Two days later, it was clogged. We contacted the owners and they had someone come out that day to fix it which was appreciated. However, the sink was still very slow to drain after it was unclogged. The toilet ran. We did let the owners know this when the sink was clogged. It did not appear to be fixed.

− 3:30 hours waiting to get in the house because no one answer about the keys,i had to contact with booking to find the host. The house wasn’t clean and the a/c didn’t have control

+ Great location and very clean. Getting to the property and retrieving the keys was an easy process.

− The shower head fell off many times and at one point hit one of the guest head. It did not allow above a certain pressure or else it would fly off.

− The facilities mentioned in the listing is wrong 1. Coffee Machine was broken 2. Electric kettle was not at all 3. Washing machine did not work 4. Dish washer did not work 5. Communication with owner was very poor, they left us without answer.

Exceptional

Excellent value for money, lovely stay

+ Great location, for the price this is a great find. Secure building, lovely neighbourhood. Was great to have a balcony. The beds were quite comfy and the amenities are great - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and little stovetop. Decor was quite modern, comfy sofa and dining table.

− Would be ideal to have an easier way to collect the keys than waiting for someone, but this isn’t always possible due to security. The shutters were a bit sticky so we could only use them one night before we couldn’t get them down again, they need fixing. Minor issues: Was nice to have a coffee machine but there were no pods, which are hard to find locally in Spain - would be better to have a filter coffee machine or mocha pot. A few of the lights were missing bulbs. Some of the walls need a touch up paint.

Great location, smaller than expected though

+ Location was great. The neighborhood of Sant Antoni is convenient to center yet still very local and authentic. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Sant Antoni market on the corner. Also being on a pedestrian street is great to avoid noise from cars, buses, ambulances etc.

− Space was smaller than we thought. It was advertised as 2 bedroom but is really a large studio with 2 beds. There were no closets or dressers to store clothes and put your things away. These could be better thought out. Also we noticed some general maintenance issues such as some light switches, lightbulbs etc not working. Also, major smell from bathroom, probably needs to clean out drains. We also had to ask for 2 sets of keys, which were provided but should be a given since the apartment sleeps 2-4.

Great Neighborhood

+ The location is fantastic. We loved the Sant Antoni neighborhood. Great food, groceries, family friendly and an easy 15 min walk to La Rambla.

− Everything was great and the Flateli agency were responsive to questions and requests.Only suggestion for improvement- wish there was an electric kettle.

Our trip to Barcelona was one of the worst experiences ever. My girlfriend didn’t get to enjoy or experience ANY of the

+ nothing after we waited for 3.5 hours for her to finally to show up, we finally get inside the apartment and my girlfriend takes a shower. She steps out of the shower to an apartment flooded from the water due to the hole drainage system not functioning properly. She was so upset. She was unable to shower for the next couple days.

Good place to stay for a family visiting Barcelona

+ Location had excellent public transport links. Flat has good facilities including wash machine, dish washer and microwave.

− Paper thin walls. No real privacy. Noisy street. No hot water kettle to make tea or coffee.
