+ Nothing. The room only fit the bed. The bath was tiny.

− I was abused by the staff and guests here in connection with a smear campaign. The guest next door banged when I went to bed and when I woke up, and the hotel staff nasty laughed about it, weaponised words, and refused to refund. The female manager was particularly foul.

La mejor forma de vivir la Fiesta Mayor de Sitges

+ Es ya una tradición alojarnos aquí para la Fiesta Mayor y asla defrauda. La ubicación es inmejorable, en primera línea de mar, con unas vistas privilegiadas para disfrutar de los fuegos artificiales y todas las actividades de la fiesta prácticamente itibaren primera fila. Para nosotros, parte de la magia de la Fiesta Mayor de Sitges es vivirla itibaren el Celimar. ¡Repetiremos como cada año!

− La struttura è vecchia. I letti scomodi. Le stanze piccole. I bagni… no comment! Che ci vuole a mettere un asciugacapelli adeguato? Ci sono ancora quelli degli anni 70! Non credo abbia mai subito una ristrutturazione dalla sua apertura. Il prezzo non è affatto giustificato.

Mooi historisch hotel vlak aan het strand

+ Mooi historisch hotel vlak aan het strand. Wij hadden een achterkamer die dan ook heel stil was. Door de krachtige airco was het ook koel om te slapen. Zeer goede bedden en kussens. We kregen ook elke dag een flesje water per persoon, wat zeer goed van pas kwam als we met het warm weer terug op de kamer kwamen.

− We ontdekten ter plaatse dat het ontbijt wel inbegrepen is wanneer je rechtstreeks boekt op de website van het hotel ipv booking.com. We kregen dan ook geen ontbijt wat wel jammer is, zeker voor deze prijs.

+ Really good location, right near the beaches and centre of Sitges life. Staff - receptionists, waiters, cleaners - were all so friendly and helpful. Plenty of bars/food along the beachfront or in town centre to choose from. I would recommend this hotel if you really want to take advantage of everything Sitges has to offer!

+ It was an ideal situation close to the beach and fairly close to the market place. We will stay there again next time we are in Sitges.

+ Una estancia excelente. El hotel estaba muy limpio, la ubicación era perfecta y todo fue muy cómodo. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Andrea, la recepcionista. Fue muy amable, profesional y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. Gracias a su trato, la experiencia fue aún mejor. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomendaría.

Not worth my money!

+ The gentleman at the reception during the nightshift when we checked in was very nice and helpful.

− The standard of the room, facilities and amenities within the room were below satisfactory. The room was nice and clean but had nothing more appealing to it than the beds and the sea front view. Amenities were shocking! There is a long list of amenities provided on booking.com but the room barely had any. There was no electric kettle or iron provided in the room, there were no teabags or mugs in the room. One of us was ill and needed the electric kettle, it was one of the things we triple checked before heading towards the hotel but were shocked to realise there weren’t any in the room. We had to ask reception for both, the electric kettle and iron. If you have to ask reception, they should not be listed as a part of the amenities! The iron came without an ironing board too (once we asked for it) so had to iron our clothes on the bed. There were no bins, no tissues in the room. The only bin was in the toilet and the only tissues were toilet rolls. The tv was a tiny one, really high up which reminded me of hospital rooms. The shower was okay, the water pressure was good. However, the water was cold by the time the second person showered. The biggest issue of all was the black out curtain. The main blackout curtain in the room did not cover the entire window. In fact, left about a quarter of it uncovered which meant it did not block out the light entirely. Because of that, I had a very bad night’s sleep!! The beds were semi-comfortable but the pillows were too soft. I also tried to get some coffee through room service in the morning but the room service phone line was constantly busy as well. The decor isn’t even worth mentioning. Very outdated with clearly worn out furniture and no real attention to the decorating. I paid nearly €200 for this room for one night and in return got a very basic, cheap room with next to no amenities.

+ La ubicación del hotel es espectacular, enfrente a la playa y a pasos del centro.

− La relación costo-calidad no fue la mejor, pero aclaro que fui en un finde de alta demanda. Las habitaciones si bien son limpias, son muy pequeñas y se sienten todos los ruidos tanto de afuera como de habitaciones contiguas, recepción, mucamas. Las mucamas hacían demasiado ruido al limpiar, incluso me golpearon la puerta teniendo el cartel de "no molestar". No incluye desayuno. El wifi no era muy bueno.

+ La ubicación es perfecta en Sitges, la calidez de su personal. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel. Y lo volvería a elegir.

− we booked a superior room with a sea view. The room was on the fourth floor with a terrace facing the sea but it was surrounded bu a 4-5 foot wall so the only way to see the sea was to lean over the wall so no real sea view in practice. Shower room needs updating, very small shower.
