+ Posizione strategica in centro di Bilbao. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato sotto l'hotel. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Ricca dotazione da bagno. Gradite le noccioline di benvenuto, oltre al distributore d'acqua fredda e calda presente ad ogni piano

+ Très bon séjour à l’Ibis 👍 Très bon hôtel Ibis, idéalement situé en centre-ville, parfait pour visiter et se balader à pied. 🚗 Parking payant : 24 € pour 2 jours, mais très pratique : toujours de la place, accès direct à l’hôtel et possibilité de rejoindre facilement sa chambre depuis le parking. 🏨 Hôtel calme, chambre propre et literie confortable. Un grand bravo et merci à la personne qui s’est occupée de notre chambre entre nos deux nuits : le lit était parfaitement refait et nos nombreuses valises avaient même été réorganisées de manière beaucoup plus pratique et uniforme ! Une petite attention qui fait vraiment plaisir 👏 Personnel de l’accueil parle un peu français on arrive à se faire comprendre 🍳 Le petit-déjeuner est à ajouter sur place s’il n’est pas inclus. Et franchement, les petits-déjeuners espagnols sont dingues 🤩 : très copieux, bien garnis et délicieux ! Un vrai plaisir. 📍 Côté restauration, il n’y a pas énormément de restaurants juste à côté de l’hôtel, mais nous avons testé deux bonnes adresses : * Plasta, bar à tapas à environ 300 m 🍷 * Rally Restaurant, à seulement 100 m, avec un poulet rôti absolument succulent 🍗 👉 Globalement, une très bonne expérience : hôtel calme, bien situé, pratique avec son parking et parfait pour découvrir la ville. Nous recommandons !

− Seul petit bémol : la chambre est un peu juste pour 3 personnes, surtout avec plusieurs grosses valises, et manque peut-être d’un ou deux oreillers supplémentaires.

Great location, basic hotel, friendly staff.

+ Hotel is situated in the city centre and it makes it easy to enjoy your time walking around the city. I liked the staff members at reception as they were always nice and chatty. Reception is open 24 hours so no hassle if you come back to the hotel in the middle of the night. Room is basic and not really spacious but you have all you need. There is no fridge and kettle but you can use a water dispenser in the corridor with both cold and hot water. It's a fine hotel to stay for 2-3 nights, we found a better one then.

− We requested a room on higher floor and we were assigned one but facing the wall. It makes no sense to get a room on higher floor when you can't enjoy the view. This was disappoining.

Room was fine for an overnight stay if a bit cramped for the cost.
