Great value at Parque das Nações

+ Loved this hotel for the great value for money mostly. Nicely fun decorated even if quite compact. Ended up having a river view without booking it (always appreciated) Breakfast was very nice too and quite affordable.

− About the hotel itself all was fine. However I forgot my phone charger and it was quite a challenge to finally have it back. From the housekeeping that registered the forgotten item in the room next door, to the waiting time for the call to be answered when it was answered at all. The message on Booking was never answered. The staff that tells me that will call back and never do... In the end was very much thanks to one front desk staff member, Bruno Alves, that I managed to finally retrieve my charger. Ultimately he did all the difference for me to not lower drastically my rating. He deserves a raise!

Great hotel with excellent breakfast

+ Easy to reach from airport, as the metro is close (5 min walk). Breakfast was really excellent, the staff is very helpful.

− The operation, programing of the elevators is not suitable fot such a big hotel. One elevator out of 3 was not functioning. It is worth choosing the riverside of the hotel because of the trains on the other side.

− Atención de la recepción apática. Habitación pequeña. Ruido de trenes ligeramente molesto. Wifi lenta.

A good hotel but gave me a bad experience

− Poor reception staffing. I checked in at midnight 24th August and paid in cash. The guy at the counter couldn’t give the change and said that it would be adjusted during check out. When I checked out the new staff at the reception didn’t return my dues.

+ Zona a prop de l'aeroport amb fàcil accés sense haver d'entrar al centre de Lisboa. Metro a 8' a peu per anar a tot arreu. Zona amb un gran centre comercial i molts restaurants.
