Centrally located, but quiet, very comfortable and well equipped apartment.

+ This is a large self catering apartment. It was very comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. There were fans and air conditioning in all areas. This was greatly appreciated, as the temperature during our stay was over 30, with high humidity. There were even soap dispensers in the bathrooms and kitchen. We have been renting villas and apartments in Javea for over 30 years and this is the first time we have had soap provided. The apartment was located in a quiet area, but only a 5 minute walk to the excellent restaurants, cafes, shops and beach around the port/harbour. The pool was very large and most of the time, we were the sole users. We would definitely rent this apartment again and highly recommend this property.

− Main bedroom had no surfaces to put things, like make up or hair brushes. Only drawer space was one small drawer in each bedside cabinets. Twin bedded room had more drawer storage space and a dressing table unit, so much more practical. Only two sun loungers provided for use by the pool, even though the apartment was for four people.

+ Excellent location, close to the harbour end of Javea. A gently walk into the old town and easy stroll to the Arenal end of Javea. All in all an excellent location. Lovely restaurants on your door step. A quiet, non overlooked beautiful apartment. Great pool and good parking facilities.

− the property is fantastic ... only small complaint was that I asked by email for a 12 noon entry as we arrived in Javea at 8am on a hot August morning and was told it maybe (not promised) I called at the office at 12.30 but was told the property wasn't ready, but the lady seemed surprised I thought it might be, and no contact was made with me, we just walked the streets for four hours. however on our departure day the cleaners arrived at 9.20am .... I just felt that our request wasn't even considered which was disappointing. This is something you should try to improve on as customer service.

− directions to the property were poor. we arraigned late at night and found it very hard to find even after asking taksi drivers, locals and our transfer driver
