Toller Familienurlaub in ruhiger Villa!

+ Der Pool und die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts lief hervorragend. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Hafta sonu inolvidable

+ Todo, pero el jacuzzi es el game changer. Tiene todo para cocinar etc. Muy buena posición, en zona muy tranquila pero cerca de playas y pueblos típicos de la isla. Queremos volver!

− Tuvimos que compartir un mando del aire entre 2 oda, habría que sustituir el que no funciona.

+ Das Haus war unglaublich sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betreuung war unglaublich!! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten nach allem fragen. Es gibt eine kleine Bucht mit Restaurant in direkter Lage, zur Altstadt sind es 15min. Zum langen Sandstrand nach Alcudia kann man von dort aus mit dem Bus fahren oder einen Spaziergang machen von ca. 30min. Ich würde das Haus immer wieder buchen :) grandios!

Super Lage, ruhig aber kurze Wege in die Altstadt Alcudia.

+ Vermieter super nett und immer ansprechbar. Schöne Einrichtung und alles sehr sauber.

+ Beim Bezug der Finca Sa Mimosa begrüßte uns ein sehr sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Haus. Alles war genau so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Vor ab haben wir schon viele hilfreiche Informationen von der Vermieterin erhalten und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes stand sie immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

− Einziger minimaler Makel war, dass der Pool leider kalt war, sodass wir ihn im Oktober leider nicht genutzt haben. Dies stand aber so in der Beschreibung und wir wurden vorab von der Vermieterin darauf hingewiesen.

One of the best holidays we've had!

+ Everything about the villa was perfect. Spotlessly clean, extremely well-equipped, with very comfy sofas and beds. The interior was traditional yet stylish with a quiet private outside space, a lovely jacuzzi, and even an outside kitchen and dining annex. The host was exceptionally attentive throughout our stay. With great communication, advice, and guidance if ever needed. The location was great, just over 10 minutes walk from Alcudia's beautiful old town which is very traditional and steeped in history. There were plenty of varied places to eat, drink and the gorgeous selection of shops was a delight. We visited the local market twice which was huge (Tuesdays & Sundays). A 3-minute walk from the villa also takes you to a delightful beach where you'll find a good local bar/eaterie called 'Red Rum'. Perfect for late arrivals if you're looking for a quick bite to eat before retiring or simply a quiet lunch & drink looking out over the bay. If you are happy to travel around 20 mins by car Port Pollenca & Pollenca are well worth a visit. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return soon! 😎

Wonderful stay and attention to detail

+ The home itself is pretty wonderful. It’s well cared for, spacious, and nicely laid out. The patio is quite charming with bright flowers, plants and lemon trees. Lovely touches such as fresh oranges and lemons were available for us. It is a very clean place and as a person who values freshly laundered sheets and blankets, I can tell they actually prepared for our visit. Sounds small and irrelevant but I appreciate that even quality toilet paper was standard in each bathroom, which to me shows that they invest in taking care of their guests rather than doing the bare minimum. The property owner was great to work with as she provided lots of proactive information and was very pleasant. Parking on the street was easy. Overall, we loved it and would love to one day return here.

− We were well warned that the use of hot water had to be timed right. Also the advertisement on booking.com shows a hot tub but it was not operational during our stay. We went during a chilly time of year so that would have been nice to have. But nothing here would have me hesitate staying again.
